My experience here has not been the best. I have placed several maintenance request for my Dishwasher, and A/C and nothing has been done. The apartments also find the cheapest blinds/carpet they can get so that you will ultimately pay for their cheap habits when you move.

It has been good. But it would be nice to have the back gate to open. It was really nice when we could go through it when the front gate was under construction. I live in the back of the apartment and it was so convenient. Also I don't like the face that the apartment managers have not washed our breezeways because of the duck poop being everywhere it's very unsanitary for us here.

I absolutely love the entire management team here. They are friendly and always handle any issues quickly. The property is well maintained and the size of the apartments are huge. You get more bang for buck. I lived here for two years and only leaving due to my upstairs neighbors, producing intolerable amounts of noise everyday.

When I first moved in, it was very satisfactory. The maintenance and office staff are knowledgeable of the contracts and management process but the only complaint is the rates are too high. I would think if you have faithful tenants, you would work out some kind of agreement instead of increase every year. #Inflation.

We moved here from Dallas on a whim. My husband did the virtual tour and we went to sign the lease. They mentioned the unit was ready and available to see. To my surprise the unit was still dirty in the kitchen, the bathroom and there were dead bugs on the window sill. I told management I would like it cleaned again before move in. It was still dirty in the kitchen and the floors were sticky and covered in dust. There was also overspray from repainting in the bathroom and kitchen. While I'm super happy the office fixed it without w complaint - the initial situation did not leave a good taste. The gate remotes we received didn't work we first. Our mailbox is kinda flimsy. There are some perks. I do appreciate that it's quiet here and the staff is relatively friendly. I'm just not sure that I'd recommend this property to anyone else.

The leasing office staff are very friendly and helpful. It is a very quiet and peaceful complex. And the other residents are good people and I haven't had any problems with any of them. And there are even ducks here which is pretty cool.

When I first moved here in 2010, it was to be my retirement residence. As years have passed, I can see the property deteriorating. For example: tenants are moving in with dogs that are kept on their balconies and they continue to bark loudly, tentants do not pick behind their dogs, tenants leave trash containers outside of their apartment in the hallway for days, tenants above you are so disrespectful by walking hard and allowing their children to run and jump, this affects the apartment lights below them to constantly blow out.

My rent is too expensive and my appliances and toilet needs to be upgraded. Parking is bad at my building.The gym needs new equipment and working machines. It also needs to be open 24/7. Overall the complex is quiet environment but there are too many pets around and owners that do not clean up after them.

Not happy. Not worth the money. The outside looks nice with the pool and some other amenities but the inside of the apartments need to be updated. Courtesy officer never answers the phone and after hour maintenance doesn't either. People steal packages from the leasing office. The staff treats you okay depends on their moods. Children are always outside playing with no supervision and staff never does anything about it. There are too many negatives compared to the few good things. I won't be extending my leasing contract again. Best of luck to whoever comes to live here.

My apartment was not dirty and not clean on the day I signed my lease. Requested it to be cleaned again and it still was not up to a good cleaning standard. The breezeway in my area hasn't been cleaned since moving and. My neighbors are beyond loud, but the rest of the building is always laid back and reserved. I do feel that the complex is safe. There are a lot of kids that live on site and sometimes are very loud and tend to knock and run from your door.

The community overall is quiet but is unfortunately located next to a section 8 community and their problem people often leak over to this complex. The front office is helpful and Maintenence is always quick to fix any issues. There is plenty of parking and the complex is kept pretty clean. I really only have 1 major issue with this place and that is the bugs. They are HORRIBLE. We never had any issues with bugs until we moved here, and no matter what we do or who we call they keep coming back. A minor issue I have is shoddy work done by contractors between renters, especially doors and other items not being prepped correctly before being painted so that paint peels badly. Over all, I would rent here again.

I have a 3rd floor, 2/2 apartment. I find my apt cozy however I think that the cabinets, countertops, and appliances are wayyyy outdated!! I also do not like that there is carpet in almost the whole place including the dining area which is strange to me. For what is being charged, they need to update these apartments. Another problem is the gate is often broken. My last complaint, is that people steal packages in the office package room. I recently had my $80 package opened and 2/3 of the contents were stolen!!! The package was tossed back in a random spot. Management has yet to follow up with me about it 2 weeks later. One time while playing pool in the office recreation area I was told my music was too loud even though it was low, and I also felt I was being watched. This made me not want to hang out there anymore. I also need to mention, my neighbor always has there trash outside overflowing in which animals get into. There are often chicken bones and flesh all over my staircase and other trash. Overall, I do feel like my apt is cozy, even though it is old, and I do like the pool. The property is mostly clean and kept up with. I do feel they should remove the sandy volleyball area, which no one uses, and add a playground since there are tons of kids who can benefit from it. I will likely not renew my lease or recommend this apt to others due to these concerns.

Never again! My neighbors and i seen how those women work! Sideline jealousy, say anything that comes to mind. Especially regarding children. They just aren't right. I love the maintenance people though! Very good people and on top of everything. The young African American girl in the front office is always genuinely sweet, very professional, very firm.. The community loves her!

It's ok just a little noisy sometimes with all the kids . Really surprised there was no built in microwave inside the units. Very dangerous when getting onto the main Blvd. Tenants need to make sure that they pickup after their pets.

The valet trash service is inconsistent with pick ups. The dumpster across from my unit is constantly overflowing, smells, and has flies. It is a major eyesore. I've requested the AC in my unit to be looked at a number of times since it is much warmer than the temperature shows on the thermostat and it has still not been resolved even when maintenance tries to fix it. Everything else has been wonderful and I love my apartment and the location.

It has been good overall. My only disappointment is that I have had to ask for a lot of repairs in my unit. However, repair has been swift and efficient. Minor bug issue in the first few months but I believe it was because my unit had been vacant for some time before I moved in.

My experience has been very positive since I moved here. The staff is very helpful and professional. This complex is very well maintained. My only regret is my own. I'm on the 2nd floor and it has been difficult to go up the stairs.
