The Columns at Shadow Creek have been great for me. I got a good deal on my apartment back when the rent prices were down during COVID and it has been the best deal I could ask for. The apartment staff are great, maintenance is top notch, community is mostly safe, and location is awesome. One downside would be being next to a chemical plant which some nights has a really loud ringing noise coming from it occasionally. Also, the gym could use a little more sprucing up as well, more equipment/dumbbells.

i love living here, it's quiet & clean. the staff are prompt when responding to us. maintenance resolves issues quickly. i feel safe as well. the area is nice & location is perfect. thank u!!!!!!!!!!!

I love the complex and the staff is always friendly and willing to help. my only issue is the hall ways are not maintained, a good power wash in the stair well and hall way, and something done about the spiders would be awesome. Other than that everything is great!

Love the layout of the place, but after a few weeks moving in, I noticed ants, bugs and those silver insects that look like swimming fish were coming out of the shower head. I been here almost 3 years and have made several complaints about the bugs inside my apartment. They send ppl out who basically spray water because the bugs and ants never disappear. Tammi the manager seems to brush it off , as if I’m supposed to experience this due to living on the 1st floor. I get that the tenants above may have trash left out , old food. But , take care of the issue at hand . Spray the ENTIRE BUILDING COMPLEX! Once my lease is up I will not be renewing, love the apartment but hate the issue w/ getting things handle properly.

This community is really great, my family and I really enjoy the people in the neighborhood their really friendly and very helpful. The management team helps you no matter and always try to do new things for the community such an awesome place keep up the good work you guys!

Living in this community for over a year now has been a pleasure! The staff is prompt and courteous. All of the amenities are wonderful and kept clean at all times. I would recommend this community to anyone.

Never had issues with issues with staff or residents in the community. Trash on the property is not a pleasant sight. Moving in during Covid made using the amenities nearly impossible so not much info on pool and workout facility.

I think this is a great place to live. People are friendly and quiet. I like how close we are to the park because evening walks are always nice. Another bonus is being close to the beltway and major grocery/department stores.

I've only been here foe 2 months. Still getting use to the noise from traffic since I'm in the 1st building from the street but I love the community. The grounds are clean for the most part. I was told when I toured the apartment, they would power wash to stains on the ground left by the previous resident, but it hasn't been done yet. I'm wondering if it will ever be done.

I've had great experience in this community. The office staff, maintenance have always taken pride in their communication and work. I also think its important to let them know they are appreciated. Great place to live. Great landscaping, pool etc.

The staff are working hard to take care of the property and the community. They are polite and professional. The pool area is our favorite place. It's very well designed and maintained. The community events is fun for kids. Highly recommend these apartments for family with kids.

This is a very quite, clean community and it's close to shopping centers.. The trail is amazing, the amenities are awesome, and the other tenants are very polite. I have not been disappointed by anything

Nice, quiet and clean. Love the location next to walking trails and lake. Easy access to stores, restaurants and shopping centers. Pearland is truly a prime location. The Columns has given me true peace of mind.

Nice quiet community. service request are slow to complete. Upkeep on property is good. Amenities are nice. I like the attempts to bring residents together. No other complaints at this time. I enjoy my apartment home just need to work out a few kinks

Awesome property, super quiet, units are spacious, modern and nicely decorated. Office staff are always helpful and knowledgeable. They make you feel like family and not just another tenant. I live for amenities and The Columns at Shadow Creek have it all. State of the art gym, resort style pool with wifi and seating. They even offer a putt putt area and multiple outdoor grilling stations!

I moved in a few days ago and the front office staff has been incredibly helpful in answering all of my questions. The apartment was clean and everything was in working order when I arrived. The process for moving in was super easy. The pool is beautiful and I have spent a lot of time there since I've moved in.

What I like in this community is the security, so far I find it safe & quiet in the area and the cleanliness. I also appreciate it when the office staff are giving freebies for residents like breakfast on the go on some days.

The apartment complex is very clean and well maintained. The community is well sensed and have not had any problems with anyone. The weight room could use some renewing and change of layout. I think the price of monthly rent is expensive and it should not go up the amount it does each renewal.

Safe neighborhood. We rented the one bedroom 716sqft apartment. There is no cabinet space in the kitchen to put away kitchenware and no closet space to put away clothes for two people. That was the only inconvenience we see. Next time we will make sure to look for a cabinet space

Friendly, quiet complex, and gorgeous complex. Pool area lovely, fitness room perfect for everyday cardio or muscle building. Staff is nice, maintenance arrival on time. Internet at the pool lovely. :)

The units themselves are top of the line compared to any of the others in the area. The maintenance is on point and the very few issues I've had have been dealt with very quickly. The amenities are hit or miss. When the pool is open, it's like being in a resort. But at the moment we can't have guests, so it's hard to enjoy without company. The fire pit doesn't ever seem to work, and the grills work sometimes. But the staff are very friendly and don't hesitate to help when they can.
