It's fine, Noisy sometimes with loud door slamming, but other than that it's fine. Not a bad place too live. I have never won the rent $500 bonus for all the surveys I did put in, but I guess it just wasn't my luck.

I like the area, very nice and safe. The community, uts is close to all the shopping centers that, me and my family needs. also it's close to the hospital and doctors offices, I don't have to travel all over Texas. I would recommend this area to anyone.

The first few years i've lived here I felt this was a really good place to live. It was quiet, maintenance would answer quickly and efficiently as did the leasing office. Now I see packages being stolen all the time and I'm starting to see discrimination. I have been living here for over 3 years and I was threatened with lease termination over a resident that moved in three days prior over hearsay. Maintenance may show up days later after putting in an order. I have had a hole in my wall for almost a year from a water leak and can't get that fix.

Do not take renters needs seriously. I complained about noise for 2 years and as a result I got 2 lease violations as a means to shut me up. When I things got louder in my apt. they moved other people without issue which was crazy.

I love the friendliness of the staff, the lakeview is amazing! My dog loves the courtyard and the maintenance staff is very quick to take care of my maintenance requests. I would recommend these apartment to anyone looking for a nice quiet community.

Living at the reserve at tranquility lake has been a turbulent experience. It took forever for them to fix the leak in the roof of our unit and it still isn't completely fixed. The valet trash isn't consistent. The entry gate is usually malfunctioning. The wash room is a complete mess with outdated washing machines and the rent continues to be increased by a mysterious rent optimizing process. I wouldn't recommend the reserve at tranquility lake to anyone I know.

I have had some good experiences with my neighbors thus far. The neighborhood is quiet and is conveniently located near lots of shopping, grocery stores, and restaurants. The complex has old kitchen appliances and above sick cabinet in bathroom which gives it a downside and there need to be a designated dog park since pets are allowed. The staff and maintenance crew are friendly and work quickly to resolve any issues that arises.

The apartment complex is fairly clean and always looks nice. It's peaceful. I've never had any negative experiences. The only issue is the apartments are dated and need some remodeling. I think some units has been upgraded but mine has not. The cabinets, refrigerator, stove, shower, kitchen and bathroom faucets all need to be updated. Also no microwave comes with the apartment.

First time living in an apartment in 25 years. We enjoy it here, complex is generally well maintained and staff is friendly. They do an especially good job picking up litter, its always neat-looking. There isn't much interaction with other tenants, especially during the pandemic, people keep to themselves. Pretty quiet most of the time.....the dumpster/recycling situation is frustrating, seems like they are filled to overflowing more often than not.

My experience of being a resident has not been pleasant at all noisy neighbors upstairs have notified office and officer on duty of this curfew violation still nothing done so I am very saddened to say it's as if no one cares they claim that the residents have been notified but they are still doing the same things so I am really beginning to wonder if it's really true.

Many of the amenities are not located to the whole complex only one area or operating. When asking for a resolution it does take some time to receive an answer. Staff is courteous but need more attention to issues.

Love, Love, Love this community. The staff is great and always helpful. I recommend it wholeheartedly. Everything is very clean and the pool is amazing. I plan to be here a long time. The office staff are top notch and I really enjoy interacting with them. Maintenance always completes requests in a timely manner.

Clean property. Fast maintainance. Friendly staff. However, lack of proper security makes this place less than desirable at times. Complex also does nothing about noisy neighbors. Dumpsters are almost always overflowing.

Nice place to stay. The apart has a lot of room. It would be nice to have celing fans in the bed room. Wish all the room was hard wood floors. The only bad thing is it is hard to fine a place to park.

I have enjoyed my living experience here, very much! Maintenance attends to my requests immediately and the office staff is always very helpful. They are professional when needed but very personable. When I read a negative review, I can't help but laugh. You will always have people mad that they didn't get their way, believe me I know, I work in customer service! At the end of the day you will need to make your own opinion of the property. I have and will continue to refer my friends/family.

We love the pool area. Very nice. Maintenance is overall very responsive and good. Kudos to them! Office staff is weak. We found them overall uninformed and untrained in some areas. Rates are high generally. Overall a nice experience at the community in the 15 months we were here. Moving on 3-25-21.

Loved living here and would still if we had not been able to purchase a home. The staff is wonderful and really do care if you are happy or not. Maintenance is on top of your work requests and typically have them done within same day or next day. Office staff are great too.

Too much dog feces!!!! Oh my goodness, dog owners do not bother to pick up after their pet. It's discussing to go for a walk and all you see is dog poop! Also, I am not pleased with my unit. The kitchen light flickers and barely turns on; the bathroom faucet is old ( the letters for Hot and Cold) are faded; the toilet clogs at least once a week ( No...Its not because of putting too much toilet tissue); the bedroom door does not close and lock and the refrigerator is still freezing food.
