The Thornbury Apartments are located near everything you need. The apartments are close to Wal_mart, Target, Tom Thumb and other fine groceries stores. For the most part it is quite and problems inside the apartments are addressed in a timely manner.

good community with a golf course, nice staff here. very quiet and so on. I like this place it is close to 75, nice traffic and good restaurant. and it s close to supermarket too. people here is friendly and always smiling. i very much enjoy living here.

The staff is always friendly as are all of my neighbors. It is a relaxing, peaceful, carefree, comfortable community. It has lots of trees and just doesn't feel like you are living in an apartment complex, But more like your own house!!! Which is just great!

200 characters, are you kidding me? Over all experience has been a good one. My only concern with staying is cost of rent. There are just as nice if not nicer communities in the area. I just need to way the inconvenience of moving to the yearly cost savings. From the front office to the maintenance crew staff at this community are nothing short of amazing.

We love living at Thornbury at Chase Oaks. The apartment is great, and the staff is usually very helpful and polite. It's a very quiet community with great ammenities. We've had issues with pests a couple of times (ants and wasps), but those issues don't deter us from living there.

Need to clean building breezeways. Never been cleaned. I have asked on many occasions but no response. Only need maintenance to come through with a leaf blower in only once a month would make a big difference. Also need to resend dog clean up flyer. Many new residents don;t seem to know the policy.

The office staff and maintenance people are great. They are very fast and welcoming. Whole community is beautiful. We moved-in from Cleveland, Ohio and we didn't see the community before we actually physically moved-in but Veronika from leasing office helped us a lot during whole move-in process.The floor plans are great and 100% fulfilled what we were looking for. I love the covered parking.

I needed an apartment quickly and was referred to Thornbury at Chase Oaks. I was surprised and excited that the had an apt available when I needed it. The day I went in to sign my lease the computers where down for the company that processes them but Veronica did all she could to make things less complicated.

The Thornbury apartment community offered us a nice floor plan, plenty of parking, and convenient access to Hwy. 75. They are pet friendly (on-site dog park!) and have plenty of common areas with mature trees, picnic tables, grills, pet waste stations, etc. Our 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom had a large utility room, 2 linen closets, huge master closet, and patio storage closet. A great apartment experience!

When I moved in, I found a few issues with the apartment such as the ac and window screen but my concerns were handled quickly. Payments were easy to do through the online system and office staff has been nice and responsive to me. Overall, I had a good moving in experience.

Overall experience has been okay. Not happy with rent going up $70 and think price to high for quality of apartment. Parking is an issue so in order to have a space had to rent a garage. So far best experience has been with maintenance. On the rare occasions I have been home, they have been professional and courteous. They take the time to answer any questions I may have. Concern with children playing in the common areas. Riding bikes in the street.

My experience has been wonderful, though I feel the stairways are not maintained properly. I wonder if they have someone who goes around to clean. The business office is not well maintained. Most of the time the printer is out of tone or paper. The fax machine always has nno paper in it. For such a big community, 1 computer is not helping at all. People have to wait for someone to finish using the computer.

Overall this is a nice place to live. We especially like how quiet it is in the evenings. Maintenance personnel and office personnel are very helpful and efficient. They keep the grounds maintained very well and it always looks nice when you pull in off the street.

It is nice and quiet, not to much noise or loud neighbors. The parking area seems to be just enough for the two buildings I am located by. The location of stores, highways and church seem to be very convenient for me. However, when I got fedex mail it was stuffed into my mail box; the contents were medical prescriptions. I would prefer a more professional package service.

Quick response to maintenance issues. Noise complaints are handled quickly; however, this is a quiet community anyway. Noise is rare. The apartment grounds are kept very nice. No dog poop is allowed to lay around on the ground. Friendly staff and maintenance crew. Maintenance arrives as scheduled. This is a very nice place to live. I'm on the 3rd floor.

It's been okay. Frustrating how much rent has gone up the last couple years. Weird being moved out for a week to have part of an upgrade done. For the most part, it's been a good experience. Staff is nice, helpful. One difficult thing--parking is never easy unless you hit the right window. It'd be great if each apartment could have at least one space assigned to it. I've never lived at a place that didn't have one space assigned per apartment, then the rest was open.

Nice clean apartment with nice service. Quick move in process and quiet community. Gated with a fitness center as well. Excellent location and near the highway while also nice and quiet. Really enjoy this complex and look forward to living here.
