Rent going up and nothing is improving inside the units. Parking is ridiculous. An having your guest park outside the gate is not safe. Something needs to be done where they are resident and visitors parking spots. Especially residence. They need to be assign parking with numbers in driveway that says r reserved. This apartment needs more structure.

I couldn't be more pleased with the process of moving in. The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive. I was able to get a reasonably priced unit thanks to them offering a MILITARY DISCOUNT! The area is nice, quiet, and my neighbors are very friendly not to mention it's easily accessible and close to many great shops and restaurants.

I have lived here for 1 year with no real problems that the new owners and management staff have not quickly attended to. I am disabled and had a problem with my handicap parking space. Johnnie our manager was GREAT. She took care of my situation personally and immediately. The management staff is fabulous and always professional. The maintenance team is always friendly, fast and courteous. The entire group prioritizes your needs and concerns. As far as the tenants are concerned. Well, apartment life is what it is. Lots of different people coming and going. Living their lives. Sometimes they are a bit noisy. This is to be expected. After awhile they quiet down. Compromises are simply a fact of life, especially when you live in a large community. For the most part this is very quiet and orderly complex. And a nice place to live.

I have lived here for almost five years. I love the trees and views and the amenities are great and the location is so convenient to shopping, restaurant etc.. I am so pleased with my floor plan and just really feel at home here. The staff are so friendly and helpful and any problem is addressed right away. I've lived here for about 5 months now and absolutely love these apartments! It is very quiet and peaceful! You don't hear a thing. The complex has diversity and all my neighbors are really nice! The staff in the leasing office are very helpful and understanding. I moved here just when they had switched management. I live in the biggest one bedroom and it's very spacious and comfy. I always recommend my apartments to anyone!

The apartment complex is peaceful and quiet and the office is very helpful. I especially appreciate the choice of having wood flooring. They keep things updated as well. I would recommend these apartments to anyone. AND the location is perfect. Not too much traffic and everything is close by. :)

I have an upgraded unit and it looks super nice. I love the fact that you can't hear your neighbors. I feel very safe and secure knowing that the security is always driving around at night. The exercise room is a plus and very convenient. I would refer a friend to live here.

The property is newly remodeled and very pretty. The leasing office staff is very friendly and helpful. When looking for apartments, this was the one by far that exceeded all of my expectations. Great place!

I lived here for a little over a year, and enjoyed my time in these apartments. It's one of the more affordable properties in the area. There is an awesome swimming pool, and the gym just got remodeled. There were some issues with parking when they were doing some remodeling, but since it was completed, it is no longer an issue. The people and management are friendly. I have no complaints and enjoyed my time here.

I've lived at this apartment complex for a few years and like it very much. The new management company has really improved the look, feel and atmosphere of this complex. If you have a maintenance request it is handled, in most cases, within 24 hours. The employees are courteous and professional. This complex gets two thumbs up.

I have lived here almost 2 years and I have no real complaints. The staff has always been courteous and responsive to any requests that I had. Since living here there has been a complete remodel of the complex that I love. The one thing I want to point out is the security. I see them on the property patrolling all the time. One night when I came home there two men just sitting in their car. I called the office and asked for an escort into my house and security was there in 5 minutes...literally and waited until I was in safely.

These apartments are not what I signed up for. I have watched the deterioration of the quality of staff and leasing over the past 6 years. They are uncompromising and becoming unappealing to their leasers. It's not the changes in rules its the unconcerned attitude of management. Loud music and people out late. Security is a joke. So is the staff. I can't get a refrigerator or someone to change an air filter. Maintenance crew are really nice but without proper authorization can not service you.
