I'm a fairly new resident, but so far I love my apartment & the community. It's so beautiful & peaceful. I love how everything is not too close & not too far away (e.g., grocery store, gas station, shopping).

My apartment is great and the community is well kept. The amenities are kept in a good condition too. I also enjoy all the tenant programs they have to offer. The staff is friendly and quick to respon to any issues that may arise.

The manager was very understating during me selling of my home and me trying to transition into my apartment. Bri also sold me at the tour her flexible attitude of trying to find me the right apartment in the complex.

Very clean apartments and not super dated. Maintenance is quick to respond, plenty of parking spots on site. No surveillance cameras in parking lots. Only one pool, dog park isn't very clean but nice to have a running trail backed up to the apartments.

Great reviews on this website. I love the front office and cleanliness of the community. The only downfall, is that there is a power plant that could be disturbing at times. The walls are thin as well and you can hear the neighbors.

Overall, in the short time I have been a resident at The Columns at Shadow Creek, I have been pleased with the staff, amenities and my new home. The apartment is nice and quiet and even though there are many residents, there is never a line of cars entering or exiting at the same time.

The staff were very informative and answered any questions we had before moving in and made the whole process an ease, especially with online signing. We barely even had to go to the office other than to pick up the keys.

I love the community here at the Columns. The office staff goes above and beyond my needs. The maintenance staff is always timely and professional to make sure my needs or routine maintenance is covered. Going on my third year living here and wouldn't change it.

This is my 2nd time living here. It is better than any other area apartment complex. The apartment staff is awesome and helpful. The community is nice and well kept. The layout and size of the units are great. Rent pricing is the best in the area. I would definitely suggest this apartment community to anyone.

The apartments are really nice in a gated community they also have a very spacious living room and bedroom. All the appliances are whirlpool appliances. The amenities are awesome they have a full gym to workout, pool, and a mini golf course.

Bry and the property manager have been very helpful since the day i moved in. Any little problem, they fix it right away. They also do follow-up calls or e-mail. They truly care about the residents. Very clean grounds.

I first moved into an apartment in this community in 2017. My first apartment here had roaches. I encountered roaches about every 3 months. I wasn't going to renew, but ended up renewing the following year. I moves into another apartment and didn't have any problems with roaches, but instead spiders and smaller bugs. Overall, the condition of my 2nd apartment here is way better than the first, but I would not recommend this community to friends or family.

My leasing agent Stephanie was very courteous and informative which made my moving process very easy. It's also good to know my leasing office has a open door policy. I've been living here only 4 months and so far I've had no major issues

I love it so far. A gated community has been an adjustment for me but I moved half way across the country by myself. I feel safe here. That was number one on my wish list. The anminaties of the apartment are just a huge bonus. I love my new home.

I've been here for 2 years now & I've never had any issues. They really keep it clean around here . Nice pool area for the summer time when you want to bbq with friends & enjoy the beautiful pool that's cool !

I love the community. Very clean and quiet. Accessible to a lot of shopping centers and restaurants. The staff is amazing. They communicate all changes and make you feel welcome when going into the office.

The office staff and grounds workers are all professional, nice and attentive. There are social activities monthly that covers a wide spectrum of interests. It is pretty quiet even though my unit faces the pool. I feel safe at all hours.

Nice apartment design in a quiet residence. Amenities are nice and not too croweded. The people who live there are quite respectful. The staff is very helpful and friendly. We really enjoy the natural reservation behind the residence. Shadow creek is a good location

I've had a wonderful experience so far. The staff has been very welcoming and shows concern for there residents. The complex helped to have a great move in experience and checked in on me multiple times throughout my move in day.

It's a great community and it's quiet. I left here to live somewhere else and eventually came back because I like the location and the leasing price that they have. The office personnel is always nice and willing to answer questions

I live here currently . My neighbours are Loud I've made complaints . They've tried to catch them but they couldn't catch my neighbours so they told me to call a courtesy officer and I've made 2 complaints no call back or anything . The dryer barely drys are clothes . The staff is nice but the staff before them was better. They keep everything clean . Also they asked if we wanted to move to another union which was very disrespectful because we pay a lot to live in a quiet place . My neighbours make me want to move !
