The management is wonderful,and very helpful. The complex it self is well kept, quiet and tend to in a quick and efficent manner when there is a problem. Love them and would love to move back.

nice place to live

The complex is mainly lower-income families, but the apartments are clean, spacious, and the maintenance staff is courteous and efficient. The grounds are nicely kept, and there are no broken-down vehicles in any of the lots. There are no balconies (as if you can use them in Houston… except to store your “illegal” BBQ) and no pool. But each unit has its own washer and dryer, a huge kitchen and large bedrooms with walk-in closets. My one bedroom apt. is just over 1000 sq. feet<br><br>The only down side for this complex is that it is right near the RR tracks, and trains go by at all hours of the night, and they blow their whistles (loudly) at all hours of the night as well. The sound is loudest on the east side of the complex.<br>How often does the train go by? <br>So often you won’t even notice.<br>I just sleep through it, though and it doesn’t really bother me.<br><br>The other thing that I dislike, but is not the fault of the management per se, is that cable is provided by some small independent company out of California. They are not overly concerned with customer service, and the tech that services this area is, shall we say, less than reliable. IF you are concerned with internet connectivity, I would avoid this place. The cable co. provides an unreliable 512Mb (advertised 1.5Mb) and DSL, while far more reliable here, is capped at 384Mb
