Everthing is great with some exceptions with the maintenance of the apartment. And the parking. Can never find a parking when i come late from work. The staff they are just rude. When i ask a question they answer so yes no ok. And thats not oka

The experience I had been having here in this community was good experienced. Especially the calmness and neatness of the community is very good. Another thing, I will love to see in this community is a playing ground for kids. I am happy to be here in this community.

My overall experience has been good. The staff is nice, however I wish that they answered calls and emails in a timely manner. Other than that I love the community, neighbors, and office staff. The amount you pay for rent is a good price for what you get. Thank you briarwest for an awesome stay here.

It's okay not good due to the staff but it has been okay. It's not the best to live in cause they are very rude in the office . You have to keep calling to get something fixed. It shouldn't take all of that to fix something .

It's an okay community but there no playground for the kids to play at so they end up playing in parking lot or right outside my door. Parking is hard to find at night because there no reserved parking for residents. The pool area nice but could use a 2nd pool due to it being such a big complex. Staff members are pretty nice.

I'm in between because I hate how they took 4 days to get to me and then parking sucks I think it's not fair how some people don't even move their car when we need it or have visitors and park there and makes me park really far especially at night

I love this community nice and quiet! I've been staying over here going on 4 years now, the school around is excellent. The office staff is very nice and supportive I love it here and this neighborhood

I have enjoyed living here. It quiet and the staff/maintenance people are really nice and helpful. I've had a few minor issues and one that still needs to be finished (cabinets painted). Otherwise great community. My battery died in my car and I didn't have anyone close so the manager had someone come help jump me in order for me to be able to get it repaired. They were amazing. Would recommend to anyone.

We are satisfied, quiet in the building that we are, we are happy in this apartment complex, the staff are very friendly , gym are clean and nice, we loved the pool, just the only concern for us is the cars parking outside look bad for our community, and night people walking is dangerous, for the drivers

At this moment briarwest community has been a greqt community to live in. Great staff great leadership, and will listen to your comments. I will recommend a friend to move the community. Easy access to the main road which leads to the major freeways.

So far ok except had bad roach problems when moved in had to exterminate above and beyond the office sent someone to but still had to come out of pocket for a lot more remedies I still have issue but not like it was

Apartment selection was a downsize from previous and it was quite a challenge, but made it work with the minimal closet/storage space available. A few issues getting maintenance requests completed after first visit, but everything turned out great once serviced. Overall, quiet community, great neighborhood to walk, run or jog in. Affordable for first time leasees.

Apartments are well kept, free of insects. Pet friendly environment as well as Friendly neighbors and maintenance staff, quiet Community, Pool area is always neat and free of debris. Workout facilities are clean and accessible.

where do i begin. i moved here yesterday. well i thought i was moving model apt i was shown was beautiful! the apts looked clean and nice. once i signed my lease and moved in this is where the nightmare begain. when i opened my door to my new apt there were roaches crawling everywhere. not just one or two .over 30 roaches. they are everywhere in the apts. even in the fridge!!!!!!! my daughter was so freaked out she cried and screamed that shes not living there, we ended up in a hotel for the night. it looks totally diff in the morning and night. its a lot of people hanging out, outside in the middle of the night, really scary for me and just my 5 year old daughter. i called the manager to speak about the issue recievied no help . asked for the propertie manager, i was provided the a google voice phone number. this place is a complete joke. the assistant manger is a rude unconcered -----! i wish i never signed a lease here. im most definitly trying to get out of the lease.

There has definitely been some issues. What apartment complex doesn't though? Main thing is that the front office and maintenance do what they can to get your issue resolved in a nice and timely manner. The front office even calls sometimes to make sure our apartment is ok and that whatever request i put in got done and fixed. I really appreciate all they have done for my Fiance and I. Front office and maintenance are just overall great!

Overall it is okay staying here.But there some down side,like the apartment parking lot is always waterlogged not sure why.Some neighbors leave their pets drops all over the place,maintenance request used to be fast but not anymore.There are other hidden utility bills in your monthly bills.But other things are relative good.

So far everything is good. Lawn care, trash pick up. Wonderful staff, great maintenance. I just renewed my lease. I am hoping to move to next level of apartment, Soon. I have seen or noticed a number of people coming and going for short visits

I have no complaints so far. It's been quiet, clean and peaceful. I love my apartment! The staff in the leasing office are very nice and helpful! I am so grateful to have found this place! This was the best decision I could have made!

The community has a a lot of stray cats. Not sure if there was a particular issue, but the front of the complex has flooded after some rain. At times water has been shut off with no credit and water has been a yellowish color randomly. The office isn't always on the same page about the things they say or do and it's unorganized. Also there are extra charges that appear with your rent.

Ok so far I will know more as time come. So far staff are very friendly. Just be here I will know more. I hope the apt is cleaner. They use certain solvent to clean the carpet and it give me skin problem. I will see it it goes away

It's an okay community. The staff is super nice. But they have a lot of big problems, like the water continously being shut off(like every week), power outages, continous emails about certain parts of the property being closed down. I haven't really got to explore much in the short time I have been here because of so much going on. Money wise, they are very pricey for such an old complex and the upgraded units are not really worth the pricing. And their fees are extremely high, your paying almost $60 in extra fees, which is ridiculous, most of it is for the trash, but they don't even do door to door pick up. As stated before, they are nice and in a nice location, the staff is nice, maintenance will show up(you just have to call the office, not put in a order online), everyone keeps to themselves so it's a quiet community. Except during holidays and weekend. People in the surrounding neighborhoods blast really loud music all day and some of the residents do the same. Which could be very annoying.

I like it here it's a nice place to live. The staff is friendly and the maintenance is fast and good. I would recommend this apartment complex to family and friends too and I'm very happy here. This is a nice place.

I have enjoyed the wonderful staff throughout the years. The apartment complex is very beautiful inside and out.When I moved here in 2010 I loved how quiet the premise was. The kids are zone to very good schools Westbriar middle school and Westside high school. My oldest son attended both schools and graduate from Westside high school. If you are looking for a quiet place to stay and a great school for your children this place is where you need to be. Shunda
