The agent we worked with Name Destiny, she's a very rude and a horrible agent we ever worked with, not helpful, not responding, not responsible. This apartment is great, but the service she provided makes me don't want to live here.

The Columns at Shadow Creek Ranch is a pleasant place to live. The apartments are spacious and stylish, and the office and maintenance staff are courteous. The landscaping is very professional and looks nice year-round. We had a bug problem for about a month when we moved in, but the complex worked with us to resolve it. Due to its proximity to the water treatment plant, parts of the complex can smell a bit after a heavy rain. I have enjoyed living at the Columns. However, I am not a fan of living in Pearland overall due to the traffic and lack of entertainment options, although for a Pearland apartment I would consider this among the best.

My experience has been great. The office staff is phenominal. There are social events offered to engage the community. Maintenance issues have been addressed in a timely manner. Overall, this has been a great community to live in.

This has been the best place I have ever lived. The price is good, it has an amazing look about it, the staff is great, the pool and amenities are more than I could ask for, and even when I had an issue with my dog, they jumped in to help the situation.

Bed bugs that they are making me pay for the treatment at 300 x 3 when my lease it up and didn't want to remove me from my apartment to another and requested if I moved I have to pay another 500 transfer fee when I paid a 750 dollars deposit

Superb, the only thing I wish was that leaving the complex is a hassle because I have to drive further down the street to make a unturn and then all the way back towards my destination I think there should be a easier way to exit the complex

Everything Is great. No major complaints or issues since I moved in. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Maintenance is amazing and takes really good care of the apartments. They are very accommodating which is great.

Overall my experience has been great here at this community, the staff is phenomenal,quality maintenance, peaceful,community grounds are well kept, safe neighborhood, convenient access to shopping, restaurants, great schools, transportation,etc. I could go on and on about this community I am very satisfied as a resident here I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Had a wonderful experience moving in, I had took a apartment next to the Shadow creek but it was noisy with traffic. I called the front desk Bry and immediately she got with her manager and got me to a Different Apartment which was little inside the community, But very quite and peaceful.

Great community and staff is attentive. Problems so far have been fixed promptly. Fun activites for residents are often and staff members encourage participation. Been here for about 6 months and I have no complaints.

I don't have a problem with the staff or anything it's just the way the apartments were built they don't offer a lot of space in kitchen far as cabinets or bedroom closet space for the price. But everytime I've asked them to fix something they have done it promptly and I appreciate that

The staff is very attentive to resident needs and requests. The property is kept up nicely, and the amenities are available for use at our leisure. I love my apartment, the location, and amenities. Low noise levels (which is important to me). Second place I've lived while being in Houston area, and it's been a great experience thus far!

Greats apartment with updated finishes. Maintenance is pretty good about quickly fixing everything or even coming back if they missed something. For pearland is not a bad Apartment to have. Usually the community has events to celebrate the residents of the holidays.

I enjoyed living at The Columns and would recommend the complex to anyone. The grounds and buildings are well maintained. There is plenty of parking for tenants and visitors. The staff has always been very courteous and responsive to my requests.

I moved to Houston in 2017 for a job and fell in love with these apartments. The layout of each apartment is beautiful. The community is mostly very quiet. I recommend these apartment to anyone looking for somewhere safe to live with great management staff. It's very pet friendly and also very clean.

The community is very clean, neat, and safe. The units have beautiful upgrades. My bathtub's water pressure is still very low after two maintenance requests. It seems as if it cannot be repaired. I would check the water faucets before moving in to the unit.

My husband and I liked this complex at first. Until new management took over and start lowering there standards for new residents they allowed to move in. The pool area was very noisy some nights to the point we could almost not sleep. Neighbors leaving garbage in front of the door for several days. One night some man was banging on his girlfriend's apartment door demanding to be let in and hollering all types of obscenities. There were also minor bug issues.Please do not move here for those reasons alone. Also, management uses deceitful and fraudulent practices. They are very untrustworthy and will try to money gouge after move out. When we moved the apartment was inspected and no damages were noted and everything was clean. Several months later we received notice that we owe for damages that includes clean up and wall painting. My husband and I will be contacting our attorney and also contacting Better Business Bureau to report this complex. Please don't rent from Columns at Shadow Creek Ranch!

I have nothing but positive things to say about The Columns at Shadow Creek Ranch. I've enjoyed living at the property and the front office and maintenance staff are always fast and prompt whenever I have a question or need assistance. It's a beautiful property and they work hard to maintain it for the residents.

I love living at The Columns! Tammy, as well as the entire team in the office, made the move very easy and transitionable. They've made us feel comfortable, and also have fixed what little problems we do have in a timely manner! The front desk staff has been nothing but courteous and professional about handling all situations! It is a very quiet neighborhood with lots of amenities. They host a lot of fun activities monthly for the residents to attend. We highly recommend! The only downfall is the plant on the other side of the bayou does stink occasionally, but not enough to be noticeable or make us want to leave.

Renters Beware... This apartment complex management will take your deposit if you contact them regarding the price gouging regarding the water bill (51.0 gallons, per month for a 2-2 (no garage and no yard)). An apartment rep signed off on final walk-through stating that there was no visible damage and now they produced photos showing damage to carpet, 3 weeks later. We have custom bedding so the frames don't even match our beds... Do not rent unless you want to pay a water bill that does not charge you actual usage, the water bill is split amongst the entire community... I have not received my deposit, the apartment complex does not follow their on rules, but hold you accountable... Your rent changes every month, the area smells due to the treatment plant that is right across the bayou and bugs and snakes are a very serious problem... don't be fooled about the reviews on their website, they hid the truth and leave the post of thank you, but you are unable to see the customer complaint, much less their claims... Renter's beware... ------------- will retaliate against you, then falsify documentation and ----------- of ECI group stands behind her lies...
