Went in for a showing roughly 45 minutes before they closed. Loved how nice and neat the complex was. Inside and outside. Loved how friendly the staff Megan and manager was. Put application in the same night and got approved within hours after submitting all paperwork a couple days later. Fast and efficient staff. I used to stay here years ago and the staff weren't as welcoming and caring about us getting in as the current staff. Kudos to Megan and community manager! 5 stars.

The staff was courteous and showed us exactly what we mentioned we were looking for. They were friendly and took the time to show us around the community and then gave us the time to complete the online application while we were there.

Well keep, modern community. It was a lot of traffic, so it takes some time to get managements assistance. The pool, and walking areas are appealing. The main street is busy but the complex sets back off the street, so it is safe for young children and gated.

A great deal of attention is paid to the appearance and upkeep of the grounds. Let's keep the facility looking fresh and new the maintenance staff has been very responsive, which I appreciate after hearing the situation with acquaintances in other facilities.

The apartments are beautiful, and the management/staff are right on point. For the most part my time here has been very good. Amenities are great, and convenience to shopping, etc. also excellent Highly recommened.

Easy to see property and move in. Quiet place, easy to pay rent, make maintenance requests. Everyone I've dealt with so far has been great (office staff, maintenance staff). And even though I don't have a dog, I love seeing my neighbors' dogs.

I really enjoyed my tour Megan and a gentleman at the desk were so friendly and helpful. They answered all of my questions and helped me so much! When it came down to deciding which apartment which made it so much easier in deciding which apartment will be best for me.

Great place! Clean, safe, and secure. Engaged office staff that is accommodating, resourceful, and responsive. Maintenance staff is exceptional. Very friendly and helpful. Glad we chose Columns at Shadow Creek!

I've been living here for two years now and I love it. The community is nice, clean, and quiet. The front office staff is always so professional and caring. The few maintenance request I have had were taken care right away.

No issues here. For most part quiet and clean. Employees are most helpful. Quick responders. Neighbors are nice. Grounds are clean. Pool area is super nice and friendly. Worse thing I had happen were some ants. Lol. However they were quick to get them out.

The office staff is incredibly unprofessional, treat you with lottle respect,and it takes forever to get solutions to a problem. I got incorrectly charged at move in and it is 6 months later and I have not received a refund.

The move in process could've been handled much better. There are issues that need to be addressed. The water smells. The water heater might need to be fixed. The upstairs neighbors have kid(s) running around constantly and the noise is driving us insane.

The staff is very professional and attentive to the needs of the residents. The community is extremely quiet. There have been a few vandalism incidents however, this can happen anywhere. I have been a resident for three years and it has been a pleasant stay.

Well kept, clean, great layouts, amenities up to date, quiet for the most part, near a nature walking trail, sprinkler systems, alarm systems and no issues with parking. Maintenance does repairs right and in a timely manor.

The over all experience was great, nice office staff. My only concern is over all property cleaning. There at times the stairs are a bit dirty the pavement are a bit dirty. Which I understand. Over all great place to love it.

I absolutely love living here! The community and amenities are beautiful. The Leasing & Maintenance Team are inviting, pleasant, helpful, efficient, and caring. It's location in Shadow Creek is perfect. Stores, restaurants, movies, etc. are all within 5-15 minutes away!

So far it's been decent but I would like to see some improvements done. Because this community is in desperate need of some. The grass looks a mess there are patches missing in areas. Need fresh plants.

Front office personnel were very friendly and also provided Military/Veteran Discount. Although I didn't get the move in orientation, everything was found to be in okay shape: outside a/c unit was not working, had to get a service call because unit wasn't turning off or cooling inside properly. Maintenance took care of it in a timely manner. Ants on the patio and inside of the storage unit on patio. Other than that, the apartment is super nice and everything else was superb!

Terrible management
ECI Groups is not someone you want to reside with. They are predatory, lack communication, and are dead set on making your “home” feel like it’s not even yours to begin with. There are large groups of teenagers at the pool constantly doing drugs and drinking. Stephanie comes off very kind but she strolls around the apartment looking for anyone who has anything but patio furniture on your balcony. You can’t put a bike, any outdoor gear, a hammock, and be weary if you like to have things for your pets out there because they are against that too. They will charge for anything they deem necessary so beware.

0/5 stars I've been here for 4 years. The first year was great, but every year since then the service and care of the employees have lessened. I've had multiple situations that were mishandled or not handled at all. We were paying a trash fee for 2 years and were told they did not do valet trash until we saw another building have it. I inquired about it and they said they could not refund two years of payments (we had been paying since we thought it was for the dumpster but it turns out it was for valet trash) because the person that signed me up for our lease was no longer there and there was no proof she told me that. Why would I lie and not be using this service that I'm paying for? My husband was a witness to this conversation and recalls it as well. My husband's truck got towed year 2 because of a mistake by the office, and they did not reimburse us. I had a plumbing mold issue in my shower area, and it took 7 requests & 2 years before it was properly taken care of. One of the ladies came into my apartment and made me feel like it was my fault, but I assured them it was not. Finally after breaking through the sheetrock were they able to see I had a leak for YEARS and that was why I kept getting black mold. I tried to tell them this! No apologies were given. I had a gold car follow me all around the complex for several minutes earlier this year. I called the office for help and no answer. I emailed to suggested they get cameras. Nothing happened. Last month a man was urinating in the bushes in broad daylight as I was arriving home from work. I let the leasing office know & suggested cameras again. No response. On 2 different occasions, their rent payment app failed to work and I have been charged hundreds of dollars in late fees. I reached out over and over again with no resolution. Now I have to go out of my way to pay in cash to make sure they receive my payment in time. My lease is up in February, & the last person that did my paperwork input the wrong month (March). Now they are saying I'm responsible for that month, even though I sent them my email correspondence showing evidence of our agreement of only 12 months. The reason they gave me AGAIN, was that that person is no longer there. But I sent them an email showing evidence of the agreement, so clearly it was just basic human error - this is okay... we all make mistakes, but fix it! This complex will not take responsibility for their employees mistakes. It's not our fault that you have a high turnover rate, so why are the previous employees mistakes costing me money? Just fix the mistakes and be fair! I do NOT recommend moving here. I have to follow up constantly to get a call or email back. There are other newer, and nicer apartments next door. They'll have the best service since they were just built and have the original owners. Save yourself the misery...

The apartment itself is very nice, which is one of the main reasons why I chose this location (main one being proximity to work). Also, the outside parts of the complex are very nice. Rent is pricey, but I can afford it. As long as rent doesn't increase, I'd be willing to renew my lease.
