Broadstone Shadow Creek Ranch-Pearland is an inviting and relaxing resident I am proud to call home. I looked at a few other properties in the area and was excited with this floor plan. Its just a comfortable place to be. I am pleased with the staff and management of this property. Several of my family n friends have visited my place and really loved the floor plan/features. New apartments, big plus. Awesome & friendly staff, greets you when you enter the lobby and also remembers your name. Lannya was very helpful with us moving in, helped answer my girlfriend's questions & concerns. It was a little bit out of our price range but it was worth it. When we had a noise complaint, Adrian took good care of it and made sure it did not come back... Our sink food disposal had something stuck and that needed fixing,it was done withing 24 hours of our request.

This place is awesome. From the time I walked into the office to look at the apartments and Earl and Adrian greeted me. The staff is great, the property is great and the amenities are great. The pool area is a lot of fun. The interiors are beautiful! I am really enjoying my stay at BSCR

Broadstone Shadow Creek Ranch is by far the best apartment community I have experienced. The staff is great, they host community events so you can meet your neighbors, which is definitely a plus in a new community. The complex is well maintained and clean, the gym and pool are always kept up with and it is an overall great place.

I love love love my apartment. Very modern and well designed. Office staff Earl, Adrian, and Britini are the best. They are always professional and friendly. Community is beyond my expectations. The pool area with TV is wonderful. Everything about this community is GREAT!

I just recently moved in and I love my apartment. Staff have been warming. A few mishaps but all have been taken care of. Mishaps are expected when you are entering new construction. Overall experience is off to a great start.

I have lived here for almost 2 years. I was one of the first people to move into my building. When I first moved in, I loved it. Earl was so helpful with assisting me with all my needs. We did have a serious roach problem but it was a brand new apartment. The office staff did a great job of taking care of the issue. By the second year, I've had nothing but issues with appliances breaking completely and needing replacement and the water pressure and water temperature! I'm tired of taking cold showers. I've put in more work orders here this year alone than any other apartment I've ever lived in. When the maintenance guy replaced one of my appliances, he scraped up my floor and my door and I took pictures so that I'm not penalized for that when I move out. just want the issues resolved or maybe it's best I part ways with this complex. My neighbors are extremely loud and play music all times of the day and night that vibrate my floor. I thought aggressive breeds were not allowed here and have almost been attacked by one of my neighbors VERY aggressive Doberman and my small dog was also attacked by a pitbull which scared the crap out of me when it pinned us both in a corner. I just think if I have to follow the rules, shouldn't the other people with the extremely aggressive dogs I've seen around the complex. I've also had my car hit TWICE in the parking lot and complained each time to the office about it but nothing was done. I wasn't happy receiving a letter about stuff needing to be removed off my patio which is normally empty but as I'm walking my dog around the complex I see others with all kinds of JUNK on theirs. I just think consistency needs to happen here and also looking into water pressure and water temperatures. Also, an audit needs to be done on the animals people have seriously. I love animals and typically am not scared of them but some of these dogs are so aggressive I feel threatened. Overall, I do think I will look into another place to live as my lease renewal is approaching. The office staff is nice but for the price I'm paying, I just have higher expectations.

I love my apartment. It is the perfect size and the kitchen and bathroom are my absolute favorite. The building itself is very nice and pleasing to the eye and I've had nothing but positive interactions with the office staff. It is a great location with easy access to the city and a grocery store right down the road. Would highly recommend it to anyone.

When arriving to Broadstone Shadow Creek Ranch, we were greeted by Britni while waiting on an appointment with Earl. Britni kept my spouse and I engaged in great conversation until Earl arrived and swept us off to visit our potential new home. He was so full of life and extremely knowledgeable of the Pearland area, we felt like we were already apart of the community. The apartment home shown to us was immaculate and beautifully detailed, with a host of modern touches in every room. After speaking on pricing and availability, we were absolutely sold on this gorgeous, BRAND NEW property and leased on the spot! Before leaving, Earl had us approved and set to move in by the weekend, we couldn't thank him enough for relieving us from the stress we came in with. To top it off, our new Community Manager, Lannya came to greet and welcome us as her newest residents! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a grand, luxury experience in the best part of town! We feel so at home, and are proud to call this place just that.

Me and my Husband drove way from Katy to lease an apartment with Broadstone due to My husband working in the area and we're familiar with their communities. I love the property very beautiful and upscale. Although We waited for about 30 minutes to be seen and view the apartment I must say it was great. But a huge issue my husband notice and I soon notice as well is some of the staff isn't so friendly. I seen this bald guy that works in the front office be awful rude to this gentleman, and no one said anything. I asked how was maintenance because it's very important to know before leasing anywhere and the same bald guy was very unwanting about telling us, he acted like he was busy or something. I think his name was earl or Karl or something. We also ask about pets because we have an cat and the pet deposit is Ridiculous!!!, considering you pay $600 and ONLY GET BACK $100 (Never heard of any community keeping $500 of pet deposit) We could tell that we would probably have problems with the Managment so we decided to "think" of our options and when we tried calling back to ask more questions the phone would just ring and then just hang up. The construction is very loud and the apartment is built way to fast which is an issue for the noise levels. We went to Avion and leased and they're GREAT! They have a great move in special brand new apartments and they're very very nice and friendly unlike some of the workers at Broadstone. My overall experience was 4 out of 10 with Broadstone, beautiful community due to they just built it but for the price I would like some respect from the employees and peace considering I'm 6 months pregnant.

I LOVE my apartment! After viewing about 10 apartments, the Broadstone apartments were the only ones that had everything I was looking for. They are brand new, nicely designed with modern finishes and conveniently located. The staff is friendly and extremely helpful!! After a stressful day of apartment searching, Earl stayed late to help me with my application and never once complained or made me feel like I was bothering him by keeping him late. If you are looking for an apartment that feels like home, I definitely recommend the Broadstone Shadow Creek Ranch Apartments.

Beautiful property but the Managment Ducks. They're very rude and unprofessional. They don't handle situations like they're suppose to. They build community so fast that it's very noisy and you can literally hear every single thing in the next apartment. My mother stays there and she hates it. They need to hire new staff and maybe then the apartments will be in good standings.
