I love the pool and gym and the community. I have never had any problems with roaches which I'm very pleased about. No problems with the neighbors. My car and my guest car has been towed but they don't their same nationality cars

It's a good place to live. It really is but what kills. This place is maintenance and management. It's quiet to live here. They cut the grass. They keep the place generally clean. There's nothing crazy going on. It's just maintenance. Sucks ---. Don't know where they getting them from and the people upfront let's just say they keep changing them out like somebody changing their drawers so nobody there can be relied upon.

I like living here they have good amenities, it's quiet and they're not that bad looking. I have issues with pest control mostly but besides that everything is okay. Maintenance responds quickly, it's a very quiet neighborhood surrounded with convenient stores. You get what you pay for :)

My experience at the community was great. I enjoyed the vibe that the leasing gives when walking into the office and the leasing office is also in a great spot in the community. The community is nice and the pool is a great site!

So far it's nice. Only been here 2 weeks, but it's a safe community. Laundry area does not have air conditioning and the gym is not the best, but it's pretty standard I guess. Pool area is really nice. Alot of people who don't speak English live here, but everyone has been friendly.

Apartment office was very clean, Billy helped answer all the questions and was very polite. Outside of the apartment was very clean as well especially around the dumpsters. Looks like it will be a great place to stay.

The leasing agent was great. Sounds like a good value. Looking forward to moving in about 5 months. The units we viewed were well layed out. Personally I didnt like the fireplace but that was just it took up space and would almost require a wall mounted TV

Me and my wife just recently moved to Houston. The worse part was looking for a place to call home away from home. Our first apartment was not the best but it was a start. Then we was recommended Briarwest and have fell in love with the community, the environment, the staff really cares for the residents here. The ground crew takes very good care of the grounds not just around the office but everywhere. It's a very quiet community. No drama or loud music. The pool is an Oasis. If you have a maintenance issue they are very responsive and professional. If we decide to stay in Houston after my wife graduates college this will be our forever home but with an upgrade for a growing family in our future. Great location with everything you need just in a couple miles.

So far so good I have no complaints, although security can be a lot better as in cameras as well but overall the staff works with you rent is not that's high but I don't like how I'm being charged for water instead it being a set amount a month. Because I don't use as much water as I'm being charged for but I know there's so bs excuse for that one. But overall it's cool

Beautiful community very well kept up with, great rent specials and were more than happy to work with me on everything I needed, even gave me options for what color appliances I wanted and either top or bottom floor. Gated community. Very nice

Overall, great. The office staff keeps changing every 2 years or so. The current staff is trying to re-establish the community to be more family friendly as well as create rules for the pool and gym.

So far, so good. Maintenance issues have been taken care of quickly. Office staff has been courteous and helpful. Grounds are kept maintained and mowed regularly. My only problem has been the Valet trash pickup, which is inconsistent at best.
