Nice community. Nice options for grills . Pool is clean and have a good surrounding . People are respectful of each other. Quiet community overall , good fit for professionals or students or families. Plenty parking spots available.

The apartment community is nice and gorgeous however the assistant manager at this property is a huge turn off. She is not professional at all, she serves major attitude to the tenants when we are only coming into the office for assistance. Also, whenever you ask something and no one knows the answer they love to pass out " I don't know's" instead of trying to resolve or find the answer. The rules state that they don't accept certain dogs because of the breed but I have seen almost every dog that they have on the list as unacceptable being walked on this property. However, they will bother your guest because they don't know them or watch them and make them fill uncomfortable but allow pets that they claim are banned. The front office needs to have better training and they need a new assistant manager when Tammy isn't available.

Tammy has been great. She always answers my questions and concerns in a timely manner. The complex itself is well maintained and the neighbors are friendly. I feel safe when I walk here. I only wish the gym had individual barbells.

So far everything has been great. The only issue I have had so far is a neighbor working nights. They have called over my dogs barking while the movers were moving everything. The dogs didnt bark very much so now i feel restricted with what i can do during the days when i am off.

Very friendly, quiet community, from the staff to my neighbors. The community is always clean and the staff takes care of any issues you may have. There are many different variations of apartments you can pick from. And they also offer different events in the community.

I've been here 4 mths so far I've had a good experience. Maintenance is always speedy leasing let's me know about any issues in my apartment home. Great pet friendly community. Great community for gathering with friends in the pool and pit area.

Staff is always friendly and very helpful. Maintenance issues are taken care of in timely fashion. Grounds are in good shape and the area is fairly quiet. I like the trash pick up arrangement they have here.

Overall good value for the price you pay. Management staff is very proactive when there's an issue they are on top of it. Great gym clean with modern equipment. Pool is beautiful and the grills are nice as well. I would recommend this place one peace of advice stay off the 1st floor you will hear everything. Overall good value

So far I am completely satisfied with my stay at The Columns. The staff does an exceptional job at meeting the residents needs. There are also several community events offered. The property is well maintained and quiet.

Its been good so far. The neighbors are polite. Great place for children and also gogs. Unfortunately it's cold at these time to enjoy the other facilities. It's a good place. Am sure when summer hits, it will be a great place.

Just love the apartment, I will recommend this to my friends and family. Over all we have a good experience and happy. Good neighborhood feel safe while I'm home. Road constructions this is the only downside.

its a quiet place that has good prices and a great staff that is willing to help with any needs. the apartment has a great location with many amenities nearby to handle all your needs and also is close to the freeway to move around the city. the apartments themselves are nice with great appliances that are fairly new and consistent.

I've been here for a while and everything is nice but soon as they got new management they started bringing anybody in . I seen mattresses out on the grass for 2 days and my neighbors are loud with music blasting . This new staff can't do anything which at first I understood . But when the neighbors started leaving junk on my porch was a problem . They even offered us to move to another complex we wasn't the problem. It's just ridiculous because the other tenants would do their job. Printer is always broken and coffee machine now. Now it's an ant problem .

Keep all employees aware and up to date on new tenets moving in. My move in process was horrible due to not having the necessary paper work or keys for my immediate move in. Employee did not know that I was moving in and informed me the person I worked with was out in maternity leave.

I am very pleased with my decision to join the community at The Columns at Shadow Creek Ranch. My stay thus far has been very peaceful. Management always have a positive attitude. The community premises are kept clean and well maintained. I genuinely feel safe in my area. My neighbors seem nice and parking isn't an issue as there are always empty spaces available. The inside of my apartment is lovely, from the granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and space the unit has to over. At this time, I couldn't be more satisfied.

Great atmosphere but problems occur. They are fixed at ease. Will continue to stay here as long as the problems are fixed promptly. Great location. Close to pretty much everything you could need including food restaurants and shops

I looked at several other communities in the area and chose The Columns at Shadow Creek Ranch because of the promotions that they offer as well as the updated rooms that they have available. The columns has the largest and most updated kitchens that I saw in the area as well as wood flooring In all units regardless of what floor they are on.

Ive only been here for a week and my husband, my baby of 2 years old and I are completely happy living here! Before we moved in here we were not happy in our home we often felt unsafe and just plain unhappy. Now that we are here we feel safe and like we finally found a place we can call home.

Great community. Very quiet and clean. Staff is very friendly! Stephanie is amazing! Super sweet and super attentive. Maintenance issues are handled immediately, if not next day. Parking is not an issue... I'm very satisfied
