That apartment wasn't ready to be moved in and then bugs is outrageous either y'all do something are don't charge me and I'll pay a pest control company?other than that the apartment is good very quiet and etc

It was pleasant, streamlined and all questions were answered. Of the communities I visited, this had the best overall everything. The grounds were well kept and the landscaping was very pleasant looking.

The experience has been okay. Not bad, but also not amazing. The move-in process was very accommodating for the most part. That was very helpful as I was moving from out of state. This is a good in-between apartment to live in.

It's good so far , just need to sweep and vacuum after they bomb the floor place because still have dead critters around when I moved in . And the water keeps having dirt come out of it when I turn it on so i have to let it run awhile

From the minute I walked in the leasing office I felt already at home Miss Alexandra was the best she made sure that I had everything that I needed and that my apartment was done I could just move right in I really appreciate Alexandra and the leasing staff

Just Moving In And My Experience Is Going Good, It's Quiet , Hopefully It Remains That Way. The Property Is Really Clean And Nice. Love How They Have Security. The Office Staff Is Nice & Gets The Work Done.

This complex is complete trash
This entire community is absolutely disgusting. It’s filled with drug dealers and thrives . the office does not care they only care about your valet trash and whether it’s outside or not in time and if it’s not they charge you $50 how ridiculous.. But if you complain about the drug dealers, the gate being broken, the children bursting out windows in the laundry room, and the actual teenager being shot in the laundry room. They don’t see that as a problem, they turn a blind eye, which is absolutely disgusting.. if you reach out to the assistant manager, -------------, that ------ is going to have a complete attitude the entire time and you can barely understand her with her broken English ??take that ------ ---- back where you came from

The Staff and the community are great. The only problem is when we moved in there were cockroaches, then when told about problem the pest control came 4 days later. This is a health hazard. Then when the Pest control man came he sprayed for 1 minute and left, of course the Cockroach problem still persists.

Clean complex, office and staff friendly and they don't switch management. Always concerned about anything that goes on in the complex. The apartment manager and his team are very polite. The rent is reasonable for the space of a 2 bedroom apartment.

Communication is always key. Anytime I voice a concern with the office staff, it get addressed straight away. I've stayed in the community since 2021 and during my entire time here I transferred my lease to another apartment (family expanding). They worked with me to find the right apartment for my new family.

Not the best overall, they need to change the staff in the office, the maintenance staff, even the security structure in place in the compound is the greatest concern. Two people were shot, one got killed.

I enjoyed my tour of the complex. The pool looks relaxing. The unit I saw was on the second floor. It had a storage room one the patio. It also had plenty of space for my patio furniture. The staff were nice and answered my questions.

Great community, conveniently located with gym and a swimming pool. the staff were very friendly and Alexandra who showed me the units was extremely professional and knowledgable. the prices are affordable and the units have good space and amenities

Wonderful experience.... so far. Their are a few potholes in the parking lot and the grounds but I am hopeful that they will be fixed soon because it causes damage to my car. Other than that it's a good place to live.

Only here because I am renting out my house to help a family of 5. I enjoy the lack of noise, which helps my peace of mind. Overall, I am going to give the complex and management company a "D+" Observing some changes would definitely help the grade.

The staff is very attentive to your needs and concerns.They like to follow up with you regarding work orders to ensure you are satisfied. Overall I'm glad i moved here as it has been a great experience this far.

My experience was nothing to write home about. They tricked me to renew last year that they gonna fix my bathroom but they never attended to my request after renewal. So my experience is awfulllllllll

Don't even look into them, let alone move in.
Everything was inoperable except stove and fridge. Ac/Heat blows like waving a piece of paper. All the vent flaps to said ac are broken. The maintenance team insist all occupants learn Spanish so you can communicate with them. Also roaches! You live with them not them with you. Dont walk through any of the grass! Dog and cat feces liter the lawns! The porch downstairs almost caught fire due to the dry rotted wood they still have up. Water is always off. Don't use the fireplace and the fire extinguisher they had in the apartment I rented was empty and has yet to be replaced... This place needs a new owner and management company not just management company.

Since I moved to this apartment I can say I'm enjoying my stay here at 2400 Briarwest. One of the main parts of staying to me is the parking for residents, I never have to look for parking. And also the management team are always helpful when it comes to situations.

The trash situation, the water quality and the MUD PILE are unacceptable and need to be addressed immediately. The gym would be more beneficial if it had a Roman Chair. Better equipment that worked and access to a restroom. If the neighbors were less complacent with regards to their cleanliness (Put food away, take out trash more frequently, sweep and vacuum the floor regularly) there would not be as much of a need for pest control.

Quiet, calm, safe. Not expensive, affordable to live there. I loved the fountains water the complex use to have, that was one reason for me to moved in. We have security at night which is great. Now the gates are closed all the time, you feel safe

It's a beautiful environment and the staff were quite helpful and professional. I like calmness that the community enjoys, and I have a feeling that it's safe for residents. The location is quite strategic as well. I would definitely recommend!
