I love my apartment staff is GREAT all the extra fees not so much valet trash pick up I don't want honestly each year prices goes up . I don't know how much longer I will be HERE OTHER THAN THAT ALL IS GOOD

Acceptable rent costs and decently sized apartments overall. Maintenance here seems more responsive than average, which I appreciate. There is also access to the Metro rail in front of the complex. Some of the downsides are lots of noise from the nearby trains at night, and car break-ins have happened several times.

Train noise all the time day and night grounds dirty all the time takes weeks to pick up garbage there's no pool gym bar bar que pit laundry machines very old sof poop everywhere apartment cold in winter

The water runs outside my apartment all night and day, and they leave the door open, keeping me up all night banging on the building. The maintenance team has attached a water hose to wash their hands and not cut off the water. I have asked this question before Does Building 27 pay for that water???

Easy move in process. The staff was friendly and attentive to my needs. The apartment I chose was a really good size for the price and I really loved the layout of the apartment. The complex has ample parking as well.

There was a problem with the air conditioning. We had to deal with 100 degree heat for a week before it was fixed. Now, two weeks later, it's broken again and no one has come to fix it. Maintenance never calls back and usually takes a few days to show up.

Quiet community and the staff at the office is very nice Cristina. And Britney and the engineering guy Gustavo. The community is clean and people mind each other's business. This community is accessible to everywhere you want to go easy to downtown.

Its been a great experience, we have only one issue when our car was broken into but other than that we feel at home and feel that the rent we pay is fair to live where we are, we like the staff and the maintenance has been exceptional! We will definitely love to stay another year

After moving in realized the gate card and gate call features did not work, had a plumbing issue with the toilet and the unit was not completely ready at time of move-in. Housekeeping left a vent uncleaned, ceiling fans were missing globes and blinds still needed to be changed.

Upon moving in the tub was cracking and the toilet was unsealed. Maintenance came in and did not do the job correctly to have to be done over because it was not done correctly, the toilet was still wobbly and shaking not seal to the floor correctly.

Very bad. The unit has very old appliances. The main toilet keeps back flowing. It flooding the carpet and unsanitary situation. I have to clean up in the middle of the night because of flooding from the toilet bowl back flowing.

Water is never working. The leasing office doesn't care if you have major issues at your apartment. They only care about rent being paid. These apartments are poorly managed and I will definitely be moving when my lease is up

Although Metro 5514 are nice and spacious apartments complex, I was very displeased in what I saw when I first entered the apartment I'm staying in. First of all to my knowledge the apartment was already clean and ready for someone to move in not this one weekend to clean the apartment did a very poor job. I was very displeased with everything.

My satisfied with this place. The staff is great. I'm very happy with my beautiful apartment. I would recommend this place to friends. The location is perfect and not to far from work. So far I have no complaints and I hope that it continues to be a stress free environment.

I just moved into the apartment but so far it has so much space. My only concern is the bugs other than that, it is amazing and I love the closet space. I did have an encounter with dog poop being outside my door and it brought in the bugs.

The space is definitely the largest I've seen for the cost. Aside from the train (not the metro) passing at odd hours, and the random pests every now and then, it's a nice place. I don't recommend it if you work from home. That train is a major distraction

Was a pleasant move-in. Everything was done online except for first payment. Office staff was very helpful with the process. The train can be heard from the apartment, but it's not anything a fan can't drown out. Community is pretty quiet, nice square footage for the price.

Horrible. Management doesn't care for safety of residents at all. Over 100 break-ins in a matter of weeks and no changes made. Gates are often left open and people who are unhoused often camp out and rummage through our trash. Do not recommend for anyone.

This apartment is absolutely stunning. I was looking for a one bedroom after I graduated college. I struggled since this is as my first apartment after renting with roommates. I was so discouraged and frustrated. Making an appointment was easy and fast, the tour was amazing and the amenities are beautiful. Everyone in the leasing off was professional and nice. All my questions were answered promptly.

These apartments are cool I mean there is constant motion going (heavy traffic) but everything is ok. There was car break ins but that has stopped. Everything is fine now. Maintenance is very quick with work orders.

This place is ran horribly You pay for valet trash service, but trash sits outside your door for 2-3 days before it's picked up, stray cats hanging in parking lot trash always outside dumpsters, landscaping is horrible they only care about the appearance in the front of the complex the further you go to the back it's a drastic change in appearance of the complex People who don't live here often sit blocking entrance gate waiting to be let in (God forbid anybody has a protection order) water always getting shut off for some reason or another 3x already since I been here, apartment drafty when chilly out due to windows installed improperly this place a joke for the amount of money they charge you to stay here, you must be just paying for the size of the apartment as thats the only good thing about the complex. I'm over this hell hole of an apartment I can't wait for my lease to be up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Haven't even been here a full 30days and ready to LEAVE
