DO NOT MOVE HERE IT suck big time if you want to have your worse nightmare everyday Welcome welcome... IF you want hood, trashy people, nothing get fix in the apartment, they let the scum of earth move in, dog poop around dirty grounds. Welcome and bring your friends and family. Do waste you time moving here I promise you the people on here that wrote something is not lying at all or bitter. They don't care at all about the good over the bad. It suck point blank.

    Beautiful apartments with faux wood floors. I believe my apartment had a previous tenant that had lived here for years therefore there were numerous things that needed to be fixed before I moved in. That was never done. It was filthy when I moved in and the tenants leave the grounds unkept.

      Until the last year and half we were fairly content here.welike the design of the apt,we are SRS We've been treated well as far as respect but basically been ignored when we've told things would be done. NO ONE YET HAS PAINTED HALLWAY AFTER BEEING TOLD WOULD DO. WE TRY TO BE PATIENT AND TREAT ALL WITH RESPECT BUT months now gone by and embarrassing. When family comes they want us to move.we truly want to stay but don't understand delay!

        I am tired of never getting my work orders completed in a timely manner. Also the property landscaping could use some work, the only area that looks good is by the office. I hate it here since MC Residential took over. I will not renew my lease in December.

          I have lived here for many many years. It does not matter who manages this apartment complex. My neigbors are trashy. They leave dog crap, food, cig butts in the hallways, and trash. After reading some of these reviews it seems like the rule breakers are the only ones with a voice. I don't think the managment can pick up after these nasty people quick enough. But the apartments are great. The staff is very respectable. You complainers act like someone owes you something. You seem very bitter with nothing better to do but complain. This is your home act like it.

            The picures online look nothng like the real deal.The walls are paper thin , Management is lazy ,maint crew are extremely lazy and take a month or longer to service request. The outside hallways smell like urine, has stains from other tenants dragging/leaking trash bags, there's dog poop everywhere around the community and maint never cleans any of it up.No accountability here from management,unfulfilled promises and their crew. Request rigged, once they left my patio door wide open after they finished with no one hm. If you have no where else to go and you enjoy being awaken by your neighbors at 2am, 3am 5am when you have to work this is the place for you . But in my opinion its not worth your hard earned money.

              I would advise NO ONE to rent here. I have been here 4 months and I am moving out...the mgnt company is running a game and getting over They never fix anything, and they don't care. You can even take them to court, and they will find a way to get out of repairs...They prey on people whose credit is not the best, but have the ability to pay rent. You move here, because it is a very nice place, visually... until you actually get in here. Upon move in, the apartment was not ready, but of course you went ahead and moved in b/c you have a truck with your things and ready to be settled. You would think for the amount you are paying in rent, the mgnt company would be better in keeping the property up better. But they don't care because they are getting the rent and the residents are living in a mess!!! They feel, you should be happy you have such a nice place to live, but in fact it is a nightmare!!!! If you have some money, and your credit is not the best, continue to look around and find second chance apartments.. At least they will treat you like a person and actually care about you say and what needs to be repaired.

                Mira vista ranch in lewisville is the worst apartments i ever seen in my life....its worst than the projects they want fix anything after i have asked them since i been living here for 5months the walls are paper thin and they staff is ridiculous they r so rude ------- the manager dont have know respect and --- act like he dont know anything and plus they are in with the towing company u cant even park your car even if u are a resident here they will find a way to tow your vehicle they r getting 50per cent of wht the tow company make off a vehical..but management is very rude they have no professionalism about themselves very unprofessional so i wouldnt advise a homeless person to come live here thanks

                  Living here 10 years now, I've seen management come and go! I feel there should be some kind of perks for tenants after so many years! I've seen better management! You all need to be more aggressive with people picking up after their dogs! Put up signs, provide bags and disposals around the apartment community.

                    Horrible -------------- is a horrible manager. --- is an horrible assistant manager. I feel like they are nice to get you the sign a lease and from there it's all down hill. ------- hides in her office best of all the compliments and doesn't acknowledge tenants presence even if she is the only one there.

                      Mira Vista Ranch is not what it is. My apartment has mold in the bathroom,i have mushrooms growing on the side of the toilet,the floors are coming up they repo ur car for no reason. Its so much all i can say is DON'T MOVE HERE DONT WASTE UR MONEY!!!

                        I enjoy living at Mira Vista Ranch apartments homes, but it hasn't always been like that. When MC residential obtain the property, I was so dissatisfied and frustrated. I had looked into breaking my lease and moving, but things have gotten so much better. MC Residential put in brand new washers and dryers, beautiful ceiling fans and light fixtures in the kitchen. We also have parking stickers for the residents to park closer to their homes.

                          I like the apartment complex. like my neighbors.. great office staff. you just don't get people that understand that life events happen and they do. great job overall. I wish more apartment owners were understanding like this one. I will miss this place.

                            I believe the apartments have so much potential , but in order to attract the right people you have to better screen them . You should want people who are going to take care of your property and refer to others. The response time to issues is horrible and the up keep of the apartments are very important! And there is not enough visitor parking.

                              Apartments have water bug issues, foundation issues, maintenance takes months fulfill requests, on top of a lot of other things. I'm not just saying these things because, in saying them because I would want to know these things myself, beware

                                It was really great and the staff was really friendly and also they have big CS skills which is high on my list. I haft to say Tim was really nice and very customer service oriented and answered all the questions I had. I am really happy I moved here so far.

                                  I love the Jacuzzi bathtub and the location of my apartment but overall the Community has gone down hill since the previous management company left. The Tenants that live here now are pretty shady and play their loud music on their patios or cars no matter what time of day. The office staff is very unfriendly except for Tim the Assistant Manager. The Manager never comes out of her office even when there is no other staff in the office so you have to go to her office and ask for help. The leasing agent guy is a joke. I went one weekend to get a copy of my lease and he was sitting on the couch with his feet propped up on the table and never got up. He was talking to a friend and when I asked if I could have a copy of my lease he said he couldn't do that and I would have to come back during the week. When my lease comes up for renewal I will probably be moving some where else unless things change dramatically!

                                    Hands down the worst place I've ever lived. The grounds are garbage (trash, broken glass, food, and dog crap) all over the place including the stairs and breezeways. If you want bedbugs, then this is the best place for you - even better the staff doesn't care and are of ZERO help with anything. My locks were changed on me after I complained to the corporate office about a leak in my bathroom that wasn't repaired after 3 attempts (and is still leaking to this day), the gates haven't worked in the almost year that I've lived here, and nothing that's needed to be fixed has been done in less than a week after multiple phone calls requesting a status. I've filed my complaints and am even breaking my lease to get out of there because it's such a nightmare. Biggest mistake I've ever made by renting here, and the corporate office isn't any help either.

                                      The leasing office and model unit that you are shown prior to leasing are quite different from what the individual units and the overall quality of the complex. The leasing office and model are clean and well kept. The grounds have an older, low-rent quality. The privacy gates haven't worked in the 6 months that I've lived here; doubt they will repair them before we move out.

                                        Let me just start with, I love the layout of the apartments, and the laminate wood floors are nice with having dogs, also I like the office staff, they are nice, but that is where to good things stop. For one maintenance is horrible. You just kinda get the run around and I don't think this is the managers fault of anything, I really think it is their maintenance guys. Because anytime I go in to ask the office staff about something not being fixed still, they seem frustrated with the guys who are suppose to the work. This is my biggest complaint with this apartment. Also some of the neighbors are kinda shady. This has happened several times, we will be sitting in our apartment, late at night and all of a sudden we hear someone trying to enter our apartment, it is almost like someone is walking around and testing to see if the doors are unlocked. Also residents leave beer cans and trash all over the place and for some reason people cant follow the trash valet rules, so trash sits out all weekend. Idk, I have mixed feelings about this place and I don't know if i will renew my lease.

                                          Towed my vehicle out of the parking lot over not having a resident decal when i did not receive such notice from office, apparently not everyone got the msg since they only rely on sticking notes on doors. Guest parking lot get full, no decals your guests cars likely to get towed. This place has been bought from other property managements.

                                            I just moved in this property October 2014. At first it was nice and quiet, until I was met by officers at my door stating I was growing marijuana in my apartment. This was told by one of the maintenance workers when they came into my home to fix the floor (which is still not fixed)and he found himself all over my apartment. And to add insult to injury, I am missing money...I don't feel safe here for me and my family and I am looking for another place to live asap!!

No amenities [ Pool, Gates, Maintenance ] should have cameras installed to catch vandals. I have fixed alot of things on my own. [kitchen cabinet door, stopped up sink.] Still enjoy are home.

Follow up is poor, common area in my building is always littered with paper cups, cigarette buts, BBQ left in common area, dog pooh, etc. Gravel has washed out to parking area and is not cleaned up.... office does not walk the property to note problems

                                                  We enjoy living here. Our only major issue is the noise level. The vehicles with loud music and the yelling outside can be heard from within the unit. Also if you are not on the top floor you will be able to hear people walking and flushing. We have gotten used to it but it was very frustrating when we first moved in.
