Office staff is wonderful. The apartment has value. However workmanship is sloppy. The painters are not that great. Glue was left on the floor from laying the flooring The apartment work was not completed on time.

It's a great place to live, it's close to everything you is is a mold problem...neighbors so far are quiet and 's a work environment, so there isn't a problem with people hanging out and making a lot of noise

Cars get vandalized, Management is terrible and no help to any cause, Roach infested TRUST ME NEIGHBORS ARE LOUD AND RUDE unsafe area What type of complex doesn't have a gym or a pool , nor do the management ever host or do parties for their residents... it just sucks all around

So far okay, it's barely been a few days. The train is a bit obnoxious which I didn't realize was right behind my building or half the complex period. The courtesy officers are nice and actually do their job. It's pretty quiet besides the train. The area the complex is built doesn't keep me comfortable.

Office staff is very helpful and always friendly. When an issue happens i know that the office staff will do whatever it takes to handle the problems. Ms. Ericka and Ms. Brittany answers the phone and make me feel they csre about my concerns.

It has been a great experience living in this community. It is very quiet and clean.i would recommend this apartment to anyone. Maintenance is also very knowledgeable and the office staff is very professional.

Staff is nice. Just must b forgetful. Have to repeatedly remind them of maint issues. Residents don't always pick up their animal poop. N trash is left out doors for days at a time. Layout of apt is nice though

This apartment is a great place leave because it is right next to a park which is really beautiful. And if you are broke and no car this place will help you too this season for it is next to the great Houston light rail system.

The staff is excellent. The ground floors are always clean and neat. I love it. I am happy that i am in a safe environment and to know security is always on hand is a plus. The staff always get back with you to assure all is well. Great Place to stay.

I recently moved in and my experience has been great so far. The size of my apartment and it's location is what really sold me. I enjoy being close to downtown, midtown and the medical center. The area seems to be going through gentrification which might turn people off but I don't mind the uniqueness of the neighborhood. This complex does not have a pool or fitness center but the size makes up for it. My only complaint is that the grounds area needs to be kept up with more. I see trash on the property at times.

Great place to live. Staff and residents are friendly. Maintenance problems (if any) are always taken care of quickly. The complex is close to the rail and great for students going to UH. All and alll safe and nice complex

Overall the apartment size is best and I use Metro rail all the time so it is very convenient for me. I am between UH and med center most of the time. Maintenance is quick to respond and always friendly. Brittany leased me my apartment and was very friendly and helpful during our move.

The management has changed 3 times since I have been here but everything else has been good. I have enjoyed living here. This last year they have done some nice landscaping and it's much quieter and cleaner.

We just moved in a couple of weeks ago, so I can't say too much. Our move in day was terrible. We were told a week before that we can move in at 10 am, then the night before got told 12 pm, then the day of we got told 3 pm. We arrived and got told we can't put any furniture on the carpet because they need to replace it. They didn't even begin replacing the carpets til 3:30 pm. Then our A.C. was weak and the maintenance man said they replace the filters monthly. We complained again 2 days later and another maintenance man came to replace the filter. It came out dirty and moldy. Another annoying concern was that they repainted everything but didn't cover the stuff around it. So the shower, laundry washer/dryer, etc were all stained in paint. Besides the terrible move in, the apartment itself is really nice and spacious. Beware if your moving into the 2 bedroom, the smaller room has terrible ventilation and gets really hot at night. Maintenance is quick to fix problems which is great! Overall the apartment itself is nice, you just need to get accustomed to the loud train horn at all hours of the day.

Do not live here. Low quality apartment, slow maintenance, things constantly breaking. Not all of the information I needed was given to me when I first moved in. Neighbors are loud and rude. Excessive litter all over the complex. Weird smell when I moved in. Bugs everywhere all the time. It's far too expensive to have this many problems

It is a very Spacious apartment with more than enough parking space. The main problem for me is some pet owner are not responsible enough to clean up after their pet. I usually don't see the pet themselves but what they left what I have to be careful.

It's been uneventful and quiet except for the train but we don't hear it anymore. There is enough parking and the spaces are wide enough for our cars. There was never any parking where we lived before. We had an incident when we lost some keys and office was helpful with helping us locate them.

No pool or anything but I love my apartment and fits all my stuff. They have a renovated apartment and a standard apartment option. I have the standard and it is very comfortable. The staff is friendly, price fits my budget and its close to school.

The staff was friendly and gave us all of the information I needed. There is 24-hour security that came by to say hello as we were moving in. I did find a few spiders in the apartment, but when I told the staff, they called pest control and had it handles ASAP. It's quiet and no disturbances so far.

Very clean and comfortable place to live. Reasonable rent with quality at it's finest. Staff is very helpful and maintenance is quick with service requests. The customers request is the top priority and it makes Metro 5514 stand out from the rest.

Staff is friendly. Big units and good rates. Outside of facility needs maintenance but inside looks well! Huge W/D closet, smaller shower, but well sized bathrooms overall. Gated with card use, could use clicker option. 24/7 security is also nice and available.

Space is much comfortable,came with no microwave oven that disappointed,ac is not working within the one week stay, rooms are clean but the smell of paint resides.appliances are tooo old that can easily seen by their corrosions.

The apartment is very spacious but there aren't any amenities for the price you pay. The location is perfect for students attending UofH and TSU. The staff has horrible people skills and maintenance is always clueless as to what's going on. Also the crime rate is really high . No matter what the office says, I have gotten my car stolen and they wouldn't even allow me to loom at the cameras which I think don't actually work . Also some one was shot and killed in the apartment complex.
