The maintenance staff here has always been promt and courteous. The grounds have always been well maintained. I would recommend living here to anyone who asks me. The rent here is affordable and I hope it stays that way.

Excelent Safe comfortable good home tranquility Very clean all the spaces there is nothing of strong noise people in a state of intoxication with a good space to relax as is the pool and a nice and cozy gym

I am not feeling the new management never respond back to my emails. They don't send notifications concerning rent due date and they are not flexible when it comes to a payment arrangement!!

Clean, quiet, great place to live. The office staff is always helpful and the maintenance is absolutely the best, prompt and professional. My husband and I are blessed to have found such a wonderful apartment home.

Been living here 20 yrs. Was very convenient while working. Now retired. Enjoy this side of Houston. The complex is old(but so what, I am too) with old growth trees etc. The maintenance crew does a good job and the trash is picked up regularly. Landscape crews come weekly too.

I hate the roach infestation...The dishwashe leaks often which is weird bc we do not use it. And the black mold was not treated in the master bathroom. OIf they can fix those minor (but can turn major) things the appartment would be amazing.

Great Apartment Complex? Neat and Serene. It's quiet. Some amenities are old and I suggest that you upgrade your kitchen counter tops from wood to marble and change your toilet seats to a higher one. Overall good

Horrible . High turnover. Unproductive unprofessional staff. Work order being completed the first time? highly unlikely. The only positive thing I can say is the application process is rather quick. When you move in do a thorough check of everything on checklist. Whatever deal or special they offer , make sure it is typed on the lease when you sign it.

The leasing agent Alexandria was very knowledgeable and friendly. She assisted me every step of the way and made the experience very enjoyable. The community is well kept and is in a very great location.

I wish they can renovate my apartment room. The carpet's old, need brand new refrigerator, brand new dishwasher, brand new bathroom tile, tub, and bathroom tile wall. I also need new countertops. Everything else is good

Very nice people to work with, from the office staff to the maintenance team, every concern I've had had been addressed and resolved. The maintenance is QUICK to fix an issue. It is very common that I see the security team patrolling the area. My area is very quiet and peaceful. Many of my neighbors have been here for years (that seems pretty positive to me!) and I've felt very safe here.

Overall, I personally enjoy living in this community. A few things could be improved upon like the swimming pool situation, the entry gate, parking and lighting. The management does its best to communicate as effectively as possible and in a timely manner.

Overall, the aesthetics of the apartment are ok. However, I'm displeased with the managements response to noise complaints especially considering how thin the walls are. Some neighbors play loud music with subwoofers and I don't think the management has dealt with this matter sufficiently including sending reminder emails to all residents regarding expectations when it comes to the noise. Also the pool and tennis court are not very well maintained.

I love this neighborhood. The apartments are quit and normal. Obviously is an old building, but perfect and clean. Marivel is awesome She understood everything I was trying to search in my new home.

Haven't moved yet but I really liked everything I saw on the tour. Is exactly what I am looking for and I wish to be approved. The management courtesy is flawless and they are really empathetic and caring for the customer, that's a good plus.

When I entered the property the entrance gate was open. That means anyone could just enter and rob. The leasing office looked clean but when I walked in the 3 desk line up looked off. I didn't know who to go to even though I was greeted by 2 people. The leasing agent who helped me kept getting cals on their phone and answered it before walking off during my questions. As I was about to leave the leasing agent asked if I wanted to view an apartment, which I did. The apartment looked very small for a 2x2 and smelled of mildew. I already know mildew comes with mold so I was unimpressed after that.

My experience in the community is amazing , the neighbors are nice . It's a really quiet place to live . They have a beautiful pool , a place for you to workout at . Overall everything is just amazing .

Overall I have a good experience. It's really quiet, and most neighbors are nice and keep to themselves and I like that. I feel the entire oarking lot needs to be updated because it's too many pot holes and it's not fair to us a residents who pay rent.
