It has been absolutely horrible, hey do not care about their residents. The office staff is rude. (Maribel) and they allow Anyone to move in, they do not pay the trash bill and trash is everywhere most of the time. I have caught the security guard at the corner store with a beer several times in the security car.

Please take into consideration during adverse weather condition renters additional fees. I experienced a high spike in rent and additional cost from the city of Houston. I tried tracking the high cost.

Good so far. Except that the corridors and staircases asre not cleaned regularly enough, leving a lot of buildings with too much leaves and dust. Also, the trains that use the railway behind the apartment is a source of noise.

The apartments are very large with ample storage space in the bedrooms and kitchen. The windows are very hard to open and do not have screens. Unless you open the front door there will not be any fresh air circulating in the unit. The electricity provider Just Energy is not the best. You will have to keep up with monthly pest control depending on your neighbors.

Well to start off, the main office is on point. Well decorated. The colors blend perfectly. I'm not going on a ramble but for the space of the apartments and location, get yours while you're here. That's it.

I like this apartment and the professionalism of the workers however the surroundings are sometimes not so neat. It can take a while to get the main trash can emptied leaving refuse lying all around with some being carried around by the wind.

I love my new apartment it's so spacious and quiet.... I don't have any problems it's very nice and worth the price I'm paying... It's convenient to my kids schools and going to the grocery stores or shopping.... I would recommend every one to come to Metro I love it here

No major complaints. Just wish maintenance requests would be responded to quicker and its always something wrong with the Gate, its irritating. Other than that I dont have anything negative to say. I also really love the 24/7 security!

Apartments haven't had any issues so far and the move in process was relatively straightforward. My only issue would have to be the unit not being all the way taken care of upon move in; some appliances having to be taken care of and the unit not being fully cleaned. It should also be noted that the staff with the exception of maintenance aren't the most organized and as such some things can end up being stifled or not made clear especially when important.

So far it's a pretty good place to live it's convenient for me to get to the Houston medical center. Only downside is getting things taken care of. Take a while before they fix the problem . Otherwise it's going ????

The apartment is very specious and bright with nice windows. I like the include washer and dryer. Plenty of parking. Good location next to the highway. There is a Fiesta Mart right next door. There is also a tram stop right at the front gate. Love the apartment and the relatively quiet neighborhood. Not a lot of traffic, so it is easy to navigate around.

Has any other clients been turned down for an apartment at this complex because of credit score and management kept the application fee and deposit? Usually application fees are non-refundable but not the deposit. Aren't these market value apartments?

I moved in July of 2023, and my experience has been very positive. Management is responsive, maintenance is always quick and they always do a great job. The apartments are spacious and the complex is kept up. Management is proactive in maintenance. And the rent is reasonable. The only problem is the trains and proximity to a rail yard, but that's out of management's control.

I would avoid this place. All problems start in the front office of any business. Aside from the next paint job, you can't say much about this place. The walls have no insulation. Your electrical bill will be high. There are gunshots, lots of drug dealing, kids stealing packages, and the trash behind the wooden barriers has been left for over three months.

The overall property is great, but we run through maintenance at a fast pace so most of the work that is started is never completed because the new staff has no idea what the last maintenance crew was doing.

Since moving in to the community I have been pleased with how quite the community is. Also love the fact that I can just walk to metro rail and go to downtown avoiding the parking fees downtown. Love the selection of food around the area. Overall I love the friendliness in the neighbors wich m as led the stay even better.

This has been the worst experience, it all starts with management they set the tone , they have zero remorse for any situation that tenants present to them , only an excuse for every complaint, and when ever it's like that , it means that's a policy that has been passed down to only protect and cover the company and front office, the tenants are never offered anytype of compensation etc for any type of inconvenience that may have occurred, I personally have had many situations where front office has had a exscus, example, the apartment above me had a leak , and the water damaged my rugs etc in my bathroom, management never called are email any type of concerns at all , I actually had to call and make them aware of the incident, and even then no apologies are any type of compensation for my damaged rugs , basically made it seem like it was just all on me and that's was it , this is the type of treatment that goes on , and before the right person actually spends money for legal counsel to make a change for future residents, I think they should change there policy and approach, and before upper management finds out what's really going on at Metro 5514

Communication is always a good asset. Should be conveyed more often and throughly when mostly needed. I like Metro 5514. It's ok The staff is courteous. However, effect communication is ESSENTIAL.

It is good. Usually fast maintenance. Contact and replies to the office are prompt and courteous. It is close to the Metro and the nearby YMCA is nice. Fiesta being as close is also very convenient. McGregor Park is also close and convenient.
