Just moved into The Columns at Shadow Creek, just over a week. So far everything is great!! The area is awesome near the Highway and close to schools, restaurants and hospitals. The staff are very helpful and attentive. Comepleted a maintenance order due to my bathroom toilet not flushing properly and the maintenance crew responded immediately so far I'm happy with my choice!

Upon move in there were many repairs that needed to be done. The preparation for new tenant of apartment was slovenly done. Maintenance team and staff did not take great care in insuring that fixtures, appliances and alarm system were in working condition prior to move in.

The move in process was very easy. I worked with Stephanie and she was very helpful and answered any questions I had. Stephanie showed me around the complex and communicated with me multiple times per week until I moved in.I love this apartment. It's a great location and a great price

Absolutely easy process, from application to move-in. Loved how the staff is friendly and the assistant manager Destiny made sure we were comfortable and answered all questions that we posed. We love how clean the property is and we feel safe. The rent is affordable and the amenities are great.

Absolutely awesome, the staff from the front office to maintenance has been great. The complex is very friendly, and kept clean. The complex really cares about its residents and makes sure they have everything they need at all times.

I moved to the Columns of Shadow Creek in March 2020. Nick was so courteous and efficient we making my move a good experience. I really love my 2 bedroom/2 car garage apartment. I actually moved here after selling my house, children are adults and I wanted to downsize. I especially love the nook area in the master bedroom it is perfect for my home office.

Great experience, very nice and courteous front office staff. Reasonable rates, was very pleased with my experience with my move in. I was able to arrive early in the morning to pick up my keys as soon as the office opened. I was able to sign my lease electronically and there was no wait. Great Apartments

Nice apartments, very clean, maintanance responds fast, friendly office staff, great location for med center and shopping. Pool area and gym is nice also. Everything is jus so clean and well kept up. Great place to live!

Good complex. Good management. Very responsive to any concerns with follow up calls. Good practices during covid pandemic which were in keeping with CDC standards. Safety officer available after hours for problems.

Great experience. Would recommend to anyone looking to live in Pearland/ shadow creek parkway. Community is wonderful accessible to most places. Good school district for families.perfect place especially if work Downtown Houston.

It's been pleasant living here. The staff is responsive and very courteous. I feel safe living at this property and it is near a park and easy access to shopping, restaurants and parks. The staff does what they can to accommodate my requests, so I appreciate that.

I love it so far! The staff is friendly and very proactive. The units and pool are beautiful and there are lots of great amenities. The surrounding nature reserve is beautiful. They responded to my work order very quickly.

The community is well maintained and very quiet. the apartment itself is spacious, with nice finishes (i.e. granite countertops, hardwood floors, etc) and well worth the price. I feel safe and right at home in this community.

So far so good! I've been in my apartment for about a week a i love it. It's very quiet, and very well kept. I put in a maintenance request same day as move in date & was helped almost immediately. Like I said before, so far so good!

I have been here at Columns for the last 3 years and I enjoy everything! I really enjoy the different festivities that they have for the residents. I will definitely be renewing my lease for another year!

Office staff lacks professionalism and it takes too long for service request to be completed or submitted to maintenance staff. The large animal owners are not picking up after their animals and that makes the grounds and grass in areas unacceptable.

Amazing! Great staff, great complex, great location. I highly recommend living here. I've never had a bad experience when working with the office and the community is fantastic. The nature center behind the complex is a huge plus as well. The overall appearance and comfort of living is better than any where else I've lived.

Greattttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttt apartmenttttttttttttttt. Plan to stay here another yearrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr. The only thing I don't like is this minimum of 200 for any survey I have to do and the constant emails everyday to do it.

Pretty good. Bry was very helpful in getting me the unit that I wanted and was very helpful throughout the entire process. The unit is very modern and spacious. 1 bedroom, a lot of closet space, valet trash available. I really love the modern feel to the bigger 1 bedrooms and modern kitchen look also. So far so good.

Moved in approx 1 week ago. The move in process was arranged by Bry and carried out by another business partner. I felt that the process went smoothly. Only two things needed repair which were done in a timely manner. So far it's like any other apartment, noise wise, it's bearable.
