The move-in process was definitely great. The office staff were very courteous and had a great attitude. However, upon moving, the flooring was extremely dirty. I had to go over my flooring 6+ times because it was leaving my feet super dirty. Since we have moved in, which has been for about a month now there have been multiple cars that have gotten their wheels stolen. Last night my husband’s truck tried to get stolen, but he just happened to be outside so he scared whoever it was off security definitely needs to be upgraded here as I don’t believe there is any at this apartment complex.

My experience in here if they have been wonderful. And I would highly recommend my friends to move here. Everything in area that makes it convenient. The place to work out swimming pools, you can't beat that.

Until recently, it was a good community with polite and mindful residents. Lately, there have been loud noise, unsupervised children hanging around vehicles and just a general disregard for the grounds and community in general.

Office staff and Maintenance staff are second-to-none. I have lived in several Venterra units and this is the BEST! This complex is very close to all shopping locations that I frequent. The Sam Houston Beltway is extremely advantageous and very easy to access!

Mostly positive as nothing is perfect. The location is best for me. The price is ok and maintenance has been helpful and excellent with repairs, etc. The negatives are tolerable so I won't go into details.

It is a place to live. Not too cheap or too expensive. Just in the middle. Plus it’s close by to family and our jobs. The staff is very friendly and helpful as well. The gym is nice. That’s pretty much it.
