This is a very well manicured and quiet community. Parking is never an issue. Valet trash service is always on time. The leasing office staff are polite, professional and very resourceful. Can't wait for the weather to improve so I can try out the beautiful pool!

Staff is friendly and the community is kept clean. I really like the amenities and my neighbors are quiet and friendly. The location is extremely convenient as well. Overall I have enjoyed living here.

These apartments are extremely overpriced for what you get. Maintenance takes a long time to address work orders and leaves things only partially done. There are lots of pest problems, especially spiders. Also, the building walkways aren't kept clean (power washed). Recently, there have been several break ins that according to the police department are worse here. Save your time and go elsewhere.

It's fine. I think it could be better for the amount of $ we pay here. Staff is not easy to get ahold of. I have called during work hours to ask questions & NO answer. Sometimes they are behind and rude about us picking up packages when we haven't been notified when it was initially delivered. Its not okay for me to feel anxious about calling up there or walking in.

This community is great for the value. The office staff is also attentive and responsive. I like that they offer a small computer lounge and coffee. You never have to worry about finding a parking space near your home.

The staff is very nice & accommodating. The property is well maintained and quiet. Ashley made my move in seamless and made sure I had the resources and information to make my settling in a success. Once I close my front door, it's so quiet that it seems the work goes away.

I have had an overall wonderful experience. The management team has been great and helpful. During Hurricane Harvey the staff was exceptional and that made a huge difference due to all of the surrounding challenges

I have had nothing but a positive experience at my apartment complex. Having a friendly, helpful staff is very important to me and I definately have this at The Columns of Shadow Creek. I would highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a new home!

Need to improve parking availability for tenants. Need to have doggy bags available. Weeks go by before refilling. Need to improve lighting outside. Many lights out.Took months to correct issue. Need designated parking for tenants.

The apartment staff is very nice but seem to have their hands tied when big things need fixing, just takes awhile because corporate is out of state. The weight room needs better service on their equipment. Lots of the machines are broken and is a hazard to the community. The complex is nice and the people are nice. Noise level is low, but our neighbors below might not feel the same way, not sure.

Great place to live. Convenient to most areas of Houston. Office staff very responsive and helpful. Maintenance staff has a great response time. Grounds are kept clean. Pet friendly with lots of pet stations on the property.

We like the property and community, our AC has went out twice since we have been here, neither time, were there proper accommodations provided to us. No rent deduction or hotel rembursement was offered.

A friend lives at the apartment I thought it was really convinent to the grocery stores and highways. Nice, very clean apartment very quite. The staff is great. It's a little pricey but the saying goes you get what you pay for and I haven't been disappointed yet.

It's the best apartment complex I've lived in so far and we are military so we move around a lot. It's spacious, it has all the Finishing Touches, and it's a gated community. I can see myself staying here for a long time!

I have lived here for almost two years and do not plan on going anywhere soon due to their wonderful office staff, true sense of community and the fact that the amenities are great! The office staff is prompt with all requests. As long as you get to know your neighbors it feels like a community. The pool area and dog walking park are great!

It was the best apartment I was looking at, also the staff was superior to the other apartment around the area. They worked with me to get what I wanted which was very great. Josh, who showed me the apartment, had such positive attitude. The best part they remember our names when we go into the business office and that can be rarely, or frequently during the month. They also send emails when you have packages at the office and you don't have to gusss where they are. Best apartment living!

I am overall very satisfied with my apartment and again Josh at the front office makes everything so much smother. I do think that the cabinets and floors made out of very cheap material. The complex foes not have much to do for kids so they hang around the fire place area a lit. Climb on the table and walk on the furniture. I am glad I moved from building 11 to 10

Everything was fine until we got a neighbor that smokes weed and are really loud the office is unable to control what goes on in the complex. Since I been here cars and apartments are being broken into and the only thing the office does is send a letter out reminding people of the non smoking policies and to keep your doors locked.

The community is quite and "eye" love the tall ceilings and doors however I'm have issues with spiders and although pest control is included in my rent doesn't seem like they've ever been out because I keep having to spray and this worries me because I'm currently pregnant and due in April and "eye" don't want to have to worry about my baby getting bit by a spider. Another issue I'm currently running into is the fact that "eye" stay alone and seldom running my water often hence most of the time I'm at work but my water bill jumped up $20 and the office couldn't give me an explanation to why other than it had been like that since "eye" moved in which isn't true and "eye" my previous bills to show that. Great complex but they have to get water straight and this spider issue!

I enjoy living in this community. It is set up for my style of living. Quiet, stylish and great amenities. After a hard stressful day, I love to stop into the lobby and have a hot cup of coffee before going home.

It is a pet friendly complex but there are a lot of HUGE, UNFRIENDLY dogs and they poop all over the complex including the sidewalks. I have brought this to the staff attention several times but nothing has been done about it. These individuals need to be fined a small fee.

This is a great and safe community. The grounds are kept clean, the staff is great, very quiet surroundings. I have enjoyed my stay at the Columns of Shadow Creek Ranch. The only thing the pricing of the apartments are a little steep other than that it's a nice place to call home.
