I have always been pleased with my apartment, with the exercise room and pool, the car care center, the recycling area. I highly recommend it to anyone. The storage space is ample. I also love the arched touched in the tv and built-in book case.

I love my apartment, I have not lived in an apartment in over 20 years and did not want to because I was afraid of it being too small, poor management, noisy neighbors and thin walls. I have to say The Reserve at Tranquility Lakes has proven me wrong!!! It has been a great pleasure living here and I would recommend it to anyone.

Looking to move to the Pearland area and really liked these from the photos so decided to go take a visit. When I got there a car was coming out so I decided to go through the gate and take a tour before going in the office. From the front these apartments look really nice but once you get through the gates the rest of the buildings are covered in green algae to the point where Residents can't even see out their Windows Doshusting!!. Needless to say, I didn't go into the leasing office.

My experience has been great with management. I like the apartment amenities. The parking isn't too great at my building. I wish we had ceiling fans in the bedrooms. But overall its OK living here. Microwave would be a great upgrade. And lighting outside property need upgrading. Its really dark at night.

Very quiet area and safe area. Community is family oriented. Maintenance staff has been prompt about helping me with any requests. Gym is open 24/7 and well maintained. I have had zero issues with any criminal or pest problems. I have been here for nearly two years and it has been a pleasant experience the whole time.

My sife and I both vot new jobs and needed a place quickly. Reserve at Tranquility worked with us and had us in within a week of first contact. We could not be more bappy with the move. The facility is well kept, the apartment was very clean, and Sivia is very helful.

Overall my experience has been a good one. Problems not getting my mail , not getting notices in my box that my mail is in the office. Maintenance is done within a day or two, which is good. The stairs need to be cleaned, but I've called about this and was assured they would be cleaned.

I have always enjoyed living here. Yet since this new manager change things have gone down as far as community happiness. You used to feel the happiness when you walked in the office and everyone was always friendly and happy. I used to feel welcomed when I came in to use the resident computers. Now I avoid it at all cost. Pretty much I can say that the change happened when they brought this new manager in. I can sum her up in a few words. Rude, pushy, uncaring, mean, and most importantly BULLY. She talks to you like you are dirt or a dog. No I think she talks to dogs much better. I have had a couple of situations with her and did not enjoy them. You can tell the girls in the office are not enjoying their jobs anymore. The repair men are very quiet and reserved. Again this all happened right when she did and seems to progressively get worse. I have had numerous conversations with other residents and they have noticed much the same. A lot are ready to leave because they do not want to deal with the hostility from her. Sad that we would rather move than deal with her. The office never seems to be open at lunch sign says closed and the door is locked. Half the time if they are open the closed sign is up with the wrong hours posted. One resident event in a year and half the neighborhood wasn't even aware. People living here who should not be here. I don't feel like I should pay for these people who don't belong water. Don't waste your time telling her cause she's not going to do anything about it. The list just goes on and on. I really like this place but I am leaving.

Apartment is regular, the landscaping and lake bring the pricing up, however the apartment appliances are not up -to-date. You're paying for a nice view of the lake (if you have one). Location is in congested area.

I overall am satisfied with the property. Only complaint would be the appliances being old and when I moved in the carpet looked very worn and have multiple paint stains. The landscaping are very manicured and property overall is quiet.

I have enjoyed my stay here but have realized I should have looked for pricing in other areas close by. The living room set up is strange because of the part where TV goes and you really cant arrange furniture for this to watch TV in the living room but from the kitchen. Other then that I really like the service. Sylvia who works in office is great like all the others I really appreciate Mr. Jaime just ging to my apartment to fix things also.

SECTION 8 HOUSING: This is the absolute worst place to live in all of the surrounding areas of Houston. Gave 1 star because you HAVE to, not because they deserve it. They won't tell you until after you sign the lease that the neighboring apartment complex is Section 8 housing. Once the front office closes at 5 or 6, the apartments get flooded with people from the other complex loitering in the parking lot, using the pool, drinking, yelling, tons of kids running around. We tried to go and use the pool one evening with our young son and had some kids from the other complex that were trying to plot on how to steal our cell phones while we were in the pool. Management is completely incompetent and is only out to find ways to take your money. Our neighbors (from inside the complex) were were very friendly but just as anxious to get out as we were (and had the same complaint that they weren't told about the section 8 housing until AFTER signing the lease). You can hear every tiny little sound from every unit around you because the building is cheap. The paint they use on the walls cannot be cleaned or wiped so, for instance, in the kitchen or bathroom, any soapy water or splatters from cooking are there forever more. Then they charge YOU for it when you move out. So if you want to live in an unsafe, poorly managed, cheap complex where management already has a plan on how to take your money the day you walk in then this is certainly the place for you.

From 2004 till 2014 apartment management did an above average job of maintenance. Lately service requests are not handled in a timely manner and don' meet expectations. Families above us are very loud and disturbing and have been reported to management several times with no apparent action taken. This has made our experience in the last two years deteriorate and we are very dissatisfied with how this situation is being handled.

No significant problems. Most staff members very nice. Signal light needed at Oak Rd & Hwy 518. Garbage not picked up several times. Call to office and someone came and picked up. New speed bumps are fine but there are too many.

Overall it's a good experience with a few exceptions of loud neighbors, sometimes it sounds like they are going to come through my apartment. I hate that we have to pay for valet trash that's one amenity I think should be optional, also I wish there were washers and dryers in all of the units instead of someX I rink the floor plan well the cabinets should be updated I. The apartments as well. But overall living here was good, it's been quiet and I haven't had any real issues, Silvia has always been a great help and always open to assist when needed. I would recommend it to others.

Me and my family are very happy here. The management are really good at taking care of our needs. If we have a maintenance problem it is taken care within the same day and they even follow up to make sure it was repaired to our satisfaction which it always is. They are very friendly and we have noticed a lot of new changes to the property within the last few months. The prices are fair for the area. I just renewed and plan to stay here a long time.

Safe, clean, and properly managed apartment complex. Maintenance can take a little longer to fix something than you may like, but other than that, no complaints. I've lived here 18 months and am moving due to purchasing a house, otherwise I would continue to live here. Pros: Units are larger than most places. My 1-bed, 1-bath was 880 sq. feet. with a large bedroom and large walk in closet. Walls are not thin, I rarely could hear my neighbors and if I did, it was an early morning alarm clock that I could barely make out. Landscape is well kept. Big pond adjacent to complex that is nice to walk around and has some descent fishing as well. Always felt safe, never had any issues with neighbors. Cons: Little pricey, but thats expected when renting an apartment in the area. Maintenance can take awhile to fix something, usually a couple days.

Great community and away from traffic. The upkeep is good. I recent transferred unit, downsize and management worked with me and I'm very satisfied with my outcome and price for my new unit. The gym I wish there were more equipment. When you call to have things done to your apt most times its done in a timely fashion.
