I'm living it so far it's nothing like what the review say online with the roaches and infestations I think that all depends on the person and how clean they are because I haven't had that problem. The neighborhood it's really quiet as well

Just the dogs and children, and throwing g the trash over the ground instead of the dumpster. Other than that I love the spot I'm in and my neighbor. The laundry rooms could be a little cleaner instead of trash over the floor.

The community is quite, safe for kids to play, not much that really goes on which is a good thing. The upkeep is good, all maintenance staff where wonderful and do there job the first time so no need to wood about that.

The community as a whole is calm and clean. When it comes to getting maintenance they do a lot of bandage type work just enough to get you checked off. I have lived in 3 different units and im pretty content with them. Is there room for improvement i would say always in any apartment complex.

My experience here at this apartments was been good so far. It was a couples of problems when I moved in but the leasing agents have been doing good with getting it resolved. The community seen safe and quite, haven't had any problems with that.

Horrible. The leasing agents are terrific . The manager staff Ms Maria is in sensitive and rude. She kyle cares about rent payments instead of residents hardship ...my mother died in MAY AND SHE NEVER ONCE HAS SMILED OR IFFERED AT LEAST HER CONDOLENCES ....THEY HAVE RECIEVED AGENCY RENT ON MY BEHALF ALOG WITH LATE FEES EVERY MONTH NEEDED. HER DEMEANOR IS NONSHALANT WITH INDIVERSE PERSONALITY. ASSISTANT MANAGER MR AJIS PLEASANT OR ST LEAST TRIES TO ACCOMODATE AT BEST AND SMILES NATURALLY. HOWEVER THESE APARTMENTS I WOULDNT REXOMMEND TO ANYONE, THEY NEED TO UPLIFTUPGRAFE AND DECLUTTER THE UNITS TO MEET THE STANDrds of the rent charged ..NOT RAISE THE RENT, PLEASE R RESIDENTS OFFER THEM MORE THAN WHAT THEY ARE SETGLING FOR. I LIVE ALONE AFTER LOSING MY PARENT'S INCOME THEY NEVER EVEN REACHED TOME TO OFFERME TO MOVE TO A 2 BEDROOM AFTERIMADE 6 MONTHS. ITS RIDICULOUS AND UNCRING TO NOT HAVE HUMAN COURTESY TO YOUR RESIDENTS WHEN UNEXPECTANT, OUT OF CONTROL MISHAPS, (DEATH) OCCUR... HUMAN DIGNITY WOULD BE APPRECIATED to residents that may need a SMILE OR CARE N CONCERN ..but instead MANAGEMET, MS MARIA QUICKLY APPLIES. "EVICTION NOTICES" ON YOUR DOOR! KNOWING FROM PAST PAYMENTS THAT THEY WILL RECIEVE A PLEDGE ON MY BEHALF THRU AGENCY HOUSING ASSISTANCE RECIEVED (INCLUDING LATE FEES) ACCORDINGLY. SO DISAPPOINTED LIVING HERE. I WILL BE GLADLY MOVING UPON MY 60 DAY NOTICE IN MARCH 2023, FOR MOVE OUT DATE MAY 29TH 2023.

Horrible. Don't move here. I wish I could have been smarter two years ago and just kept looking. This place is a filthy rundown shack full of lying and rude management, lazy maintenance and loud obnoxious neighbors. Plus they towed my car illegally and did not pay me back. They charge for trash but it doesn't always get picked up. They changed the trash schedule from everyday at 10 pm to Sunday-Thursday at 7. I don't get home until 8 sometime later and if my trash is left out, they send MARIA THE RAT to put a bunch of annoying letters on your door. Please leave trash all around the complex. There always people smoke in or around my apartment. AFTER I TOLD MANAGEMENT that I am asthmatic and cannot be around it, but they did nothing but instead move in another smoker near me. Maintenance lies about coming and will pu the request as done and then don't show up. I installed cameras because I knew they were lying. And when they do come they are only there for a minute, then they leave and never come back. This place is the worst.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!
I HATE THIS APARTMENT!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE! I'm almost in tears writing this! I've been here for 6 months and have dealt with roaches, a broken a/c, wet and swelling walls, a raggedy foundation, leaky toilet, nasty unfinished counters and cabinets & now today, my tub is all chipped up after simply cleaning it. I called the leasing office and they tell me that can happen if you clean with bleach. HOW ELSE ARE YOU SUPPOSED TO CLEAN??! These apartments are so poorly maintained and the foundation is clearly unstable. Sometimes I have to pry the lock to my front door open because the foundation is crushing the space for the lock. Yes they send people to do repairs, but they are obviously using the cheapest materials they can find. None of it is durable and the foundation alone should make this place uninhabitable! This is the worst apartment I've ever been in! DO NOT MOVE HERE!

Living a 2400 Briarwest has been good so far, I've been using the gym quite often and I love how quiet and call the property is. Every time I call the front office they answer and get my problems resolved right away. Neighbors are cool and kind their business. I love it here.

The grounds are kept up nicely, the pool was closed for the 1st year o loved , here but new management team has the pool up an ready for business on this 2nd year of my maintenance comes every time i place any request and the job is fine in a very timely manner. It's really quiet most of the time here, i haven't any serious issues, I'm content in my little cozy quiet corner .

I wanted to express my extreme dissatisfaction with 2400 Briarwest Apartments! From the beginning I have been working with leasing consultant, Cora. I initially secured my unit 2xxx back in June paying my admin and security deposit of totaling $250 to hold the unit. Also at this point I had only seen pictures and virtual tours via the website, but my main concern was to see the actual unit because most websites are not accurate to the actual unit. So I was informed the current residents would vacate at the beginning of August & at that point I would then be able to view my potential new home. I continuously checked in with Cora and spoke with another consultant, LJ to see when I could come in to view the unit but was told it was not yet ready and to check back 2 days before my move in (August 26). On August 24th I called to get an update, the unit was still not ready and told check back on the 25th, now concerned I asked are there any alternative units they could find because I am in a crunch and can't find another apartment last minute when I have set to vacate my current apartment at the end of the month. Cora said she would try to find one for me. August 25th I decide to come by the complex to view UNIT 2xxx, I was told it was still not ready, but we managed to go inside and the unit still had repairs that needed to be done including a melted stove and window replacement which I was told would have to be a work order placed and the stove there was nothing that could be done. So now I'm even more concerned because I have to move into a unit that needs repairs vs everything already completed. Again in a crunch I have to settle for this unfinished unit. I leave and start setting up my electricity and renters insurance to unit 2xxx. (August 25) A few hours later Cora calls me and tells me she found another unit I could possibly swap to an "upgraded unit" UNIT 1xxx but for additional fees now rated at $806/month. I return to the complex to view it. Everything seemed okay at hindsight. I agreed to do the swap. I was told it was good to go and I can just retrieve my key the next day. I leave and contact my renters insurance and electricity companies to change the services again. (August 26) I called a little after 10 am to get clarity on when I could retrieve my keys and another consultant (not sure but it was a female) said I had to set an appointment with my agent, we never set a time or I was never given one so they said I could come now if I wanted. I headed to the complex to move in. Cora gave me my welcome documentation and met me at the unit for a walk through. As I'm checking out minor details, she came in turned on lights and ran the water and said the only issue she noticed was the shower rod was not attached and she would notify maintenance to come fix it. At this point I'm under the impression this would be taken care of the same day, they never showed up. I unpacked my apartment and went to write things on my MOVE IN INVENTORY SHEET and noticed it was no longer on the bar. The office is closed at this point so I can't contact anyone nor has my shower rod been put up. I have now unpacked everything and ready to shower but can't because I have no shower rod and upon turning on the water the knob is broke so the water cannot be turned from hot to cold. This inconvenienced me and I had to drive to a relative house to shower for the night. (August 27) I call the office the next morning and asked if Cora may have mistakenly left with my move in sheet. I was then told only the leasing agent fills out the move in check list and turns it in. Which is inaccurate because leasing agreements state the resident has 48 hours to return this sheet, never have I seen an agent fill this out themselves because how would they know what's wrong if they are not living there. So the consultant (not sure the name but it was a female) said she would just put everything in as work order. I'm again not sure why I have to wait for things to be fixed that should already be taken care of prior to me moving in and throughly checked. I then inquire about the water and shower rod and how long would it be before they are handled, I was told I would have to wait until Monday. (August 27) I then go into the office to express my disappointment with everything and inform Cora I would like a refund and would be vacating the unit by the end of the day if things are unable to be fixed ASAP. She explained maintenance is off on weekends and I again would have to wait until Monday to receive any additional help including to take a hot bath or shower in my home. (August 27) I head to buy a storage unit. Cora calls me and says the manager was located and would come back to the complex to fix my issues, at this point I have already started prepping to remove my things but gave them the green light to go inside while I was away. I returned maybe an hour or so later and it appeared no one ever showed up because the shower rod was in the same position I left it before leaving. I began moving my things out and finished around 7:30pm and never once did a manager show up as I was told nor reach out to me. This again showed me that they do not care about residents and further shows why I would like to leave abruptly. (August 29) I arrived at the office at 9am and spoke with the manager (did not get a name) and returned everything given to me at move in which included 2 door keys, mailbox key, gate card and welcome pamphlet. This overall experience has been horrific and has inconvenienced me in more ways than you can imagine. Not only did I come out of pocket with over $1000 with no hesitation to move in but I now have wait until I can find another complex to stay in, in addition to having to pay cancellation fees for services I set up here that now have to be cancelled because I no longer trust living at this complex and would like my money back as expeditiously as possible. ***Also note since I have been inquiring about these apartments I never once was offered a tour of the complex or shown the amenities offered on site. But was quickly placed somewhere not once but TWICE that was incomplete just to get my sale.

The area is pretty quiet for the most part, places to eat all around, gated with security and towing but not much visitor parking at all and too many resident ones just open. Pool is nice and gym is 24/7

All of my maintenance issues have never been fully addressed or followed through. I'm very disappointed. Between the blinds not replaced and I paid for them and I called and Maria said there was no order, how am I making thiis survey? Also when the ceiling fell in, how come I could have done a better paint job than them?? I pay my rent in time and never make a fuss. I just signed a renewal. Please treat your tenured residents better.

I've had such a bad experience that I don't have much to say. These apartments needs to do better with their units. The only unit that is in top shape is the display unit they show you to win you over.

4/10 recommend. The renovated units are horrible (I leased one) so I can only imagine what the regular apartments look like. The staff try to talk around issues instead of fixing em #typical. It's a decent place if you just need somewhere to lay your head but the standards are low
