The Columns at Shadow Creek Ranch is conveniently located near the Pearland Town Center. The apartment complex is quiet with friendly neighbors. The office will periodically host events for all residents to attend and network.

The staff is friendly. Please hire more staff for the weekends. The weekends is busy. If the staff is out showing a unit you end up waiting for someone to return just to have a question answered. Joshua is the best

Front desk Josh is superb. Quality units for the price. Very nice pool. Bathroom is extraordinary. Outside storage is a big plus. New appliances in stainless steel is very attractive. I look forward to relaxing here after work.

I've been here for 3years but never felt like I'm appreciated or maybe I was just expecting that from them. It's okay tho. This place is just convenient for me because of workplace and a gym nearby where I workout. But I love my unit tho. Peaceful and quiet neighbor. Never had a robbery nor bad stuffs occurred. So atleast if they asked me to renew give atleast a discount not increase it everytime I renew. Thanks!

So far so good is been great although we have a little problem with one of the maintenance staff once before But his not working with them anymore but the manager Jamie make things was taken care immediately after reported!!!

My wife and I move in at the beginning of the year and we love it. It is Clean, safe, friendly, organize and most important, kind people. It is a good place to call home. All people that works here are very helpful and always giving great service

If you don't like pets this isn't the place for you! The kitchens are spacious and gorgeous the floors are very nice and having a washer dryer included is a huge plus! The staff has always been super friendly and ready to help.

The management is awesome. I recently divorced and was moving from a house to an apartment. I was so worried i wouldn't be able to acclimate to a small apartment. I was pleasantly surprised by the size and upgrades of this apartment. It made my transition very smooth and comfortable. I absolutely love them!!!

The staff was very helpful in explaining the different floor plans and letting us walk through the ones we were interested in. The age of the property was a primary selling point. It had just turned 1 year old. Finishes and appliances in the apartments are excellent. Fitness Center equipment is top of the line. Easy access to the nature trail is a plus.

Beautiful complex. Been here a month and love it. First apartment in 20 years and I wouldn't choose a different one. Staff is kind and prompt. There is a few hiccups but overall the staff is very prompt to get things done. 2 thumbs up.

I am extremely pleased with the Columns at Shadow Creek Ranch in Pearland, Texas. I have lived here for about 5 months, but have lived in Pearland at other complexes for several years now. The grounds are well-kept here, and the staff seems genuinely interested in your well-being and quality of living as a tenant. It is a bit pricey, and there are regular entry/exit gate mechanical issues (walk-in and drive-in). Also, there is an electronic keyed-entry on the mail room that works only about 2% of the time. The rest of the time anyone off the street can just walk right in. Overall, I am very pleased to be living here and would highly recommend this property.

Great complex! Love the amenities and staff! Couldn't be happier else where! There are lots of nice families. Kid friendly and pet friendly! I would recommend to anyone to live! The area is always kept clean and the valet trash is appreciated! Thanks!

A newer apartment complex it is a good mixture of socioeconomic backgrounds, families, and singles. The staff is pleasant and willing to help. Only drawbacks we have encountered is the location. You have to either illegally briefly drive against traffic to turn left coming out of the complex, or drive a quarter mile to the light and make a U turn. The proximity to the woods invites TONS of bugs from mosquitos, spiders, and german coach roaches galore are see constantly. Lastly, the property is next to a water treatment plant so when the wind blows it's pretty unpleasant.

The community is great! It's presented very well. Everything is clean and nicely put together. The staff is very helpful and they take care of all of your needs. That make you feel at home when you walk into the office. I like my apartment home, it has great appliances and is aesthetically pleasing. The only downside is not enough kitchen cabinet space or closet space for me. I'm looking forward to living here.

I'm having a good experience. I really like the location of the community. The professionalism of the staff is awesome. Ms. Ashley and Josh are so professional and courteous. I don't like all the bugs in the breezeways, and at the entrance of my garage. Also, my garage broke in September, and I don't think it is completely repaired. A Lastly, the maintenance service times could be modified. They don't work on the weekend unless it is urgent due to the company not wanting to pay overtime. This isn't fair to the resident.

Moved in under different management. Was told this would be young professionals complex. Entirely too many children now. New management was obviously on same page. Moving out soon. Obviously new managers did not share the same views. Walls are paper thin. Kids crying and jumping all night is not ideal for young professionals that have to work in the am.

Thie location of this complex is great, but the up keep is not the best. I have made several reports in the last year or so, and it takes a long time for things to get handled. There are lights out all over the complex, which is a safety concern, and the grounds are not as nice as when I moved in. There are bugs everywhere, though I pay a monthly fee for pest control. I feel like that money should be returned. My balcony is completely unusable. The staff are very friendly and personable, the up-keep is just the concern.

The community is not well regulated. When I first moved in, it was nice and clean. Now I feel like I'm not living in an area where the rent should be $1500. It's feels rent controlled. Trash, pets and non-patio furniture left on balconies. The smell of marijuana all day and night. The office staff are almost impossible to get ahold to. The overall look of the unit is very nice. Love the size and amenities.
