This is a great place to live, quiet. I already live here for 1 year at a 2 bedroom unit and never had any issues with staff nor with repairs. However, I renewed my lease to a one bedroom unit and I come in with AC unit issues with no response from management.

These last few months have been very good and positive, despite a few set backs and situations. The staff have always been Polite, even when I wasn't, understanding and compassionate when I needed it and available to help me and answer the same question as last week. The maintenance crew has always been prompt, respectful, and pleasant. You may read about some pests issues and yes, this is true but let's remember: we are multi level, multi family, multi cleaning techniques, and clustered together neighbors Keeping a few things in mind like being sure you keep surfaces clean, water wiped up, nothing on the counter, and food sealed properly. Also: the pest control services that you pay for are available. The person that arrived for my first appointment was courteous, answered my questions, offered me tips when asked, and was pleasant to have around. So utilize that for benefit. Come take a look: you may find yourself pleasantly surprised.

Same trailer, different park

This is a low rent place. There will be issues. I have had to have maintenance come and fix things and they are pretty quick about that. And very pleasant. There is a significant pest problem. Despite using diatomaceous earth, tea tree, baking soda, and other options. One roach met me on my stove top first thing in the morning, like he (she) was requesting eggs. I’ve started storing everything in jars. You’ll need a lot of jars. There were two incidents that occurred within weeks of me being here that were disturbing and caused quite an emotional breakdown. The pool isn’t open yet so I can’t say much on that; I’m looking forward to hitting the gym. I have only been here less than three months and I’m at least confortable and “feel” safe. I’ve met some neighbors and they are very friendly. I LOVE the location. Literally everything you need is close by. Within 2 miles for many options. PLENTY of shopping and food interests.

There is a good place to live and raise kids. You have good employees managers. I recommend that you come down here and check the area for yourself. You won't regret it. They have a swimming pool, a tennis and exercise gym. I believe me living here for closer to two weeks. I have seen a lot of good things. Just come down and look for yourself. Thank you.

community is quiet, comfortable. apartment is a good location, the amount of the apartment, especially small 1 bdr seems rather higher than most but receiving the same minimal. The amount doesn't feel like it's worth.

Don't move here . The apartments are filled with roaches the pest control they send just makes them more. The office staff is so rude , they turn off the water everyday and if you call them to ask why they never have answers for you . And the insurance they provide is fake it goes through them and they won't give you ----.

Do not respond to maintenance requests in time manner. Issues are never really fixed. You have to ask to speak to manager and it is still several days before they come out to attempt to fix it. But like I said issues are never really resolved.
