I've lived in these apartments for a year and a half. While the grounds have improved, the outside, once you enter the gate are still gross. The dumpsters are very indiscrete and a MAJOR eye sore. There's nasty stuff running down the hill, by the pool, from the dumpster (I've watched, from my balcony, two men urinating behind it) The gates have never worked, as long as I've lived there. There are some shady people wandering around at all times of the night. I love my actual apartment unit, but the complex as a whole needs some work.

I have lived here for going on 3 years, the Complex has grown and came along ways the new staff is very helpful and provide the best customer services they are not biased any willing to help out there community, we as renters need to be more respectful to our homes, it sadden me to see negative post when most these ppl where accustom to not following policy rules, and keeping a upkeep on there apartment God Bless Thank You, Mira Vista C.C

We have lived here for less than a year and cannot wait to move out. We have a total of fourteen things that don't work/malfunction in our apartment. We have sent in over a dozen work orders with none of them ever being filled. And side note, management did a routine inspection and broke our door knob and left our apartment open for the entire day. When I called they apologized briefly and said maintenance could come out in a few days not realizing I couldn't leave my apartment I don't know open for the whole world to come rob us? Every single time I mention the work orders they apologize and say they'll fix it immediately; the last manager said within four days and that was over a month ago. The gates don't work ever. Don't waste your time even breathing near this complex. Run far away.

Let's face it the last two reviews were written by the management team. You have two people working on the maintenance staff. If the manager tells me one more time she a budget issues I'm going to scream. This place has done nothing but go down the drain. I have lived here for six years. Last weekend I saw 6 moving trucks moving people out. Rumor has it that they are no longer evicting people because they are losing residents left and right. The office staff is full of excuses. One of the maintenance guys left because he told me he had worked for companies with no money before. I'm moving as soon as my lease is up in January. And hey office staff stop writing your own reviews. The resident here all know this place sucks.

I have lived here for 2 and a half years. After they brought in Amanda the new property manager in September I have seen many positive changes. Staff is friendly now, not like before. Amanda and maintainence DO seem to care about their jobs and we now have a porter and valet trash. Every day this place gets better and better which is good because the actual apartments themselves are nice...wood floors, nice lighting fixtures and granite counters. I am happy with the changes I have seen in the past few months.

After having read all the reviews on here i was very nervous when my refrigerator stopped working that it was going to take ions for them to fix it. I called them this morning to tell maintenance about my problem. They called me quickly to schedule a time for maintenance to come because I have a dog. They were on time, quickly fixed the problem and were friendly. Most people come on here to complain, and I thought I would give them props for doing a good job. I've been living here for a year and am a happy resident. Just renewed my lease.

dont even know where to start..no one watches their kids here. they run around in the parking lot and by the units running in front of cars and knocking people over not to mention they are loud and screaming all the time. discipline your freaking kids people. and the adults arent any better. constantly woken up in the middle of the night because people are outside yelling or playing loud music while theyre selling drugs in the middle of the complex. cops get called but you hear nothing from the office. ive called the office about the same residents multiple times and nothing has been done. and dont get me started on maintenance! its like they dont even exist! **ANDDD cops were caled last night because someone was shooting people with a pellet gun. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE unless you never want to sleep again and want to get shot by some pyscho.

I thought I was alone with the under new management thing. The new people in the office are a joke. I feel scammed. The only reason I signed my renewal was because of the old staff. They took good care of me. The gates are a nightmare they way they are set up. Don't try to talk to the sales girl in the office. She is rude rude rude. The supposed new manager is never in the office when you need her. When is someone going to get all the trashy people out of here. I now hate living her. Under new management. Is that the best you could do? How about instead of cycling employees out of the place you work on cleaning the breezeways, picking up the trash, getting rid of the dog poop, and be like every other place with gates, get us remotes. I will not be renewing my lease. The know it all snot faced girl in the office should be replaced with some one who cares.

I am a resident here paying a very high monthly rent , the parking here is horrible in which you need a sticker or you will be towed and recently my car had a major recall that would take months to fix in which i had to get a rental car for, i went into the office today (under new management) and told my situation and the lady said that i would have to park in visitors parking until my car was fixed ...what? The other day i had to walk from the front office because there were NO visitor spots within the community to the back of the apartments (where my apartments are located) i will definately no longer rent here Denise was amazing i dont know where she is but when you can explain something to someone in they understand makes you want to live somewhere but when people dont care and you work everyday just like they do to make a living and you have to walk from the front of the community to the back is ridiculous i wouldve just given the sticker back when my car was finished but you are dealing with people that dont care and that is not how you bring new customers thats how you lose them cant wait for my lease to be up just because of that one person. whoever the new people are they shouldve really stayed where they were.

They moved me into a roach infested apartment. Then the office manager tried to put me another roach infested apartment.The people that sold me the apartment were no longer working there. It was a nightmare. I demanded out of the there asap. Run but don't walk away from this place. The older lady in the office rude and looked like she was running around with her head cut off. She has no idea what was going on. The guy was nice but still not helpful. He looked embarrassed by the whole ordeal.

We have lived here for almost a year and every maintenance requests we have submitted has never been acknowledged or we were told we had to do it ourselves. In the past week we made a request to a new office manager Sandy and to our surprise it actually got done. It seems as though they are in the midst of a completely turn around. Sandy has her stuff together unlike the previous office staff that worked here.

These apartments are great I highly recommend you to live here. I admit I'm a very harsh when it comes to apartments. It's great for the kids there's a pool and computers and for the parents there's a workout room. All the family's are in the back together. There are kids playing outside all the time. It's very nice for single people and families. I think you should try to live here there's no bedbugs or cockroaches.

This is a bad property to have visitors my car was towed for parking in a so called spot that was a visitor spot. If the apartments we're going through updates residents should be notice to avoid people spending unnecessary money to get there car out the impound. Sad their property not vistor friendly. This property seems to be after the money. I wouldn't recommend vistors.

Please please and please this is for real no joke since we moved here we had been have issues with our apartment this place is the worst I ever ever have lived don't try don't rent no even by monthly you will regret till your lease is up. We had issues with a leaking problem from the apartment about us they took 3 weeks to fix and they only fixed cause I was calling everyday come this was a leaking not a ac filter that need to be changed its serious the apartment above us has been empty for about 2 months and nothing have been done they have the door open and windows and we can hear upstairs the rat yes rats no mice running and crawling and besides there we have issues with a big rat in our apartment and believe me we are pretty clean my husband calls me OCD pest control came and they just put same poison by the dishwasher and when I ask him if he will not gonna look for where the rat is or where it's coming from he said no that I'm good. For real? Since we've moved we have wholes under our cabinets in the kitchen plus the apartment was nasty and dirty. People from the office is a f....joking the ladie ------- she doesn't care about nothing just hitting in our husband she have a nasty attitude I can stand at her don't matter if you nice or rude she will treat you bad. I don't care if they only have one guy to do all the maintenance that's why we pay so much money for this trashy apartment that's they problem they have to figure out and hired another one! That is it I can keep going but I think I said enough!

This place in the beginning was great. We were very pleased with the property and were looking forward to calling Mira Vista Ranch our home...It soon became apparent that we should of read the reviews, and toured the property not just the model... The staff was friendly until we moved in. Right off the bat we had numerous maintenance issues that still have not been fixed. The office gives us answer that it will be done soon but we just keep getting lied to. ------- the property manager doesnt care and isnt the slightest bit accomodating. The property has trash and dog poop everyone. Residents dont clean up after their animals and the office doesnt enforce anything. Trash is scattered all though the walkways of building and grounds. I have not once ever seen someone picking up trash. The residents that live here dont take pride in their home and the office staff clearly doesnt take pride in where they work. The communication is horrible. I can not wait until my lease is expired so we can gladly move away from here. I do not recommend this property or any properties of MC Companies. Unreal that a company can stay in buisness after how they treat their residents and property. Moving here will be nothing short of a mistake!

This place is not worth what they charge. Not by a long shot. Maintenance and upkeep is a joke their response time is pitiful if they respond at all. The walls are paper thin my wife and I can hear the neighbors upstairs having sex while their dog pounds on the floor. Cigarette butts are everywhere there is never any parking my car got vandalized twice and there's no security cameras for proof. Gates never work, there is no noise ordinance there. Really regretting signing a year lease and if anybody knows a way to get out of this place early I'd like to hear it. My wife is pregnant and she is ready to tear management a new -------.

This place is a joke. The management is a joke. Unfortunately, I am only a couple months into a new lease here and regret every bit of it. There is dog feces EVERYWHERE too. The management is too lazy to put out bags for the tenants to clean up after their dogs, so everyone just leaves it. I received a notice that my dogs were "left unattended" on my balcony. I guess if leaving them in a crate means unattended, then I was in the wrong?? Go elsewhere if you can. This place is a bunch of ignorant jerks trying to manage something unmanageable.

Great place to live. It looks like the only people complaining are the ones not following the rules. I have been here over a year. People in the office are really nice. My apartment is awesome. I have never had any problems.

Unless this is your ONLY option please do not move here. The management does not care if you have concerns about your living space. There is mold in air vents as well as around the windows. Sinks constantly leaking, fridges never work and the breezeways are filthy. You can smell marijuana coming from other apartments. At times it's so bad it will fill your entire apartment. If you put in a maintenance request know that it's just that a request. Most of the time you have to call repeatedly and tell them to put in a new order because "they're busy" or "only a few maintenance guys". My rent is the same whether or not everything is fixed. Sadly the management is a joke. The gates are never working. The pool is always dirty or "being repaired" The walls are paper thin so you hear everything. You can hear people walking in the breezeways so if you're a light sleeper there will be no sleeping. If you live on the middle or bottom floor you will hear every move that the people above you make. Very frustrating at times.

I have lived here almost 6 years, and this is the worst management this place has had. Don't even know where to start. Neighbors are the worst nightmare. .. the police was knocking down the door one night, and doesn't help when walls are paper thin. The kids all come to play with their bikes, scooters, balls, food, language. Our cars get the beating, and office doesn't do anything. The trash and toys all over the stairs is unreal, and the parents, fine thank you! Management decided to put washer & dryer in all units if you renew your lease. I renewed in October, and it would take about 30 days to get them.... got mine mid February. And I had complained to corporate in December..... Roaches..... infestations of them I have a pet, and even my dog doesn't like to be walked around the premises because there is poop everywhere. I am terrified to walk after sundown around here It used to be a nice place to live, but now I cannot wait to get out of here

I never write these reviews, however --- DONT MOVE HERE. I have had ROACHES since the day I moved in. The bug man will come, supposedly, however the roaches have never gone away. When I moved in, the apartment was FILTHY, the finishes are cheap, my window leaks, I can hear EVERYTHING from my neighbors or even people in the breezeway. I am in my 30s and have lived in many complexes, this is by far the worst. My rental car was towed - there is a visitors parking sign, however, when I parked I didn't realize that there was an arrow under the sign pointing to the 8-10 spots on the other side of the sign. It was very misleading and cost 300 dollars to get out of impound. Oh yeah, there was also an attempted abduction and the police/fire department has been at this complex no less than a dozen times in the past 6 months. Terrible apartments.

I have been here since 2006 and this management company has been the best at running the complex. Too many people with pets DO NOT CLEAN UP THEIR PETS POOP. It is awful. People on the first floor with porches cannot enjoy sitting on the porch because of this.

This property has changed names and management several times. The current management promises good things but does not fulfill those promises. At the last lease renewal, I renewed only because I was promised upgrades to my apartment. My lease is almost up and those upgrades have yet to be done. Also, the neighborhood is not the best.

Mostly very positive however needs to upgrade their standardson who they allow to move in as the property went way down this past 6 months. I also had several complaints about maintenance not completing the job. Really annoying and the constant dog poop around the property. Make a rule and enforce it don't have a dog if you cant clean up behind it. Now however they have hired personnel to help with cleaning it up and it is looking up. My concern is still that they do not have enough maintanence personnel to do the job needed on this property. Those that are here are addressing the issues much better than before and it is looking up but has a ways to go. THis property needs more plants, trees, better grass care and a park for dogs since they are very pro dogs. Start fining people that are breaking the rules continuously the offenders. They are working on it but it needs to improve at a quicker pace. I belive the management is doing a great job but the investors have their hands tied to do what is really needed. Investors step up and make this a quality property as it should be
