It was fun. The neighbors were friendly. It was enjoyable to walk my dog in the community and go to the dog park. My dog was large, but followed my instructions. The business office was usually accessible and inviting. The pool is beautiful and has floating chairs and a waterfall. The pool is only 3 feet and 4 feet. Much fun.

Wouldn't move back. Noise and disrespectful tenants who have no regard for others is a nuisance. Overall community is well kept but tenants being moved in are sub par and goal is to fill units not create a quality environment.

Great community and friendly staff however the front office is understaffed so if you require follow up you will have to stop by which could be an inconvenience. Great location to grocery stores, shopping centers and convenience stores.

The Columns is a very beautiful community. The apartment homes have luxury amenities, which is my #1 preference. The office staff is very friendly and responds to requests very quickly. My experience over the last 2 years has been great.

Grounds are kept clean and neat. Plenty of parking. Friendly and quiet community. Convenient access to shopping, entertainment, restaurants, schools, and easy access to highway. Nice walking trails and park areas nearby.

The apartments are very pretty. The noise level can be high with the music at the pools and thin walls. The staff is very polite, but not very dependable. They never return promised calls. I had problems with a feral cat ripping up my screens. They said there was nothing that could be done.

This community has a frightening amount of crime in it. My wife, who is a nurse and works odd shift hours, is afraid to live here now because of the crime. The property manager is NOT taking any steps to prevent crime. It's awful.

It's been very quiet and peaceful. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Maintenance has been quick to respond to any and all issues. It is convenient to the stores and shopping areas. Also close proximity to several schools.

It's mostly amazing. Just some really terrible residents that live here. No respect for quiet hours. Also, no playground sucks. What is the point of the putting green? That would be better served as a playground.

I loved living here--most of the time everything was quiet & well-kept. The walking trail behind the apartments is nice too! So many amenities! The office staff is courteous & informative. They have carried packages to my car several times.

Usually have great move in specials. Staff is very professional and friendly. Location may be a slight problem. Easy to get into the community but harder to get out. You would have to U-turn at a light.

It was excellent under the previous owner/management. We are still relatively happy with community and the management staff. But the new Maintenance guy is from out of space. He acts however pleases him. He doesn't fix the problems. He blames the tenants for any maintenance problem. He sometimes even threatens you. He doesn't even follow the rules that the management has put in place for the maintenance work. He is just out of space person or leaves in a parallel universe.

The apartment itself was exactly what I was looking for. I am hard to please because I'm pretty particular, but It's a good feeling when you know you have made the right choice. Love it so far. I've been in my apartment for less than a week. I hate I'm close to a sewage because it's as if the smell comes in thru my vents so that's a bit disappointing. Guess that means I have to stock up on air fresheners and plugins. Though, it's quiet and the few people I've seen have been kind and courteous. I pray it all goes well as the days and months pass. Very peaceful.

It's a beautiful apartment. Staff is amazing and I'd recommend it to anyone. My closet is big enough to fit a twin sized bed and I'm in a one bedroom. The office serves coffee every morning which is an added bonus
