Ive enjoyed my stay at this complex, what mattered most was safety and I feel safe here. I walk outside all times of day/night and have never felt threaten. Complex has adaquite light and security is present.

Overall it??™s a nice apartment very pricey for the amount of rent that is paid. I do believe left control should be scheduled on routine bases for all apartments and the outside area... I??™ve seen small roaches on the outside walls of apartments. Appliances should be updated for the cost and area we live in (it??™s outdated). Leasing coordinators should reach out to tenants to see if the lease will be renewed before adding extra cost that would help tenants feel like the apartment personnel cares more than taking your money.

The setting on the lake with beautiful view is great, the management team is wonderful and very cooperative and the maintenance staff are professional and their services are done in timely manner. The community common areas are always clean and appealing. Thanks you all for a job well done.

They have made improvements like getting rid of the rude front desk lady but when I renewed they up the rate by $100 and haven??™t done anything to improve the property. The dryers still don??™t work, the gym is a joke, but there is a nice lake view and it held up during Harvey. If the price is good for you move here but know that the price will go up.

My experience at the Reserve has been great. The only thing I have a problem with is the expense. When I renew my lease it's always a increase, I don't see where the increase is needed. I also don't agree with the Valet Trash Pick Up $ 27.00 a month!!! That should be optional, I would rather take my trash to the dumpster than pay that fee every month.

Filthy carpets, broken A/c system, broken dishwasher, not properly cleaned. Maintenance called several times for problems, dishwasher still broken. Blinds broken and needed to be replaced on move in. Appliances are old and dated. Layout of apartment is great and has wonderful potential. EXPONENTIALLY high pet fees, dog park is tiny and empty, not well maintained.

Property is nice and well keep, unfortunately we don't get to choose who is your neighbor who keeps trash at the stairway and on their porch all day (multiple bags) everyday. I love the apartments but for the last 5-6 months (since the neighbors moved in) I'm thinking about moving.

My experience is little. I moved recently. But my experience with the change to this apartment was not good, because when I moved in they told me that the carpets had been given a deep wash. When cleaning with vacum the carpets were totally dirty. I have a baby that crawls and could not put it on the rugs. The general was informed and she alleged that the alformbras had been changed for 3 months and that was not real. The dirt was something big. We spent several days arguing that this was not hygienic. And after a week with our things in the garage they decided to change them. I think there was no need for this. When an apartment is rented, it must be clean and more on the carpets, since many bacteria are walked and transported here and this apartment had previously been wetted by problems in the bathroom. The bathroom does not have the uniform cabinets it looks cheap. The bathtub had mold had not been painted, I had to claim and painted with noostros in the apartment. The laundry and the garage were dirty. Of all that I have a picture.

I have lived on this property for 4 and a half years. I have enjoyed my time here. The apartments are spacious. The only thing I have a complaint with is the last few months I have not been able to use the gym or pool after I get off work due to "maintenance".

The experience has been well outside of the pool/workout facility being out of commission so I've had to renew my gym membership which is more money that I didn't want to spend. The toilet still makes a noise when you flush and it's very annoying to say the least.

We moved here after over paying in the luxury apartments in Shadow Creek. I love the layout of the apartments and the monthly rates are more affordable for the area. I rarely hear my neighbors and it is a very family friendly and let family environment.

Love the staff, great ppl. They are very professional and make me feel like we have known each other for years. The only complaint I would make is the exterior of the complex. It needs to be pressure washed often, as well as the hall entries. I hate coming home and seeing the spider webs and spills from trash.

I love the property and staff! The grounds are always well maintained and the pool/lake are breathtaking sceneries. My dog loves running in the lake area with some of his friends. Anytime I put in a request maintenance takes care of it immediately.

There is a front desk lady that isn't the nicest but other than that this property is great. It's quiet and my neighbors are nice. Having the lake is great and it's about a mile walk around it. I just wish at this price washer and dryer would be provided

The experience at Tranquility Lake Apartments has been fantastic. At first I was a bit worried due to the experience I had at other places where I was not gently received by the staff; The rent was very expensive and the apartments in poor condition, but when I arrived at the office I was greeted by a group of professionals with kindness and respect, and even today they remain the same. Always have a smile and delicacy when talking to clients. It so the attention they always keeps us informed of everything is related to our apartments and activities in the residential, either by email or by phone. I've not had any problem in my apartment since the maintenance team is always aware of repairs. My son is delighted because the residential is spacious and has pool, area for the pets, and playground. Here he was able to meet good kids like him. All meet in the front of the residential to wait for the bus, without any concern as the area is safe and always under surveillance. I can say that I am a tenant satisfied with the services that the residential offers us.

Great! I love this property. The living by the lake and the nice pool is a dream. The property is so well maintained and my apartment is spacious. The staff is so courteous and helpful ! I would recommend this property to anyone and I want to live here as long as I live in the Houston area.
