I like to live here. Just a few things that you can improve: The lighting in the lake area (gate) The gate for visitors is not functioning The waste people is picking up the trash very late. The parking spot The access to the pool and to the gym is not provided for a few days/ weeks

Professional Staff and Caring...Leasing was all done over the provided all information for utilities so everything was ready when I arrived to move in... I leased apartment able to trust the staff to fit me into a apartment that meet all my needs....I am a cancer patient and every staff member always ask how i am ferling....i have always lived in,the country and was nervous about apartment live but I love it here...Parking gets a little hard on quite...maintenance responds quick....

The property is a fairly nice property. During the summers it tends to get a little rowdy due to the over flow of children from different apartment homes. The kids play in the dog park area or jump from the fencing area that surrounds the lake. Other than that, management is very good and the upkeep of the property is nice as well. The units have extremely basic interior upgrades (all white appliances), however, the prices would make you think you're paying for all black appliances.

I have been living in these apartments for around a month and half now and have had a safe comfortable standard of living. All of the apartment issues such as a faulty kitchen light, ice maker, etc, were attended to and fixed within 24 hours of moving in. Staff is friendly and really do try to do a good job of attending to any issues. The occasional walk to the lake is a plus.

The property is top notch, in a secluded area in the middle of Pearland. This gives the apartments a great feel when you are here because you do not feel like you are in the city area. The grounds crew keep the lawns and gardens well maintained and this is always the first impression my guests get as they enter the area. I love being here and will continue while in the area.

Staff were very accommodating, we were set to move in when the previous tenant needed an extension. The previous tenant got the extra time they needed before moving out and we were still placed in a comparable apartment but with a better view. My family has been here just under a year and we are very happy and plan on staying for at least another year.

Love the apartment. Management was great. It is always clean. However, I could hear my upstairs neighbors every move. Maintenance is very quick . The apartments are very quiet and never has people just hanging out.

Any issues that I had were solved in a timely manner. I love my apartment layout and the amenities offered. The resort style pool is my favorite! Parking is hard to come by at times, but overall has not been a huge problem.

Property is well maintained,safety of the resident are priority and management and staff are exceptional.Yes I would recommend Tranquility to others.Its our second year in this facility and we are very satisfied in staying to this community..............

This is a friendly, secure, clean and well maintained property. The laundry was clean and came in handy until our appliances arrived. We use the fitness center and pool regularly. It is always clean and I have never seen debris of any kind here or anywhere on the property. The car wash is a bonus. The staff always has a smile and we are recognized by name.

Good. I have no complaints except that there is a problem we have had with nats and spiders since move in. We have had the peat control out but we still get them. The apartment is nice. It would be nice not to have carpet in the main living areas. It's a lot of upkeep and it holds in allergens like crazy.

Very clean area, maintenance staff is very friendly and helpful. The apartments are priced very well. There are also numerous lease duration options. Overall, I have had a very pleasant experience here.

Rented sight unseen based on emails and phone and website pictures. Silvia was great to work with. Exceeded expectations for cleanliness and beauty of grounds and the apartment. Had a couple minor maintenance needs handled immediately.

I have had a great experience. I consider myself a neighborhood watch individual. If I see an incident that I think should be brought to the attention of the management office. I do immediately. This is my home and I want to be able to let my management office know of incidents that they may not be aware of.

Peaceful, safe, Tranquility, clean in the surrounding areas, excellent conditions of the pool and gym. Pet friendly. Gorgeous sight of the lake. Most of the neighbors are responsible, friendly, and don't disturbed with inappropriate sounds from their apartments.

It feels like home. The staff visibly present every day and very attentive. The property is clean and well maintained. I feel safe at any given time. I know that every time I go into the office I will be met with a friendly face.

A very nice complex and a great value. I really enjoy the area, love that it is pet friendly and the staff is very helpful and made it easy to move in and become a part of the community. I would recommend to anyone considering moving here. Great place to live

It's been a good experience, we feel very safe here. All of my neighbors are very considerate people, don't have a problem with loud noise or talking. When I have to call maintenance, they come usually come out the next day.

I have to say that overall this is a great place to live. However with great things there are always that one thing that has to ruin it. One of the front ladies in the office has to be the most rude person I have ever met. Since I am not allowed to say names she's the one that sits to the right when you walk in the door (she used to sit to the left but they changed them). When you walk in she next to never looks at you and just mutters something while looking down. Most of the time she's on her phone texting or something. Horrible customer service. If you need something out of the computer room don't announce it to her she just looks at you like you are stupid and tells the other people in the office to help me. Her clothes are very tight and unprofessional. You'd think management would correct her. Surely there must be a dress code. One day I came in to use the computer and she was literally doing a video for facebook while sitting at her desk. There were customers and people that lived there and she was sitting at her desk talking about herself. I did a survey not to long ago and pointed out a lot of this. I guess it fell on deaf ears cause the manager did nothing about it. She's still loud and rude yelling across the place at the other lady on the other side, who by the way is super kind, polite, and sweet. She seems to take a genuine interest in what you are there for. If you come to the office go to her (she's the slim one on the left near the managers office). You'll know the other one on the right cause she's ALWAYS on her cell phone, never greets you, yells at the other one and tells her to do stuff. The maintenance guys are awesome always fixing stuff quickly. The grounds keeper is always upbeat and happy. He tries to talk to me and my family and make us feel welcome just like always. One of the ladies in the back is really sweet to. I have not really talked to the manager much but if I were to I'd tell her to talk to her loud and rude lady in the front. I recommend living here and even more so if they would do something about the cell phone lady that works in the office. She needs to be retrained because she detracts from everything. One last thing is that it does not seem to get anywhere if you do a noise complaint. Almost like no one cares if your upstairs neighbors are loud and stomping all the time. My neighbors are very loud and I have complained many times and pointed it out on the survey. I guess non of the employees live here because they would understand. Probably why the lady in the office is allowed to yell all the time.

I moved in during 2016 but that was not an option. I have lived in many apartment complexes over the years and this is definitely my best experience. Staff is very friendly and helpful and I love the quiet community.

I fell in love with the place at sight. this is my peace and serenity . love love the staff all smiles and beautiful place great location and have great schools , parks , safety. I would love for people to come see us here .

My experience is extremely positive in regards to the grounds, the beautiful lake we live on, the residents, and the management staff. I would not consider living any where else in the Houston metroplex.
