Rent is higher than market average for the area. Non-negotiable valet trash service is garbage. A fee is charged to pay the rent even by debit. No barbells in the gym, only smith machine. My unit is well insulated and spacious. Management does a good job of upkeep even when residents or their guests deface or disrespect the property. Neighbors are chill. Woods behind property are refreshing.

Chris was nothing short of amazing! He was kind, patient, attentive and prompt. Beautiful apartment, roomy and clean. The property is clean and maintained beautifully. Access to the walking trail next to the property and feels safe.

Great complex, wonderful amenities. The application process and financial verification is ABSOLUTELY ridiculous. It is fine if you are a renter and moving to a new community, but if you are a debt-free homeowner attempting to rent an apartment, good luck!

I've had a decent experience here, especially regarding the maintenance staff, they have always been very prompt and thorough with the work they do in my apartment. There are events that some may be interested in participating in. Neighbor noise hasn't been much of an issue for myself except passersby being loud occasionally. Very clean. But too often for myself (at least once a week) I discover some people are not picking up after their dogs.

You get alot of amenities at this complex. I love how spacious the units are. The complex is close to a lot of restaurants, stores, my job, and my daughter's school. It makes my commute short which helps me to save on gas. ??

My family and I love living in the community. The Columns is nice, quaint, affordable, beautiful, and very clean. The apartment staff is wonderful! This is a nice place to live! If you're in need of a great apartment, please stop by for a tour.

Very amazing community and feels like home. Especially the area and many stores around we can grocery shop at or even eat. Very amazing customer service. I think it's a very calm and quite community and I really do recommend!

I had a very smooth move-in process. Megan assisted me with renting a home at Columns. I was coming from out of state but they staff were very accommodating. This is a beautiful, well-kept location. I am so happy to be here.

Overall my experience has been good. The apartment is in good conditions, repairs have been timely. The dryer wasn't working properly when I moved in, but was fixed within a couple of weeks. Occasionally I'll find large roaches inside and kill them during the summer, not sure where they come from. There have been incidences with residents shouting in the parking lot, but never long enough for me to file a formal complaint. I have been happy here and felt safe most of the time. Two breakins happened and someone got shot during my years lease here. Not sure about the details as I only know about it through management emails. Staff are courteous, my packages have never been stolen.

It's really nice and quiet here at the Columns. Everyone on staff is friendly as well as professional. They answer in a timely manner and the property is beautiful. Maintence takes care of any issues fast.

The Columns Shadow Creek was afforded for my budget. Application process was simple. The rental Search Engine quickly optimizes apartment hunting by serving up relevant and available rentals. From pricing and floor plans to swimming pool and pet friendly filter your way to the perfect apartment. Community is well kept up. maintenance completed order on timely matter. The always up grading the complex to make it better.

Very pleasant community. Upkeep is done regularly and maintenance requests are completed quickly. Very professional staff as well. Very well lit. Wish there were cameras set up in places to help with security.

The moving experience was ok .I felt rushed by the staff and they did not go over how everything works Iike the valet trash or how to get access to the gym facility. As of right now I am not to sure of the staff.

The move in experience was fairly easy there were some times when I couldn't get in contact with anyone at the office or I had to resend emails to different members. However overall once the paperwork was completed and processed everything was smooth and pleasant.

Office staff is nice, community is quiet. Maintenance staff is awesome & respectful.The community is the working class but you need to make over 55k to live here. I would love to stay here but it's becoming harder to save with these rates & economy. Literally paying a mortgage

I am very satisfied living at this apartment complex. The complex surrounding is kept clean and up to date. the maintenance staff is very responsive to problems submitted for repairs. My only complaint is why does the rent has to increase yearly and sometimes by as much as $200.

Solid appearance of the community. Pretty quiet here at night. Walls are thin so be mindful. Very nice pool area. The trails to run/walk on are nice. The community has good access to shopping, and entertainment.
