My leasing agent was really good and she was super busy and was able to show me the apartment with ease. She was very detailed about the property. Only thing is I need to know if the unit is still available and are their any specials.

Overall, it's a nice place to live. Maintenance is good and responsive to work orders in a timely manner. Prices are decent for the market and for the apartment aesthetic. The apartments can get a bit trashy over the weekends but to be expected, however when I first moved in, I did feel like the grounds were better maintained.

So far my experience hasn't been pleasant whatsoever. As much as I like the apartment, I was handed my keys with broken appliances and said "welcome home!" Do not sign anything for an apartment until you inspect the unit and make sure everything is ready to go. It's been a headache honestly. Office staff is nice, but they need to take priority on fixing everything before leasing an apartment or immediately as they are informed about broken things.

Very nice. The community is very quiet. No major issues since I moved in and enjoy coming and going from the community. Very low traffic throughout the day and night. Landscaping and grounds are very well maintained.

Staff is amazing, but certain units are bad units. With the plumbing issue running in one unit for 4 other units in the building. The outer appearance of the apartments are amazing. Nice pool and patio area.

I've lived with the Columns of Shadow Creek for going on four years now and have lived in almost every floor plan (lol) from the smallest floor plan to now two bedrooms. The supervisor has changed but the staff has remained (mostly) the same and try to help out as much as possible. Maintenance usually comes out same day or the day after to assist with repairs (actually came home one day post vacation to NO air conditioning and maintenance was there within the hour to assist me and fixed the issue same day). Another perk? I don't think power has ever been out for more than a day here during hurricane season. Anyways -- tldr, staff is pretty chill, maintenance is responsive and helpful, downsides is that residents don't pick up after their pets and they have now added a cleaning fee post move out

Community is well maintained and kept very clean. Valet trash is nice to have as well as the other amenities. Deanna was amazing at helping with the leasing process. She reached out to answer any questions or problems I had. Maintenance crew has been very timely and effective too!

So far it's been welcoming. We haven't had any issues with the apartment or the community. We have enjoyed the area and the apartment itself. Overall has a great welcoming atmosphere and can't wait to see what life we create here.

This is my first apartment, yet I'm very picky girl and an apartment to check off all my boxes and Everything was great even upon move-in. I ask a few of the neighbors how they like the property before moving-in and all had great things to say , So I chose these apartment everything has been great! The property manger answered all my questions and was very easy going I felt like were friends. I highly suggest you check these apartments out for yourself

Beautiful property and location. The rate for a 2 bedroom compared to other properties in the area was very reasonable and competitive in price. I didn't like the apartment style with a garage and tenants living about the unit. Not townhome style also per the tour not sure of the other amenities the property has to offer (business center, work out area of pool) The agent didn't show or communicate the details.

It's quiet and safe. Management does a great job in keeping the property clean. If you do have an issue, the management and maintenance team are super responsive. I enjoy living here and the support from the staff.

Everything been cool so far. I can't complain or have anything bad happen. I still need to know what my gate code is because a lot of my family members ask for it when coming to visit me. Overall I love the apartment and how quiet it is

bad experience; complex is too noise and management does not address it. Too many entrances in the apartment complex w/o; one of which they left my apartment door unlocked; trash pick is not optional, is an obligation you have to pay for.

I love the amount of space I have in my apartment! It's perfect! The price is fantastic and the staff are amazing! Chris helps me with any concerns I have and goes above and beyond what a normal leasing manager does. I love that it's a quiet and laidback community, too.

So far, I have no complaints on the community. Everything has gone well since my move-in. Deanna in the front office has been amazing with communication and ensuring my move-in process went well, along with any repairs needing to be done were complete. So far, so good.

The columns at shadow creek ranch have been nice, but there are definitely things that could use some TLC. There are certain things about inside the apartment that need to be addressed more often and could use some higher quality appliances.

Friendly management . Apt was well kept. I did have a couple of issues, however, when I submitted a maintenance ticket the following day, the issue was resolved. Maintenance was very friendly & respectful. So far, I've had a good experience. Thank you?

I have had a wonderful experience in this community, where the staff consistently demonstrate kindness and professionalism. Whenever I encounter any issues, they are addressed promptly and effectively, and assistance is always readily available. I particularly appreciate the swimming pool, which is consistently clean and well-maintained. Additionally, maintenance requests, such as repairs to the gates, are handled immediately. I would highly recommend this community, especially for families with children.

The community is nice, it's conveniently located close to shopping And restaurants. Also the expressway is very close by which makes it easy to commute to and from work.overall the neighborhood is quiet and modern . The amenities re nice and the staff seems cool . I look forward to being here a while

The staff is friendly and helpful. Maintenance team responds in a timely manner. Everything was clean on my move in date. They go through the apartment and make sure everything is working with you. A great move in experience !

It was a very great experience, the leasing office smelled amazing as soon as I walked in. The decor was definitely on point and made me feel right at home. The pool area is to die for. It appeared to be so relaxing. The unit I was shown had a neutral yet beautiful color scheme that would match pretty much anyone's preference.
