The staff were great . I just don't like the fact that there are roaches I made the front office aware and they stated someone would come out and spray. I just don't like that roaches are in the apartment and I just moved in March 1st

Its close to the light rail if i don't feel like driving its 10 minutes from downtown its quite the staff is friendly maintenance men are respectful I like it here im not going nowhere for a while I only work 10 minutes from here so its good

The non renovated(classic) apartments the perfect place to move if you are very artistic, handy and love adding personal touches to a place when you move in. It's the perfect "project" apartment. Great amounts of space!

The staff is very nice. When you have a problem with something in your apartment they take care of it right away. The apartments are nice and large. Lots of living space. Very large kitchen. And they have washers and dryers in the apartment. The neighbors are friendly. I love living here. Your real close to a Fiesta for groceries. The staff just makes it wonderful to live here.

Enjoyed living here. I only wished that rent variations due to water and such were automatically based on individual usage. It is not user friendly for persons on fixed incomes. This should be on an individual basis as well as consideration of renters care of property!

The staff is friendly. The appartement looks nice even though there is a sewage smell in the master bathroom, There is a lot of room and large windows make the appartement very luminous. The only complaints are the appliances not working properly and thr noise of the trains.

This community have helped me tremendously with my relocation to Houston. The staff was very patient with whereas I had to constantly change my move in date. This process took months. i finally made it. I love my apartment. I'm very grateful for the understanding and kindness the office staff have shown me.

The complex and community are very nice. I first heard about them through a work friend who had been living there for a couple of months and he liked them so I called the very next day. After hearing the prices and everything to offer I signed a lease to a first floor unit that would soon become the home where my new family started. My son spent his first months of his life here and I wouldn't change it for the world! I would recommend anyone to live here!

I love the space and layout of the apartment. Maintenance is on top of any request I put in. No issues complex is quiet. There could me more of an area for children besides the park next to the apartments.

Horrible. They do not replace anything that breaks down toilets ate old , air-conditioning unit sputs out mold, mildew and dust mites. Water pan is rusted. Washer and dryer are old. They show you the nice, new sample apt. ..but they don't show you yours until day of move in after you pay all of your money and they refuse to replace anything!

If you are looking for a place with a lot of space, these apartments are the right ones, like all apartments there will always be little problems, but I like living in this place, nice people in the office.

Before moving in I would talk to the staff often but I would have to call for updates. They were not proactive about updates with my move in. After moving in there were issues they were not fixed in time. I'm still waiting on a new washer and Haven't received an update it's been 3 weeks since my original complaint

Everything was great until we moved in, they didn't let us tour the unit that we were supposed to move into. upon moving in roaches were everywhere, mcdonald's cup stuffed into the air filter, counters had food residue, towel rod was broken, and food in the garbage disposal/dishwasher. We found questionable red marks on our door and the roaches have made their way into our fridge. We confronted the front office about it and we had an exterminator coming but once the day came to fumigate, nobody showed up and we were not informed of this at all. Our door lock is not completely on the door and I made this complaint as soon as we moved in and even spoke to the office again about it and nothing has been done. Our door could easily be opened and that concerns me for both mine and my partners safety. Our first morning in the apartment the maintenance man just let himself into our home while we were sleeping. We've spent over $200 on roach spray/bombs to aid the situation ourselves since management has put this issue on the back burner. We were told the landlord would be in last Tuesday and none of our phone calls have been answered.

I used to stay here in 2019 and it was pretty laid back. Moved back after selling home and it's still laid back. Mostly college students, couples and your everyday workers stay here. It's quiet. I encountered a huge issue with my initial move in but Erica and Brittney took exceptional care to make it right and I appreciate them for that.

Thus far I've had issues with my AC and it's been after hours. My calls are handled expeditiously and the repairs are taken care of immediately if the weather permits. Overall this is a wonderful community. The leasing manager Erica has been very accommodating when an issue arises! The trains are annoying but tolerable, the noise is actually soothing sometimes if that makes sense!! But crossing the tracks is a headache Bc it takes the trains forever to cross!!

The staff in the office are very friendly and helpful. Fast turn around on completing any work orders. Apartments are very spacious and clean. The property is quite. Access to 610 & 45 in minutes. Price is affordable.

For the most part, I love Metro! I've lived here going on 2 years and it is a spacious apartment for the amount that paying! The office staff is fairly kind, but can sometimes seem bothered by questions of inquiry. But honestly, the amenities and price make up for that; the only thing I wish is we had a pool, but I have so many friends with pools in their complexes that I do not mind. Overall, I'd recommend Metro!

I moved in and the apartment was dirty! I took pictures of it bc it had several damages, the bathroom sink was rusted, the tub had black spots, the air filters kept throwing out black small hairs and I kept sneezing. The lady came by and said it would get fix and cleaned. We kept opening drawers and stuff was in there from the previous renters. Also I had asked her if the previous person had pets bc I'm allergic to cats and I found hair balls on the carpet and falling from the vents she said no. When we were going through the cabinets bingo a bag of cat food was left behind. If you cleaned an apartment it shouldn't be left with any previous renters stuff. They said they would fix some stuff. I never saw the carpet get cleaned. When it rains water comes in through the windows causing mold. They just came and sprayed painted the sink white! Of course that didn't last a week the paint started to peel off immediately. I complained and they said as long as the sink is working. I've been living in boxes bc I can't wait to leave. The washer and dryer never worked properly and I called several times and they said it's fixed and kept doing the same thing, I got tired and dealt with it until it drained all the water on the floor, the water went to the carpet, I had to move my furniture. The carpet is soaked, I called immediately and they haven't fixed the problem 5-6 days later I called and a girl name Brittany answers and says what I can't believe the carpet is still wet it should have already dried up on it's own. Really!!! I know nothing is going to be done and another renter will come along to a mold smelling apartment. So many other things that are wrong but I decided to stop stressing and move out as soon as the least ends which is almost here.

Very friendly front office staff. The spacing of the units are amazing and the maintenance staff is very timely. I would definitely recommend these apartments to a friend or a family member. Would like it more if the units could be pressure washed
