It is a very nice place to live at. Occasionally there are a lot of loud music and parties going on which I understand that happens almost everywhere. We have a great nature trail behind the apartment complex that seems like it was made just for our apartments. All in all this is a good place to start off.

Lovely property and the apartments are beautiful. I love the office staff. My biggest complaint is the poor response to maintenance requests. An emergency request is not addressed until 24 hrs later. The problem is not resolved properly and there is no follow up. I have to go to the office to inform them a job was not completed and in one case I had to report a leak because no one came out. I expected better quality given the amount I pay in rent.

The staff has been very helpful and accommodating. I've head pleasurable neighbors. I'm appreciative that the community is also not noisy and I notice the staff are constantly keeping the community near and tidy.

The community is nice and the staff is pleasant and helpful!!! My family and I have plan to purchase a home, but until that time comes this will be our forever apartment. The layout and feel is like no other apartment home.

Upon entering the community I had no idea what to expect. I was greeted promptly and welcomed into the complex. I am very pleased with the service provided to me from start to finish. This community is super clean and friendly and I recommend more people looking for this type of environment come check it out.

It's been a great experience so far. The only hiccup was at the very beginning, the day we were to move in. The system put us in the small one bedroom apartment when we signed up for the bigger one. The staff quickly fixed the problem and slowed us 3 different choices of apartments to choose from. We were very happy. No other problems have occurred. We absolutely love living here.

I just recently moved into these apartments last week. The exterior and interior is very nice. Neighbors are friendly and you'll hardly see anyone outside! Everybody is doing their own thing. The most you work hear is the road outside (since I live in the front) but I love it so far. Very home-y feel and good vibes

They are beautiful apartments in and out. My main concern has been pest. Roaches, mice, spiders and now centipedes! Pest control has come several times and I continue to have the same problem with the same excuse of it being a new construction dealing with the nature park next to it. They were poorly built or at least my unit has open crevices throughout the apartment. Maybe if I would have had an apartment on the second floor, I would not have the problem I am having. Another concern is, some residents that have pets don't respect the property and let there pets do their business without picking up after them. Very few are renewing their leases. I see so any moving out of here. I can't say anything bad about the staff. They have always been really friendly and always trying their best but bottom line, the apartments were built really poorly and that is not the staffs fault. They are just trying to do their best with what they have.

Regarding repairs and other apartment issues it's good they take time bit stil do it. But regarding leasing office staff , they behave differently with different people. They don't show same respect and response for all, they change It from person to person, family to family. And the club house hours are absolutely so bad , they only keep it til 5 all week. If someone comes from office and would like to play they are not open. They don't respond good , they don't evn smile back.

I Moved into Broadstone a couple of months ago, and every since I have been regretting it!!!! i CAN HEAR everything, the Manager here is very rude and she is biased. My husband and I are seeking legal help to get out of our lease due to ALL the complaints we made and yet NOTHING has been done about it! I hate this place! They built it way to fast and its really showing.

The worst decision my husband and I made was deciding to move at Broadstone at Shadow Creek . .Our "brand new" apartment air conditioner stopped working during this summer, just weeks after moving in (3 days without air). .The refrigerator filter light came on in the first month and they stated that we would need to pay for the filter because it is not in their budget. I had to explain to the lady that we literally had only been in the apartment for a couple of weeks for them to do it without charging us extra. .The maintenance team has had to come in our unit to seal cracks in between sockets and the walls multiple times due to the poor construction of the unit . .We've never had a bug issue until moving here. Our upstairs neighbors are just as furious and frustrated as we are, with having to kill roaches and spiders while seeing snakes throughout the complex. (The pest company they have hired literally sprays only the corners of our apt and is out within 2 minutes). Their only solution is to have them spray once a week and state that we are in a "wooded area and we've taken their home". .The walls are extremely thin WE HEAR EVERYTHING. . Contacting "corporate" is a joke the property manager Jessica Miller has received numerous voicemails from me and has not one time made it a duty to return my phone calls over a month span. .It was suggested that we transfer to a much better property for a small fee, we wanted to take them up on their offer and found a property that we felt would feel like home and not like living outside. The "small" fee of $4,000+ would allow us to TRANSFER to another alliance property. This community makes sure prospective tenants are leasing here with "free" this and "free" that but could care less about the actual lease holders once they have moved in. We've been given false hope only to have to continue killing bugs in a place no one should pay $1,300+ for.

Absolutely love it! Moved in a month ago. The leasing agent was L-Vo. She is so friendly and kind. On the day we arrived Adrian was there as well. Both of them are great. Them helped us with all the questions we had. We love our stay so far. The only concern I have is the wasp nests all around the corridors of the building. We have like 5 right outside our door and one in our patio. This was there before we came. I am sure this will be taken care of. But over all amazing apartment. Drive to work is only 20 min.

These reviews must be written by the leasing office. I already see people moving out. The builders did a horrible job. The walls are paper thin you here everything around you. I have had several issues already that maintenance is slow to fix or just havent fixed. This is a warning if you dont want to get stuck in a not so good lease that expensive, just dont bother moving here. DONT DO IT!!!
