It is an older complex but for the most part it is well maintained. Have been having issues with parking that as a resident is a problem. Would like the leasing office to offer regular meeting with the resident (zoom is a great option) to discuss issues or changes in policy. I have been asking for security cameras be installed but no luck.

When i moved here it was another managment and i was told different things from now when i went to the office they gave me another contract with someone else name I remember it was saray who brought the paper and it was not my contract or my information at all

Every year it was something different with management in a negative way.Nothing has improved for the community to make it feel like home. Office staff needs better training on how to interact with multiple people at one time without a attitude.

I have not been here very long less than a month but do far I'm enjoying living here the apartment rooms are spacious, the leasing staff are very professional and nice, there is no covered parking which I really miss but finding parking near my building is not difficult, the patio is nice and big as well as the storage closet on the patio.

Before moving here..i was told this is a nice place to to stay..no crime..that was a lied. Been here nothing than 6 months. My licence plate was stolen and then a week later my bedroom window was broken in too. The manager show no concern at all. Its sad how people can feel unhuman. My neighbors told me that the apartment i stay in was broken in too twice before me in the past. Then his licence plate was stolen and people broken in to his appartment a week later in 2020. The lady next to him was also broken in too also...this is crazy. The apartment complex made all these glass window like door for anyone to break and get in...i need to find a way to move out...i understand houston not safe but al least people need to feel safe in their own place...people park in our parking lot with no residence tickets. Some are in here for more than a weeks...gate open most of the times. Even if its close...they have maybe outsiders and insider's doing maybe all these break in...Only God is our protector

It is a very good place to live, only it is not as quiet as before, now there are a lot of children playing outside and damaging things. The maintenance of the apartment is taken care of quickly, although sometimes it is not fixed the first time, it has already happened to me several times, but even so it is a very good place to live.

This is a quiet community. The parking rules are ridiculous, however. The landscaping is very nice. No one cares that the former resident above me flooded my apartment and I now have mold in my bathroom.

I like the style of the apartments. I think it is a nice place to live because its spaces are large. I also like the green area around it. I think they should change the way they manage parking lots because at my house I have two cars. One personal and one from work and I don't have the right place to park.

Have been here for two months, so far it has been great. The environment is clean, quiet and all the neighbors are friendly. The office staff are friendly and helpful and I've had one maintenance request so far which was handled quickly!

I have been very disappointed with the customer service and quality of work so far. I have had several issues with my apartment and very few have been solved. Even with the constant promises from management that they will be handled promptly. The communication from the management has been just as bad at the getting something fixed in my apartment. I have to go into the office to even get a response. VERY UNSATISFIED!

No major problems experienced during my stay in the complex. The staff has been helpful and professional in my correspondence and office interactions. Any service requests that I have submitted have been handled with expediency and concern.

Very quiet no issues maybe could be more updated inside wise but love my apartment. Overall would recommend these apartments to family or friends, I have no complaints this far with the community or the office.

The apartment was not painted and had horrible sheetrock repairs from previous ceiling leaks. The property manager promptly came to inspect the condition and brought a contractor with her to paint it.

The management is committed to the maintenance of the property . The parking is a concern if you ow more than one car . The visitor parking needs to increase coz it is highly risk to park outside of the property

I'm at my 1year renew or look for some other place if I had the time I would look for another place. The parking is terrible the same on going issue and with water and my air conditioner in my room its the hottest room in the house .

This has been the worst experience at a property in my life. The management changes every two months . After the storm I had an active leak no Hoyt water and a hole and no carpet . And they also have been trying to pay for I owe

No stability in management, bad flooding area , no hot water in washertery, fea effected ground for pets, slow maintenance and a few other things I listed what I have problems with. I have 3 more months here is it any way I could end this lease now I would greatly appreciate it.

At this community I fee safe, it's clean, it has lots of things to do like pool, gym, tennis court, dog park etc. I love the carpets and shower heads. I enjoy the view and I love the location because it's close to my job.

I was referred to this community and I have been very happy living here. It is clean and quiet close to a bus line and many stores. The staff is quick to help and very courteous and professional, you dont feel like your bothering them. Maintenance orders are quick. Beautiful pool area

I've had a overall good experience in this complex. Staff and maintenance are pretty on top of things if I ever need assistance so I can't complain. The neighbors that I've had have been nice as well.
