This is a great apartment complex. The apartment itself is really nice. The location is great and easy access to everything. Well kept. Nice walking area next to apartment. Maintenance is quick and do a great job!

So far so good. Would like to have a pickup box for packages because when you travel I'm not comfortable having a package.delivered to my front door. Would like garbage pickup on weekends. I don't know what else to say

This apartment community offers the absolute best in apartment living. The mgt staff treats their residents like family. I have made comparisons between The Columns and newly constructed apartments here in beautiful Shadow Creek. The apartments at The Columns are always prettier to me.

Wonderful place to live. The staff is always very helpful and eager to help. The apartment is a nice size and everything I need. The grounds are very nicely kept. Also the maintenance people have always taken care of my problems very fast. I would recommend this property to all.

I have had a positive experience while living at this community. The office staff are very friendly, respond to any needs or concerns in a timely manner, and the maintenance personnel do a fantastic job with a quick response and quality work.

The office staff is so amazing and they go out of there way to make sure everything is all set and good to go . They are always available and the maintenance is super fast pace . I would highly recommend this place to anyone . Clean, calm and quiet .

My experience here has been pretty good so far. There are problems that are expected from an apartment complex, but nothing too severe. There's noise from neighbors, pet wasting, and noise in the apartment. However, that's all expecting living in an apartment.

I've only lived here for a few weeks but so far so good! I love my apartment, the amenities such as the pool side, business cafe, the gym etc...are excellent! Maintenance staff are very professional as well as the staff at the main office.

Very easy process and the team was very helpful in making us feel comfortable moving in. The pool was amazing and right near our apartment which was a plus. Gym was also very spacious. Couldn't have found a better apartment complex

Nice community, neighbors are friendly. Office staff is not. Trash is often left out for days. Although we pay $25 a month for trash pickup. It's a great place to live and I know nothing will be perfect so if you can deal with the office staff as less as possible you'll be fine to live here.

The Columns is such a great community to live in. It's quiet and clean. The apartments have all new appliances which are energy efficient. The office staff is very friendly and prompt on any issues you may have. I'd recommend this apartments to anyone looking for a great place to call home

Less than a week after move in and I really love the quick response of the maintenance team. There weren't major issues but I did call because I thought the washer wasn't working. It was different than other models and I just wasn't operating it correctly. Some came out on Sunday because it was my move in day and was very kind even though it wasn't broken. Two other small things were fixed and addressed within an hour or two. My last community would take days to get around to these non emergency maintenance needs. Condition of the home is great and I was pleasantly surprised by some small details like under counter lighting!!

The office staff is friendly and pretty responsive. My apartment space and layout are both awesome. The parking in my section is bad because there are too many buildings close together. I park further than I'd like when I get home anytime after 5 pm. The construction was not done well because I can hear every noise from my neighbors which is awful. I can even hear them closing their drawers and doors! It's not the neighbors fault, though. The cell reception in this area is horrible. I've also had many negative experiences with the trash collecting company. Unfortunately, it is a mandatory expense. And if you care about recycling then I do not recommend it here. They do not actually separate the trash and recycling even though they claim they do. Again this is the service, not the apartment staff. I've also had a lot of issues with pest control from outdoor bugs getting in and also with spiders.

Nice environment and close to shopping. No complaints with community or grounds. Minimal contact with staff, but no complaints. No issues with neighbors. A little pricey but great size apartments and up keep for the price.

The staff is friendly and actually answers the phones. They have quickly fixed the few issues found at move in. The management has been very thorough and open with us about the events surrounding any power outages or water issues and have keep us up to date, with multiple communications in a day.

I have repeatedly chosen to live at The Columns because of the safety of the community, amenities and customer service provided by both the leasing team, property manager and maintenance team. I feel that I rarely have issues but when I do they are taken care of promptly and I am happy when they let the community know of any news concerning the property or neighborhood.

The community is clean and well-kept. Work orders are tend to in a timely manner. Staff are nice, courteous and quick to response when needed. The only downfall is I have not been able to enjoy the amenities due to COVID.

columns was completely comfortable for my sensibilities. the unit had everything I needed to function. the floor boards warped on their own I tried to have them fixed by maintenance, but that was about the only thing that was wrong.

Very nice community. Apartments are spacious and modern. Plenty of parking available.Staff is very courteous and helpful. Bummed that some ammenities are closed/limited due to covid. Overall pleased with my experience so far.

I've enjoyed every moment here, although most of my time has been spent in my apartment due to COVID. I work from home now and it very quiet and easy to work. There is plenty of space to walk my dog and the trail is right by us so convenient!

Nice community, well kept. Lawn service is really early though, didnt like to be waken up to that. Maintenance is very fast. They come out same day and complete work orders. Office staff is really nice, they are very helpful.
