There are foundation issues with mu building, causing cracks in the walls and roaches. The halls and stairways are always dirty, not well maintained at all. The valet trash doesn't always take all the trash and leaves bags in the halls overnight. The office will tell you to call the trash company directly but doesn't have the number for them.

    The apartment complex is located in a very good area, safe neighborhood and close to the airport. I have never had any problems with tenants or vandalism in the area, this complex is a very nice place to live, however. The lease office is horrendous and incompetent, the manager is rude and doesn't help with any issues at all, the office staff treats you like if they were doing a favor to you instead of being there for you to make sure you are having a good living experience in the community. I wouldn't recommend anyone to move in, the office staff is untrustworthy and rude, sometimes they charge you wrong fees and they ignore your requests to verify the charges, I am surprised this manager has lasted too long considering how she treats people, is gross.

      This has been one of my best living experiences. Only issue that I am having is the fact that whoever lived in my unit before me, I don't believe took good care of it. There are wholes that need to be filled under my desk area and sink. My Floor is rising in a one certain spot, and most of all , I've had a roach issue since the first week of move in which tells me whoever that was there before me, did not have very good house keep skills.

          Not happy with the constant apartment walkthroughs every other month or back to back. Not happy my apt was left unlocked for over an hour during a walk through. Never experienced this before. Terrible

            My experience since living here has been nothing but the best. I am very much satisfied with my community, from the upkeep of the grounds, the amazing amenities and the overall location. As well as the office staff. I choose the right place to call home.

              This is potentially a beautiful community. However, management is lax. Maintenance could you use improvement. Pest control is a joke. There were many broken promises. I had roaches that I kept complaining about for months

                It appears maintenance people have a lot of turnover. There used to be several that picked up trash in the mornings. No more do I see that. I don't think attention is paid to maintenance requests end

                  The Assistant Manager Sonya is very rude and disrespectful. I will not be renewing my lease here. When I first moved in, my apartment was not 100% ready. Blinds and baseboards filthy! Cabinets filthy. I just feel like I can do way better.

                    My is experience is not good I have a 3 bedroom 1253 square feet I have roaches they have no gras over here in building 6 So it look like I live in ------ when people visit me but I'm pay high end apartment prices like rent is 2516.00 a month they don't take care the inside like I been here for 4 years like a up keep package to units they should add that that would help

                      The maintenance team here are always very hardworking and quick. They absolutely deserve a raise. The flooding from busted water pipes in 2022 was dealt with quickly and conveniently given the circumstance. Also they have been on top of HVAC repairs in the summer and very quick to respond. One thing that bothers me is the gate. It has been down for a large number of weeks and I am sure there are reasons for that which I do not know. If the front gates are going to be open 24/7 for months why not open the back gate too? It would make my commute to work much easier to use the back gate. I'm not particularly upset that the gates don't work, it just seems like it is an issue that has been forgotten about. All in all, I enjoy this apartment complex and enjoy living here.

                        I'm not satisfied with this community For Stared the Apartment wasn't ready when Move in!!! Also this Building is Nasty Trash Can outside the Door with Trash in it we reported it Twice in nothing Changed You Smell Drugs in The stairway people actually sitting on the Step Smoking weed"in that is Disgusting if I knew what I know Now their No way I would Move over Here in these Apartment !!!!! In I Can't Wait For My Leased to be up!!!! By the way Sep 15 I Emailed a Copy of My Renter Insurance if I Got Confirmation about renter insurance in they still Charging me for DamagesSO OVER ALL NEVER!!!!!! Would have Move Here!!!!!!!

                          My apartment is very spacious and beautiful renew. The parking lot is spread and easy to find a spot. Maintenance are a good team, my problem is with management, they are rude at the office and disrespectful with the residents. The pool are not the best but doesn't get too crowded so it's okay to refresh over the summer, the gym is okay. Overall is quiet and good.

                            Very poor, I would not recommend this complex, starting with a very poor Customer service and the issues in the apartments. The grounds are in bad shape holes everywhere, parking is awful and the way they give you the apartments is dirty and nasty.

                              When I moved in a wanted out immediately, I didn't sign a lease to live with roaches. The solution was to move me into a unit that didn't come close to the upgrades I agreed to pay for. The complex as a whole is unsanitary. Parking is not good, there are cars that are basically abandoned so if you're not here before 8pm you will have no parking. The dumpsters are always overfilled with trash. There is dog poop literally everywhere, I don't even want to take my dogs inside the dog park. The stairs and hallways are filthy. People take their kids in the gym. You pay for a gated community, but the main gates are always open and there is a pedestrian gate toward the back that is also always open. The cost to live here is too high for all the negative.

                                My family enjoy the response time of maintenance request and enjoyed our leasing consultant he was awesome! Some of office leadership not so much. There is a slight insect issue and winterizing of widows and doors. Areas around are filled with animal feces and wish there was a way to ensure owners pick up after their pets. The parking or lack there of is inconvenient and the fact that stairwells and walkways have never been power washed or cleaned since we have moved. Grounds crews and landscapers use blowers on 1st level but not additional floors so trash and debris compile

                                    I like my apartment just not the price but rent is high ever where. Maintenance is really good about fixing thing when you need something done. I just don't like they charge so much for a car port every place I ever lived it was free but they don't have much covered parking here. I don't like paying for packages mail box don't order things but still have to pay $10 a month weather I do or not. Wish they would open back gate they keep it locked. Hate all apartment you have to do a app or visitor parking at most apartments tow trucks are bad at a lot of apartments and cost $300 if you get tolled and wish they would fix the big potholes not good on the vehicle if you have to go through them . But it is very quit at my apartment don't hear people upstairs that is nice have lived at some apartments sounds like they was coming through my ceiling so that is a plus

                                      The staff is wonderful. Office staff and maintenance are great. Wish the gates worked properly, including the back exit gate, and that the other pothole in the parking lot would be fixed. However, as stated, the staff is wonderful and prompt to getting back to any concerns or questions. Living here has been great!

                                        My experience has been very poor. Your apartments are infested with roaches. And instead of evicting the ------ people who don't clean up after themselves everyone else has to suffer. Also a few of my maintenance requests to take care of the roaches were ignored until I threatened to go to the corporate office in coppell.

                                        Leasing office are great people and the maintenance is very quick. Everyone is nice here. My only complaint is the exit gate and the pot holes by leasing office. I picked this apartment because I assumed the gates would be closed for safety, but now everyone and anyone can enter the apartment. This has also led to the two pot holes getting bigger and more dangerous. This defeats the purpose of paying more than nearby apartments who do not have gates and is frustrating.

                                          I do not recommend living here. Front desk staff and maintenance crew are helpful and kind, but their leadership is not. The gates to this community have worked for a cumulative 3 months in the entire 2 years I've lived here. There have been multiple gun violence situations occur with little care or concern for the community that was impacted. Pot holes are scattered throughout the property and several units have extreme issues with roaches. Leadership cares more about filling units than creating and maintaining quality units. I've never seen such high turnover of residents at a complex that charges the amount they do. Front desk staff and maintenance are wonderful and do the best they can within the crummy system in which they work. Overall, my experience has not matched what I paid to live here.

                                            My move in experience was really good the staff was really nice and helpful. However since staying here in this particular building I have had pest issues with no help. The last two times I have requested pest service by the time I got to the door there was a note no service. Trash is always in the stairs and no one picks up after their animals. The maintenance gentleman are really friendly though and always willing to listen and help me with a problem.

                                              All I have to say is roaches

                                              This apartment complex has an infestation of roaches and no one from the on-site up to corporate seems to care. This is the second unit we moved into with promises of a better outcome. Still dealing with roaches. In the new unit, the covers under the base boards under the bottom pantries, sink, and dishwasher is missing. As soon as we moved in we seen live and dead roaches on the floor. Roaches climbing up the wall. Really am considering breaking my lease because my peace of mind is more important. Been dealing with roaches since May 2023. If people would listen the roaches would not be as bad as they are.
