I was so excited to move out of these apartments. They have screwed over me and a couple of my neighbors throughout our stay. Maintenance is horrible, they will "fix" something and it'll stop working again the next day. The paint job inside the apartments is horrible. As soon as we moved in the paint started peeling because it was so cheap. Overall i would never recommend Maxus Properties to anyone!

i really enjoy living here. its a great place to live with all the amenities that fit my needs. i havent had any major issues and when i report a maintenance request, it gets addressed within hours. im very happy with everything and its very quiet.

The front office staff is so pleasant to work with; they always have answers to my questions, are available at all times during open hours, and are very personable. The community is safe and the grounds are well kept. The various amenities are just as pretty as on the web site. My apartment is also a great deal for the rent charged. The maintenance department is understaffed due to COVID so sometimes the wait for work orders is longer than it could be but emergencies are always attended to right away. The community's online portal is user-friendly and can be used for almost everything a resident needs to do. My daughter and I love living here.

Great response time for maintenance requests. Office staff is friendly. Love the valet living trash pick up. Neighbors mind their own business. Any special requests are addressed and the maintenance staff is friendly.

Apartment is great but I can't stand all the meaningless emails with issues that are clearly management or the fact that leasing agents don't know how to pair up residence. My neighbors are a nightmare all the early morning noise and the late night noise when I have to work. The walls are way to thin

The experience has been good so far, the lease and move in process was very fast, maintenence is quick to come repair things, and the area is pretty quiet. Obviously hauling things up to the third floor isn't fun, so be ready to get a good leg workout if you live up top. The valet trash pickup has been great for us, I've heard other people have issues with it, but we haven't had any issues with it, and we produce enough trash for at least one bag a day so its nice not having to go to the dumpster all the time. There's only two issues I've had, and one of them is that the TV nooks are only for up to a 45"TV. The other issue is that we have had more pest issues than other places we have stayed. Overall, I would lease here again given the option, and I will be renewing my current lease if I'm able.

It's been ok for the most part. Front office is fairly quick to respond to emails & complaints. The covid business has resulted in an inaccurate perception of how the campus operates. Fairly quiet so that's good. For some reason, there are issues with food and mail delivery. But that's just a result of the location of the apts and zero to do with management

Overall good but here now lately the upkeep of the exterior isn't great. I am not use to seeing the stairs and balconies look as they do. Very disappointing. For the price of rent this needs to be corrected.

Moved in cause I knew some people who lived here. They moved out now new neighbors arent as great. Loud music, grilling outside of their garage, loud gatherings. Have called courtesy officer twice already. Fun times

The apartments are nice and the maintenance staff responds fast to any repairs needed. The grounds are always clean and they have added lights in dark areas around the complex for safety. They also vendors to come to the apartments so we have options on great food.

I just love the staff. They are very friendly. The service great. And when we need something to be done in the apartment, they rapidly send somebody to fix it. The complex is very quiet. The staff are knowledgeable and courteous. We are very happy living here

My experience has been pretty good. The staff and maintenance ae very friendly. The only two things I do not like is that the walls are so thin I can hear my neighbors and they do not clean the hallway floors.

Will not recommend. My main complaint is my neighbors stomp HEAVILY every single day . I email management every day and they do nothing . They don't even reply . I've called the courtesy officer and they went to talk to them but that still did not work . I'm moving out on Saturday and cannot wait . The next tenant that moves is behind me will have the same problem. They lost money from me because I am not signing a new lease.

Good management and everybody that works here is very courteous and helpful. I am getting a little concerned with the type of tenants staying to move into the community. I am a smoker and have dogs but always clean up after my dogs and dispose of cigarette butts and there seems to be a lack of the same respect from some of the newer tenants. Also I have seen some cars ramming into the front gate to get in which I haven't seen over the last 4 years.

When I moved in the apartment rug was gray with dirt and trash/crumbs in the rug. Previous tenets medicine and food in kitch cabinets. Nails poking through rug. Roaches and ants. Water damages. Etc. this place was the worst apartment I ever rented and the office staff is very rude and unprofessional. If I call for a problem they hang up on me. The maintenance crew only did band aid patch up work and didn't fix anything professionally or properly. The paint also had hair in it and patches that were messed up and peaking off the wall from not being painted properly. The rug has many problems and has been fraying apart each time I vacuum.

I have had a good experience, the building and grounds are very well kept up and any maintenace request I put in are responded to promptly. The staff are friendly and curtious. This is my second apt to live in and has been a great experience.

Everything is great. Just wished that dog owners would not leave there dog feces on the sidewalk and grass. Kids actually do play outside since they can't really go places. Other than this issue everything is wonderful.

Moved in Aug 2019 a/c unit not working well. Took them about 2-3 months to locate the problem and fix. Also during that time ceiling fan in living room not working. Still not fixed. Said wanting in contractors. It been now a year still no results. Community property well maintained. Recently children playing outside very noisy and trash left out from some kids in the Apts roaming around.

It's an okay place to live. It's community overall is quiet & clean. You may see a roach here and there though. My upstairs neighbors are terrible. So much noise all hours of the night and I've notified the front office several time but nothing has been done to rectify the situation so I just gave up at this point. Be careful of packages coming up missing. I installed a ring doorbell as have some of my neighbors to be able to see what's going on while not home.

The units are nice (love the bathtub!) and it's a really nice area. Maintenance is super responsive. My air conditioning went out during the night during the covid pandemic and they were there first thing to look at it then when it was going to take a day to replace, they moved in portable AC units in so I could stay there comfortably I have never been treated that nicely by any place I've lived

The property Grounds look nice. The apartment walls are paper thin and appliances are outdated. I would not recommend on the basis of how the company treats residents. My car was damaged by the property's gate and they did everything they could to release themselves from liability. I could not move out fast enough. Rent at your own risk.

This has been an absolute nightmare since moving in here. When I moved in here the apartment smelled so bad that 5 days later the smell still wasn't going. They brought an ionizing machine to my house. They left it for 4 days not telling me that I could be in the house while the machine was running. Two weeks later I have an upper respiratory infection that lasted 37 days with 3 trips to the ER. Now my washer is having issues and I get told that the washer and dryer that was in the apartment when I moved in doesn't belong to them so now it's my problem that the amenities that were told to me would be in the apartment don't belong to them so I have to now supply my own washer and dryer. I was also told when I moved in that in January they would be redoing the countertops in the apartment so in March when I asked when they were going to be doing my apartment they responded with oh the countertop won't be taken care of until after you move out. Today I was told that the manager of the apartment complex would call me at 4:30. At 5:25 the office refused to answer my phone calls. The gates are constantly open so you're paying for a gated community that's wide open. If you want to be lied to and having a crappy apartment then by all means live here. You can get a way better apartment for what you're paying for here down the road

Been here a year and rented sight unseen. It is a great place to live. Very friendly staff and we just renewed our lease for another year. We weren't sure how it was going to work but it has been great!
