I moved from a house to an apartment because I was new to the area...I was hoping the transition would be more smoother, but it hasn't been...I was hoping this was a community that offered various community events for the tenants considering what you pay, but they don't....they have nothing for kids not even a small playground, but they have walking areas for dogs all over the community...please go by the community at night and see the traffic before signing...also have your questions ready regarding security and how much security is really available...

Great community!! Just don't move to building 14 if you don't have pets most of the pet owners are placed in this building. The staff is great and attentive to resident needs. The Reserve would be a great place to call home.

Quiet community. A couple complaints with Valet trash service and 1 noise issue with neighbor (upstairs, so it's to be expected). Overall love our apartment here and definitely recommend to check it out.

I love the front office ladies. Great customer service. Only concern is that it's always noisy late at night, especially upstairs. We can hear running and yelling late at night until 2am. It was the same prior to the other unit we lived in also. Doors slamming, yelling, and loud music really late at night.

Our experience with this community was fine. It was exciting at first but once they start changing things around, it didn't seem to worth it to stay. They kept the area clean, but they start asking too much from the resident.

Ive been here since April 2019, I love it here, maintenance is very fast. It is very quiet and peaceful. My only issue is people do not keep their dogs on the leash or pick up their dog poop even though there are dog stations throughout the apartment.

The apartment 3204 that we moved into at the beginning of April, 2019 was roach infested and to this day we are still dealing with this roach issue. We are beyond dissatisfied with these ongoing problems and wish that we could have the apartment sprayed with pesticide weekly. Most of the roaches that we are seeing still, have egg sacs attached, so they are steadily reproducing and this is just disgusting. We have even had a fumigation and a general pest spray treatment about 3 times, it is desired that Orkin come out and spray much more often in the cracks and crevices that are visible through the apartment.

I love my place. The staff is nice and friendly. The property is quite and well keep. I do fell that the stair ways need to be power washed. I love that the gates are all functioning that is very important.

My experience hasn't been terrible but hasn't been the best. The amenities are outdated and the recent chance in secured packages to unsecured has been a poor choice. My apartment is fine is in great condition, but I recently realized that I have only had one working light bulb in my room since I moved in last November. The staff seems to only send out emails regarding things that have gone wrong and there's no sense of community.

This has been one of the best apartment complexes I've lived at. It's very clean (minimal bugs!), management responds quickly on issues, and the amenities are really nice. The prices are competitive for the area. Sure you can find cheaper, but you get the most bang for your buck here I think.

When walking in for the first time I thought, "Wow, this place is quiet, the staff are friendly, and the scenery is nice." This is mostly a lie I came to quickly find out. Office personnel are very lazy and dysfunctional. Many residents (most of which are gone now due to how we are being treated) have complained about how office personnel have treated tenants poorly, how the grounds look like that out of a slums of New York, how office personnel are lazy in resolving friction or disagreements between residence when lease agreements are continuously being broken. The resident beneath me has violated the lease regarding noise four times now, three of which I have written reports regarding the matter. Office and district management promised me a eviction notice would be given to my neighbor, but instead they did nothing. When I pressed management on the issue they threw a fit, and told me that no such promise was made, and how I was "misunderstanding" their intent! I've seen a few fist fights take place in this complex too, baseball games in the parking lots, cars that say for months that were well past their registration/some broken down, and just sitting, I have suspicions of drugs being sold in the complex too, I know one or possibly more felons live here, the security around here is so poor that anyone can just walk in, most of the time the gates don't work at all, the remotes are bad hand me downs that don't work, cost the company MAYBE $10 to buy them, but office staff want to charge $75 for a replacement! Office personnel had our hoses for the pet wash replaced for these $1 hose lines that are just horrid and flimsy, the laundry looks so horrible you could catch a disease just looking at it! People's hair everywhere, dead bugs everywhere, dirty laundry, black mold growing on the machines, the machines themselves don't clean or dry no matter how hard you try! This complex gets supercharged trucks coming in sometimes 3-4 in the morning ripping through here like a race track or letting their engines idle while they do who knows what. (Ask the property manager about that trust me, she knows exactly what I am talking about.) Every time office personnel try to "fix" anything around here it takes way too long, then doesn't get fixed right the first time, so whatever is broken gets broken again and that's just our problem, especially when you ask the office about it. Especially the office manager! When it comes to moving out, office personnel can't even get a charge paper put together properly, they will make all kinds of adjustments to increase the "damage amount do." I have multiple pictures and videos of this place, I can promise you two things. 1: I will continue to do my best to tell people to stay away from this place. 2: When I move from this dump I will be sure to have my attorneys review my photos, videos, lease agreement, and the office personnel, so-called "move out checklist/price sheet!"

This was by far the worst experience front office I have ever dealt with. They are lazy, incompetent, borderline criminal and dangerous to the well being of the community. Don't try to enjoy the enjoy the island with your friends, because they will call the police on you, but they won't call the police on the dangerous drug addicted psycho with the super aggressive dogs. Do you like having your car broken in to? How about hearing of dead bodies found in garages with no follow up explanation? Maybe contractors coming and going into your apartment as they please, with zero notice? Do you enjoy the sounds of not too distant gunshots that are completely ignored? Maybe upstairs neighbors so loud that they literally knock things off of your walls with their activity (yeah you can move to a different building, but you'll pay for it)? There is no excuse for living here.

It started out good but went downhill when they got new management. There are always issues with the gates, they are constantly changing the rules, and they show favoritism towards workers who live here compared to regular renters. They refuse to acknowledged when things are wrong with the apartments and don't service correctly

The complex is quite nice, and the management is also pleasant. The maintenance folk are generally awesome, and very very responsive. However, the mandatory Valet trash is terrible. The hoursyyou are allowed to put out trash are incredibly narrow, and if someonekknocks over your garbage can and steals your lid, YOU get fined. Twice in a row if you happen to be on vacation wheniit happens. Other than the mandatory awful valet trash, there is one location in the complex to throw away trash. Thewwhole trash situation is incredibly annoying, andtsince they are so aggressive with fining you it adds up very quickly.

Nice community. Very well maintained. This complex has a dog park, optional garages and valet trash service available, and my unit has a lake view. It's also close to some great restaurants and shopping. We're very happy calling this place home.

The community is mostly clean and safe. I dislike the need to pay for trash pickup, a service I don't use and causes roaches in my opinion. There are huge cockroaches that hang around and get indoors; I keep a clean home. Orkin service is unable to combat these bugs.

My experience with this community has been an enjoyable one. We were able to move into our home with minimal issues. The appliances were mostly up to date with only the issue of the Ice machine not working for a few months. The community is relatively quiet and most people keep to themselves.
