The staff here is absolutely amazing! They are super nice, very helpful & we have already recommended a few friends to the community. Very clean area, gorgeous views and close to everything! My sister used to live here 8 years ago and ever since then I've been wanting to move here as well!

Nice apartment to live in, spacious, clean and very responsive staff and maintenance. Like the area, right next to golf course and walking trail. also near to the Chinese and Indian restaurants and Chinese grocery store. 5 minutes drive to Walmart and Walgreens, not in same directions though.

The only two major problems are the kitchen sinks aren't deep enough so when you turn on the water it splash's all over the counter. The other problem well I'll keep to myself for now, not good to explain for privacy reasons. Over all great place

Office staff very, very friendly and extremely helpful and making every experience a pleasant one - couldn't ask for better. The improvements you are finally making really make things start to look al lot better. I plan on staying here as long as improvements continue to be made,especially around bldg 13!!!!!!

Community is peaceful, nice environment to live. very cleanly maintained. staffs are very helpful. Fresh air and scenic. Online payment makes easy to do payments without much hassle. Neighborhood is decent and quite. Overall nice place to live.

I like the location and street appearance.The staff and maintenance teams are very good at there positions. The windows are letting in to much air, but with the age of the apartments, it's not to bad. Overall, my rental needs are quite satisfactory. I guess one complaint would be to shorten this commit section to 150 characters. I'm having some difficult activating the finish release.

Access to DART train was a critical factor in selecting Thornbury. Thornbury is located near interstate 75 which provided quick access to the Psrket Road train station. Travel time was five minutes in the morning. The Parker Road lot was designed for easy parking.

Great community so far, I enjoy being close to 75 and the grounds are well maintained. This is my first time renting an apartment and living in an apartment community and I'm very glad I chose Thornbury at Chase Oaks for my first apartment. The staff is very helpful as well.

Apartment staff was very kind, welcoming, and efficient. I called a couple of times prior to my move in date to get questions answered and every time that I called the staff was kind and answered my questions quickly. We made our decision quickly and Veronika was great with get our application done and processed that day.

Thornbury at Chase Oaks is false advertising at best. I pay way too much for "luxury" living. I have yet to find anything very luxorious about it. I have had more maintenance issues than any cheaper, older complexes I've lived at. It is not worth the money at all.

This apartment community is in a great location, close to freeways. All our neighbors are friendly and greet you every time they see you. The gated property gives you a sense of security. We didn't realize this property does not have laundry services and the exercise room can use some improvement.

Need more parking or at least one assigned space per lease. I had to rent a garage so if I worked late I would not Hv to walk 2 blocks in the dark. Need to fine pet owners who do no pick up the poo. New property mgr is making a big difference with her little extras I.e. Xmas present wrapping for no cost to residents.

I cannot say much as I have not lived here but a week. However, here are the following pro's. 1) Community looks well maintained - in the morning/afternoon's there is always someone cleaning or fixing something. 2) Noise level's are great. I don't hear my neighbors at all which is important to me as I need a good night's sleep. 3) Spacious apartments for great price. Con's 1) Parking doesn't seem to be managed well. There are 3 tiers, open, covered roof, and garage. It seems many in the community are gaming the system as I have already seen different cars parked in the same spot which would cost $25 extra per month. 2) Fitness center is small. 3) I don't know if this is overall trend in Dallas but there is no washer/dryer in the apartment.

I like my apartment, the coziness, the layout and the pool view. However, iam extremely dissatisfied with the fact of having to deal with the noise from the neighbor above me and being told that she's been living there for three years and they never had a complaint. So what does how long she's been there have to do with anything, im a paying tenent as well. Sometimes I wonder if I'm in the middle of a Godzilla takes Tokyo movie. Ridiculous.

The rent continues to increase with little to show for it. Maintenance repairs are on target and are remedied quickly. Most of the staff in the office is usually friendly. in my many years there I personally would have liked to seen more gatherings and appreciation events.

I have only been here a little less than a month, but I am loving the apartment and community. The apartment has nice appliances and feels like home. I felt like this the first night I moved in. The people are friendly and quiet. I have never been bothered.

Apartment is in a very good area of town close to lots of restaurants, shopping, and a movie theater. It is also right off major bike trails, which is a major plus. In addition the management is good, maintenance is very responsive and fast, and overall it is quiet for an apartment complex. The view is great, as we overlook a golf course. Issues with the property are that since there is high occupancy, the parking in the evening is tight in certain areas of the property. Also, depending on the apartment, there are issues with being able to heat the property adequately in the winter due to an apartment design flaw. The toilets are low flow, so they can back up if you are not careful. The pest control can be inadequate as the vendor (Orkin) is not very thorough. That said, we have lived here longer than any other apartment we have had, and it is by far one of the best we have lived in, despite our quibbles with a few mostly minor issues. The location, natural beauty of the property (for N. TX that is), and access to everything in central Plano and Allen off the 75 corridor is great. If your work is southbound from the apartment, you may cut your commute to work as you can exit Chase Oaks and get on the highway directly with no schools zones or stop lights.

Overall I've found the staff to be very helpful and courteous while many of the neighbors are friendly and nice. The layout of the apartment is what sold me. Not having a playground/kids area sucks but but makes up for it with all of the amenities.

My experience has been mostly positive. I moved here from a smaller complex and the location of that apartment was great and convenient to everyting. I moved from there because I needed to be on the first floor and they didn't have anything available. I love my view in this complex and also love being on the first floor. The noise level here is better than the other complex I lived in. I guess that really depends on who lives above you. Staff here are very friendly and always willing to help. I also love all the trees here. Beautiful when everything is green and in bloom. Over all I'm happy living here. Deanna

It's like living in a house, beautifully landscaped and treed. Lots of wildlife such as squirrels, rabbits, birds, etc. There is a huge dog park that is perfect for my pets. I couldn't be happier living here. The staff, maintenance personnel, etc. have always been very accommodating.

It's quiet, nice, and affordable. I've lived here for almost two years and plan on renewing my lease again. The mainanence is always speedy and get the job done the first time. The only time I go to the office is when I have a package and it is a smooth process.
