When I first moved into this property, I truly loved living here! Since the new property manager has taken over, this property has gone down. They allow unauthorized dogs live with n property and they do nothing! My apartment was left unsecured by pest control. The property manager does not respond to emails etc.

pretty nice scenery is nice to see the deer's.The maintenance is great.maintenance of the yard is great. security gate is always working. very quiet at night friendly neighbors. Real close to the highway easy access.

The environment is pretty cool. It's quiet for the most part. There have been a couple break-ins lately. The pricing is competitive with the area. Overall I'm satisfied. There was an instance where I found a baby snake attempting to get inside of my apartment due to weatherstripping but it was resolved.

Property is quiet for the most part. I haven't seen a gate left open yet. My only concern is the light on my floor in the hallway is out. This is concerning for safely purposes. They did power wash the community recently. Not sure how often that's done.

The apartments are spacious and have a nice layout. Great amenities including a pool, fitness center and fitness center. This is a gated community that allow pets (some restrictions apply) and it is located near a walking path. The property is currently understaffed so the move-in process took longer than expected and you may have to contact them for specific questions. Staff here are very friendly but many seem like they are in the training process. I am just a couple of weeks into being a resident but overall I would rate this property 4 out of 5 stars.

Very pleasant and quiet neighborhood. Staff is very quick to deal with any little issues that may arise and the amenities are beautiful. Very excited to continue living here, although it seems prices in this area appear to be increasing higher than average inflation compared to surrounding areas.

They have great pricing and good service. It's a very nice place to stay. Overall the community is pretty quiet and safe. The maintenance staff are good at responding to your requests. They have updated appliances and floors as well.

Only been living here for last few months, but can say i have enjoyed it thus far. Good location, just out of the way of the major traffic spots, but great access to Med Center or Pearland shopping centers. Would love a way to turn left out of the complex, but that seems to be an issue along the whole street.

I've been here for 6 months; with relatively an over all good experience. Quite dwelling, well lit, I feel safe coming home late. Any issues that have arose were resolved immediately. My biggest concern is the pool access to non community dwellers; one time I arrived to the pool and there was like 75 people, young adults, at the pool. Police were called and they all had to leave the complex but yeah I feel that happens regularly and it's a little annoying to watch as someone who pays for access to these amenities.

The apartment is okay, and the maintenance staff responds fast. However the pest (ants) are a huge issue and makes living here disgusting. The parking situation is ridiculous near my unit. Non residents park constantly and there is trash all over the place

Thus far my experience within my apartment has been lovely however I have not experienced any management as I have not frequent the office since my move-in I work a lot and pretty much our a homebody so I really have come out to indulge in the amenities my community has to offer. With that being said I have noticed some uncleanliness to the property regarding trash and the safety of the entrance gates some residents speed three which is very reckless also have been made aware of the break-ins via email which is very concerning and alarming for myself and my fianc?. Needless to say we've enjoyed the inside of our apartment. thank you Ms Jada Martin

I would work on the staff and hire more, communication through email and phone was lacked and unresponsive in a timely manner. i loved the apartment and all the amenities. Rent price is good and reasonable. School zone is excellent

It's great the front office people are nice Maintenances is nice the apartment is very clean. The pool is pretty, I really like the dog park. The apartment is really spacious, with nice restrooms. The gym has a lot of equipment,

I have been here at my unit less than a month but so far everything has been great. Extremely nice area that I love. It doesn't even seems like anyone else is around with how quite it usually is. I love everything about my apartment.

The people and staff are good and easy to work with. The amenities are great, I have been using the onsite gym ever since I have moved in. For a first-time apartment renter this place is very nice with a decent commute and location next to Beltway 8 and Highway 288. The pricing for this apartment is very hard to want to continue especially for a first-time apartment renter barely 5 years into their career and minimal number of raises. The current amount I am paying for this apartment is like what you could be paying for a mortgage on a house with more space and decent living. But overall, it is a great place to live and I am glad I made this my first home.

So far so good! 3 months in and I am really enjoying the experience and the staff upfront. The only issue I have is the amount of wasps nest everywhere but besides that it's great! I enjoy the look of the apartments a lot.

It is a nice place for my family to live temporarily. The office staff and maintenance are really nice and helpful. I wish there were a bit more expectation for pet owners to follow ie not allowing them to stay outside of apartment and thus disturbing others around them.

This apartment has been wonderful ! Extremely well maintenance done , always on top of things and willing to help with whatever issues you might have . Also it is quite here you do not have to worry about nosy neighbors or anything like that . Everyone is nice, welcoming, and respectful of space .

So far in the past year of my residence at The Columns, the staff has always responded to my maintenance requests within less than 24 hours. Any passing neighbors I've met have been warm and friendly. I feel fairly safe in the community.

Clean Apartment, spacious with elegant kitchen with granite counter tops and s/s appliances. Quite community with a good level of security. Close to schools, shopping centers and parks. Beautiful area.

Been here for 4 years. Cant complain overall is one of the nicest apartments ive been in. The complex is really quite. I would recommend this place. Is next to the highway and there is a lot of stores closed by.
