The community was easy to find and when I approached the community it was quiet and clean. It felt open and inviting. I can't wait until I'm able to live in this community in the near present. I like it.

    Not good so far. Moved into an upgraded unit 11/22 with multiple maintenance issues, turned in inspection list 11/25 (maintenance request sent by staff) and it is now 12/9 and they have yet to be completed. I keep finding more safety issues. (Empty fire extinguisher and hole in the floor of water heater closet are extremely worrisome. Thankful for the new extinguisher that was replaced quickly, but the hole is a new issue that I would have never known about had maintenance not left the water heater closet unlocked. But thank God he did, because anything could come out of that hole.) I currently have a towel under the door praying nothing can get past it into my place to harm me or my pet.

        The staff was extremely biased and racist in my opinion. They assumed I adjusted my check stubs. Without any proper proof. After I offered to provide more documentation they refused. This decision was made after only two phone conversations. I was never invited to the leasing office, nor to tour the community.

          I just moved into my apartment Sept 15 and I am very satisfied. It is very spacious. My toilet was running and I put a work order in and they came quick and resolved the issue. Very satisfied with my choice so far.

            Nothing really. Don't know many people. But the side gate to the park is always open. When I do meet my neighbor they seem friendly but I'm tired of the dog poop every where. We need some activities. Purchase the space next door and expand with a pool, fitness gym and maybe townhouses.

              Honestly the water is always getting shut off and the smell of the water when I'm in the middle of a shower is not pleasant. Also another issue is that underneath the apartments there are cats and possums living there and I just feel as though the possums make things unsanitary. Other than that it is a quiet chilled apartment complex.

                To say the least, you get what you pay for. The maintenance is lackluster. The valet trash service is inconsistent depending on what floor you live on. If you live in a building near trees, you will have an insect problem. The air conditioning units do not function properly; if you decide to live on the top floor, it is going to be ridiculously hot at all times during the summer. The foundation is lifted on the majority of the buildings so those areas serve as living spaces for stray animals. The leasing office has average customer service; there's a lack of urgency and empathy.

                  Some good and some bad here at Metro 5514 apt. 913. Corporate and property management simply ignore my requests. Emergency request are also ignored. Apt. 913 cannot wait to remove myself from this property!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

                    Everything is great. No complaints. I love my apartment and the spacious living area. My 1 bedroom is huge, especially for 1 person. No fault of the staff but the grounds tend to get dirty over the weekend. Its the nasty neighbors not caring. Throwing trash in the parking lot and on the lawn. It's also the neighbors and valet trash pickup spilling trash juice all over the stairs and hallways. Overall I don't plan on moving anytime soon. I love my apartment and space.

                        It's been good and bad. I feel that the apartment complex is dirty, like my hallway is filled with dirt, there's stray animals on the outside of the apartment cats that cry all night and dogs that would follow you and sometimes bark at you. My numbers are ok that's a plus I can say about the complex.

                          The complex is very quiet and the residents are very nice. The space in the apartment is amazing and the office staff is very friendly also. Love the amount of natural light we get in our apartment. Very convenient for work and school.

                            Horrible full of pest and bugs , washer and dryer don't work, garbage disposal don't work AC don't work. Maintainance don't fix things properly, you make several complaints. I've made several reports and nothing if fixed fully.

                              It has been good. I haven't had any real problems. I looked at the size of the apartment. I also looked at the details. Around the base the painting could have been cleaner, however, it isn't bad to live at.

                                Old appliances? crooked cabinets. Like everything was thrown together. Right next to very active railroad track that runs late into the night?. Lots of trees for shade but does bring about tree roaches and other identifiable critters.

                                  I didn't have AC or a washer/dryer for the first 2 months. I recently started having AC issues again. I called 3 times in 2 weeks my ac still not doing what it's suppose to be doing. They looked but nothing is fixed. They told me I have a new outside unit. I know it's new because it's been replaced back when I first moved in. Major Safety issues. Cameras don't work. My car was damaged they told me it's no cameras on that building. It was one camera but my car wasn't in view. A guest of mine gets their car robbed in the view of the same camera. They say the cameras don't work. It's literally only 3 cameras on the whole property and only 2 work. The camera to the front gate and office. The front gate barely be closed so anybody be in and out. Randoms on the grounds walking around. Messing with cars. Ladies driving around asking you for gas money. The roaches are so bad and I'm a very clean person with OCD. The roaches were terrible they where in my microwave, dishwasher and even in my refrigerator and freezer. Did some laundry and they were in my dryer. Mind you still alive. Terrible communication. You don't get notified if maintenance is coming to your place. You get 1 knock and they start opening the door. I was literally laying in bed when i heard 1 knock and as i was getting up to answer it. Thats when i started hearing a bunch of noise of keys and the door knob jiggling as if someone was trying to come in. They would've came in but i had the deadbolt locked. As a woman alone that is probably my worse nightmare. As a woman i didn't feel safe at all. You won't be safe especially with children. I almost moved back home living here was so terrible and I'm from out of state. Great price with very spacious room. But it's not worth the hell you about to endure during your lease. May the Lord help you if you have any issues they only gonna be fixed half way. That's barely. -100/10

                                    The apartment complex has responded to every maintenance request rapidly. My unit is relatively quiet. I sometimes here the neighbors dog, however, it is a pet friendly community so this was expected.

                                      Management and staff are professional, dependable and friendly. Neighbors look out for each other and they are considerate.                                         Affordable for students. Close to UH. I would be better if water bill is calculated individually and valet service is not compulsory. Maintenance staff are superb. Good location for a students who does not have a car.

                                          Pest control sucks especially with having neighbors upstairs who aren't the cleanest. The apartment space is amazing but you're sacrificing many amenities for it. They don't like to replace appliances

                                            The apartments are large and spacious, but very old. The appliances, cabinets, windows, are very old, and need frequent maintenance. This is not a safe space. My apartment was burglarized while I was out of town. Door kicked in. My door was literally wide open for days and no one said a thing. Several high value items were stolen. Security is trash because you would think they would do routine walk throughs to catch something like this, but nope. He just sits in the car. The gates routinely break and are easy to maneuver. The staff is ok, but they don't do anything to address these concerns. I most likely will not be renewing my lease.

                                              My experience at this community hasn't been a great one at all since we moved in, the apartment wasn't cleaned fixed painted or anything and that's unacceptable in my eyes and wonder why we were put in this apartment

                                                I do believe because I have made complaints against the staff I'm targeted negative and when I moved in the carpet was dirty and nasty and also the apartment I have pictures of the condition this apartment was in when leased to me and have released 2-additional time and asked the manager to place new carpet in my unit in which she keeps refusing, I do believe that they are racist!
