Overall we have enjoyed living at this apartment. The move in process was super easy and the office staff was really helpful with providinf information and answering all our questions, and we had a lot considering this was our first apartment. The gym and pool are always well kept and are the only amenities we really use consistently. We've had few maintenance issues and they are always resolved within a day or two. Honestly the maintenance team is incredible with how fast they ge things done. I've always heard horror stories of people waiting weeks to have something fixed, that's not the case here. My only complaint is the access to the lake. We selected the apartments because we loved the view and wanted to be able to fish whenever we want, plus we let our dog run the island area in the middle. Well without notification we noticed a new lock on the gate to the lake with a no trespassing sign as apparently the lake had been sold and is now private property. While I understand business is business, it would have been night to send out a notice to the residents as many of us use the lake to let our dogs run and to fish. This was also a major reason we decided to live in these apartments to begin with.

I wouldn't take the time to reccomend the apartment or suggest it to a friend because of most of my family and friends are family oriented this place isn't that at all. Maybe we should have done our research

Wonderful staff with get togethers hosted by staff members every now and then to socialize. Reliable 24/7 emergency line. Safe neighborhood. Only complaint is we were given 8 hours to move out or charged an extra $40 if not done by then, was not so happy to hear about that.

I experienced it as in sensitive and unresponsive to tenant. I was placed on Month to month without knowing it. I ask Several times about my lease but was never informed I had no active lease. The trash regulations favor trash collectors not tenants. We constantly threaten with fees for every in fractions for rules we do not agree with and have no voice in making. The office staff is un sympathetic with tenants complaints. Excessive fees.

Pleasant place to live very quiet. Pet friendly. I have a garage. Beautiful pool. My apartment is like a house the way it's set up. I have a two bedroom and two bath. Cons office will not inform you if you have a package. They always say "it's usps job to inform you". Also very hard to get in and out with traffic on 518. We need a light.

It's affordable and well kept. The office staff is always very helpful. Parking can be a bit packed at times but overall usually a spot close enough to home. Mostly families in the community so it's fairly calm around here.

Very quiet where I live even though I'm close to the pool. Maintenance is great when there is a problem and taken care of the same day. However, since the last manager has left, the property and rules are not enforced as they should be.

Very nice staff but thing take way to long to get fixed. My ice maker was leaking and they left the floor with water damage and never fixed it. The front gates are always broken. And side gate is chained lock 24 hours a day.

I thoroughly enjoy living at The Reserve at Tranquillity Apartments! The grounds are kept clean and tastefully landscaped. Management staff is friendly and helpful. Maintenance is responsive and efficient. I love the lake view. The campus has a calm and peaceful atmosphere. Facilities are well kept. I thoroughly enjoy living in this community!

When first renting the apartment everything was as to be expected. Over time the sound coming from all other apartments became rather annoying from the washers and dryers and other apartments showers being herd from my apartment. Then there was the loud floors and stepping from above that drove me crazy. Then to top things off the main reason I rented the apartment was revoked, the lake is no longer an amenity of these apartments and yet I havent recieved a letter about it nor cheaper rent for an apartment that isnt worth what I pay any longer.

I think the community is fine however the apartments are very dated and the cabinets are infested with little roaches and so is the outside walls along the stairs. The pool could be cleaned more often and the gym equipment needs a major upgrade.

I am surprised at how I actually like this place. A good apartment is hard to come by. It's quiet, clean, and I feel completely at home. Trash pick up is really convenient and the pool is great. The only thing that would make it better is if the concrete around the front doors of the apartments were pressure washed. Other than that I'm happy I moved here.

In the beginning it was quiet and in order and not many issues. But now we have new neighbors it has been a nightmare. We have complained about 7 times. Finally the manager did something but it was crazy that we had to put that much effort to get even a written notice. Also things keep breaking around the apartment complex. If you are just starting out I would say try it out but for families I would say stay away

Okay. The trash valet is ridiculous and a joke. They forgot to pick mine up and office said to take it myself when I pay for it. The office staff always seem like how the other apt near ruins what we have daily.

I enjoy living here, especially with the lovely lake, however, our neighbors above us are rowdy and management doesn't seem to feel the need to help. We cannot have pictures on the walls because they stomp so violently that things fall. We've had to have light fixtures replaced due to the stomping/running/jumping rope above us. The music is loud and constant. The neighbors become aggressive when we speak to them, so we turned to management for help (as our last measure.) Management claims to have spoken to them, but it has intensified. We enjoy living here otherwise, but we have no choice but to move.

The property is a great place to live. The lighting in parking stress could be better. Even if they incorporated solar lights. I can pretty much always hear my neighbors above me which is annoying but in all I??™m very happy living here and would recommend anyone to move here if looking in the area.

Maintenance is quick in fixing issues. Office staff is friendly and helpful. Community is quiet and gated. Neighbors get loud but that comes with having someone above you. Overall it was a good decision. Price is a bit steep but they do have specials.

The management staff are not friendly. Charge exorbitant fees for everything. Dogs are numerous and loud. The maintenance staff is friendly and professional. Great location and scenic with a lake it the bad. However, management runs it like an institution. Unnecessary fees like the trash valet that is operated for their convenience not the resident, And it is mandatory. You not opt out envelope if it is little use to you.

Staff a little unorganized when it comes to starting the leasing process. Other than that the apartments allow for adequate privacy and minimal noise. Trash pick up is greatly appreciated. Havent used the amebities because im unsure if we are allowed to being alcohol to the billiards room.
