Lots of really great aspects of this apartment complex. The staff and maintenance employees are all great and very responsive. The touring and sign up process was easy enough, maybe a little more expensive than other complexes but not unreasonable. The amenities offered by the complex are awesome and very rarely crowded. The noise level in the apartment is perfect. The grounds could be maintained a little better (and residents could be better about picking up after their pets) but my only real complaint is the lighting inside the complex is poor and it's pretty dark outside. The complex is a safe area but some extra lights would add to security and safety. Overall, I am very satisfied with the apartment and would definitely recommend living here to other people looking for a good family-friendly home.

Overall it has been okay. The resident's have been a lot louder than previous years. Many of them have extra cars which takes up all of the parking. I think the property is overdue for a remodel. The flooring, blinds, and appliances are old and not quite luxury.

Living here has been okay. We initially intended for this to be a one year lease but ended up signing another year lease. when we renewed, we weren't offered any incentives to renew, but we did anyway. Only after did we find out, we could have had a carpet cleaning when we did renew. Units are nice. Kinda outdated unless you have a higher-priced unit. Staff isn't as helpful as we would have liked. Maintenance is very good. Overall, after two years of being here, I'd recommend this property as a place to stay.

The experience in these apartments has been very positive. they mow the lawn regularly, prune the trees; the pool is always clean, we are very happy to live here; but I think there are things that can be improved, such as: garbage; there have been days that do not pick up the garbage; the door of the residence has been damaged for almost a month and I do not see that it is repaired; when one comes from Broadway and goes to the residence, it is completely dark; It would be good to place lighting. I think that way you could improve

Okay apartment, noise, maintenance cuts grass early in the morning. Apartment gets hot ,to 78 even though air conditioning is on 73. Had to increase air conditioning to 75 just to cool off apartment. Can't pay water bill online, it's outsourced to another company.

This is not a gated community!** the gates remain wide open because the call box is broken and has been for over a month with 0 sign of it getting fixed. New management is horrible. They are difficult to speak with, hard headed, and rude. The ladies that remain in the office are amazing though (Sandy and Sylvia) Maintenance is friendly, helpful, respectful, and timely. They are all very hard working. It was wonderful when we moved in but because of the change over with the new upper manager, we will not be renewing.

A nice quiet living but too many people not following animal care according to lease. People are not cleaning up after their dogs and letting their dogs roam without a leash. Also the prices that are being paid for living here...residents should not have a feeling that Management can not be accommodating toward residents

Nice community. Nothing special, nothing bad. It is a solid community to live in. I have not had any problems with the management. Although, the community resources (pool, gym, lobby) aren't open at opportune times.

Staff is great. Pest control does not actually do anything so you're paying for nothing. Other than I love this complex just wish it was closer to my job which is the only reason i will be moving. Also gates get wrecked a lot I assume by bad drivers.

This apartment complex boasts very friendly neighbors, very accommodating staff, and extremely clean living conditions. The crime rate is zero to none. I have always felt safe living here and have had lots of fun at any apartment complex gatherings.

The quality of people has been going down since we first moved in. Loud music at night in our apartment building has been happening lately. Lake is no longer accessible (big part of why we wanted to move here). Residents leave the pool area messy and people that do not live here seem to be coming to the pool as well. I do love the staff though and the maintenance quality as well. Very quick to respond and have things fixed.

My experience is some what ok. Unknowingly we moved in a ADA compliance apartment (no garden tub) and we were told that a cabinet in the master bathroom would be installed and here it is now 3 months and nothing has been done.

It is quiet. Maintenance is very responsive. Front desk people are very helpful. They keep me informed if I have packages and they keep us aware of any changes in the community that will affect us all.

Overall, the place is okay. It's not fantastic at all, but it's not the worst. Management is not very great at problem solving. Once things break, they will probably just get rid of it rather than fix it (recycle bins, speed bumps, entrance gate, etc.) The handyman is very quick to help with small things, but big things are going to be out of commission for a very long time if they break. Someone ran over the entrance gate over a month ago, it's still broken. The claim of "gated community" is inaccurate. There is no lake access anymore due to violent people almost hurting someone's dog, I'm not sure if the complex still claims that they do. The neighbors are mostly ok, but there are a few destructive or rude people who live here that honestly surprise everyone that they're still allowed to live here (vandals, people with violent histories.) The apartments are pretty nice, they are spacious. You will definitely be able to hear your neighbors. They do not enforce the law about picking up pet waste, so be sure to watch your step. Also, if you ever receive any packages, be sure to get a PO Box at the post office nearby. The management has decided to have "self serve" mail, in which everyone's packages are thrown into an unsupervised room. This means people will probably steal your mail, because no one really will stop them. We've lost two packages.

The community itself is very clean management was very poor very rude and once you move into the complex they are no longer friendly to you you're just another number to collect rent from. I think if they have better management and better leasing agents that don't have attitudes the community will be much better the apartment complex is very clean but the management team makes it an ugly place to stay

Don't recommend to anyone. Neighbors kept complaining about me making too much noise, yet I work out of state. I left plastic for the trash valet to come pick up instead they fined me 25$ on my first night there. I guess a dog used to live in the apartment before I moved in, it didn't matter how much I vacuumed or swept it kept coming up. They even painted over the dog hair their was dog hair in the paint on the walls. Also it smelt like weed ALOT, their were like 3 or 4 times I came from out of state and things inside my apartment had been moved around, drawers open, water bottles. I didn't request any maintenance for anyone to be in there. So glad I moved out!

One of the ladies in the office isn't the nicest. And the office manager (I think she is gone), gave me a hard time after Harvey. My job payed my rent because I wasn't able to work and the apartments weren't working with anyone about being lenient on the deadline. I didn't see the problem but she made a big deal because it was "weird" they pay my rent. Sorry they have a caring heart and you don't. They also increase the rent drastically every time you renew, even though you are a long term resident. Don't be fooled by the lake, you're not allowed to past the fence. I will say it's secure and clean. The maintenance is wonderful. They should provide washer and dryers for the price. There is only 3 washers and dryers onsite for residents.

Just moved here about 6 months ago. So far so good. Not a complaint. Not too close to the major highways and traffic is not an issue. Close to everything from food, shopping, entertainment. Really loving it so far!

Overall good experience. My only complaint would be that there aren't any speed bumbs in the community (never replaced after Harvey). The management and leasing staff have always been polite and helpful.

There is always something broken but maintenance staff is wonderful and will quickly attend to it. The pool and gym are why I agreed to pay this much for an apartment. The school district segregated the apartments to certain schools and home owners to other schools. It's so discriminatory. The main entry road is very dark and the stairs are steep so I don't advise older or people with mobility challenges live here. The high ceilings are beautiful. The same windows that provide gorgeous sunlight will make your electric bill $180-$200 for a 2 bdrm apt. It's a toss up so consider what's important. I feel very safe here, and that is priceless. Although there are hundreds of kids that live here, there are signs and rules that discourage them from playing outside - I dislike that. I understand parking lots are not safe, but there is a damn puppy park yet no kids playground. A place with 3 bedroom apts and townhouses will have families. There should be a space on property for safe play among the kids. That's what makes it a community.
