A nice quite place to live and near my job. The security here makes me feel safe. I can walk to the stores if needed and feel safe to do so. The staff is always so helpful and will make sure that what ever I may need gets taken care of. Thank you all so much!

Maintenance is very good. The property is well cared for (lawns, trash removal, etc.) Office staff is competent. Current neighbors are not as friendly as past neighbors were. A "good morning" is rarely responded to. Neighbors don't care about the noise level they produce any longer. They don't honor the "quiet after 10pm" rule of Harris County.

Nice apartment community and nice staff. Apartments are spacious for the price and the community is always clean, the dumpsters are never overflowing, maintenance always delivers top tier customer service. The office staff always answers the phone and resolves any issue I have immediately. Recently signed a new lease for a bigger apartment in the community and the process was very easy.

I'm very satisfied here at briarwest apartment with their hard work and determination here to get things done. Compared to the previous apartment where I used to live there was cold water for one month and a/c not working. To deal with that it was uncomfortable and pain to deal with. As of today, I hope to continue living here in this nice, lovely, beautiful neighborhood! Thank you staff of Briarwest apartment!

Worst experience ever

Terrible place to be, they aren’t professional and apartments have roaches and bad plumbing. No water for 2 days isn’t a great look for a company like this. If you’re looking for an apartment don’t even consider. I would sleep on the street before living here.

I rent a new apartment and unfortunately the insects everywhere and can't turn on the ceiling fan on number 3 and there is a leak from the air conditioner which wet my bed room carpet. And the dish washer place very dirty. This is my fifth days.

Very particular on who they choose. They will allow criminals with fake socials to rent here but not anyone who actually has a real one can. They will go back more than 7 years on your credit to make a decision when it's against the law. Since trying to rent here I have 2 family who live there that are deciding to leave. Which is good because the crime rate is terrible? gunshots are frequent and someone recently got shot there!!! Glad I found somewhere else to move! That was nobody but God!

I really enjoy living here,never had any problems and they're maintained very well,great security it's always well lit,nice fitness area and pool,they're also very affordable and spacious,it's located near lots of restaurants and stores.

Management team was great helping with the application process. It is a quiet community, and stays pretty nice and clean. Unfortunately, the unit was not in great condition. Serious roach infestation, the paint was done so poorly, and appears like they only touched it up. The door frames should have been replaced with new ones, you can tell they are really old. A piece of carpet was replaced with another that doesn't even match the rest. Bottom line, the unit was horrible.

Staff very welcoming. Property is decent. Needs a little touching up both in & outside of the apartments. Pool unavailable on Sundays which is an inconvenience to those who can't on other days. It's ok but the apartments are very old. Needs some upgrades to baseboards, cabinetry and walls.

I have been comfortable in the community, I have not had a problem, they should improve the cleaning of the common areas. They have attended to my needs when I have needed them. the girls in the office and the maintenance guys are nice.

Overall it's a very quiet and clean place to live. Maintenance does respond rather quickly to calls. It would be nice if the pool situation could get straightened out soon. My only real complaint is that my gate code doesn't work. I've gone to the office to have it reset twice and it still doesn't work.

Seriously I felt so welcoming when I first walked in the office, everyone were so nice and understanding and I really loved the way Alexandra was behaving towards me and she helped me through the whole process of my moving. I love my new home and I'm more than happy to be here

Stay away from this place under current management. This place changed from a great complex to ------ apartment complex. Loud and noisy neighbors, the manager won't even respond to your complaint. Maintenance is usually neglected until you ask 100 times and when they send unskilled people to fix this, it only makes things worse.

The apartments are okay for people in a rush to find an apartment. They do fix maintenance issues quickly. The maintenance typically half done but taken care of. However the staff is unfriendly when calling for issues and lack responsibility on their end for any issues that may occur.

The apartment is nice, and the employees are friendly. The place in general is quite and the gardens are always looking good. The 3 laundry rooms function very bad ( washers and dryers do not function well when are on service). Many times people leave garbage out of the place but every day employees clean it .

This apartment overall looks good for me the location is very safe because it's gated community and it's good when you have children. The amenities is fine very decent. the apartment you have a-lot of options the team member will guide you and show you the the place and ask your opinion if this is the right place for you before making the decision to move forward. This complex forced me to do an application online and charged me for it and when they chose to deny me for a broken lease from 4 years ago did not take into consideration I had completed a 2 year lease of a home and left in good standing....decided I should wait for them to return my deposit in a paper check that could take some WEEKS for me to receive. --------.
