It is normally pretty quiet. I feel lucky to have gotten the apartment that I have. My issues have always been addressed in a timely manner. The property always looks nice and neat. I would recommend it to my friends.

Move in process what definitely such a hassle to get in. Make sure you are checking in on your status everyday of your application and fees as they will switch it up on you. Ask plenty of questions before you move in as they are extremely hard to get a hold off. Get everything and writing and make sure your unit is done before you move in.

Maintenance needs to be improved. Work orders that I have submitted have been closed and labeled as completed. My AC is not working the leak in the bathroom (ac vent) and the requested AC condenser to be refilled with r22 haven't been done.

Norma Davis (Assistant Manager)is absolutely the best Assistant Manager at Thornbury at Chase Oaks Plano, TX. She is very sweet and always willing to help with concerns and issues. I recommend her to anyone who wants to stay here at Thornbury at Chase Oaks!!!!!

Used to be great. Sucks now. Definitely my last lease. Never been late on paying my rent. Super quiet tenant. Just overall. Not a good place to live anymore. Always having AC issues. Pool is always closed

The community and residents here are fantastic! Everyone here is so lovely. There is so much diversity and a lot of families. It feels very safe and kids are constantly seen playing outside, further showing it's safety.

Management controls AC switching from Winter waiting too long- forcing residents to suffer in 80 degree internal (up to 94 degrees external) heat because of policy. They will not switch air conditioning on unless it's done properly wide when they finally decide to do it. Residents should not have our basic need of air conditioning controlled or dictated by poor or inadequate management policy.

It was okay. I enjoyed kc but was informed she was leaving. My biggest concern is the reviews and the gate that was wide open. The reviews were terrible for such a pretty place. I loved the pool and the gym and the dog park.

This is a money grab apartment complex. Before I moved in they told me most of the add ons would be optional but that wasn't facts. I'm paying 200 or more for service I don't use including valet trash. Management is not the best to communicate with, they act like talking to them is a privilege. I can't wait to leave this place.

I like the layout of my apartment. But it seems to have been band-aided together. Delayed move in due to it not being ready on promised move in date. It was dirty, there were cracks in walls, the resurfacing done in the bathroom soaks in stains, the AC leaks into the tub leaving a nasty yellow stain I have scrubbed as much as possible. The clothing racks fell off the wall in my closet on move in date and no one came to fix them. And I was told I would receive the $500 off special they were running, but never did. Apparently that got lost in the mix of things because the leasing agent I was working with left.

I wish that I could say more but a Very negative experience is what I have had thus far. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, no issues with neighbors. Close to hwy 75, lots and lots of restaurants and family entertainment stuff to do.

With CAF MGMT, not that great. Residents (not just me) are constantly told they are short staffed in maintenance, office staff have said working at this complex is hard that all they had to do at prior complexes is show apartment & have people sign leases. Omg they have to work here. Prior mgmt office personnel would actually drive around the complex picking up garbage.

The move in process was delightful although there were some things undone in the apartment, the property manager wasted no time to get it resolved in an expedited time. I understand working with third party vendors and contractors may be a hassle when a property is in the middle of remodeling so the time efficiency, priority and care from the property manager is top tier. absolutely happy with the process it's been. Kayce has been phenomenal and Druanne is such a delight.

wouldn't recommend this apartment need to much maintenance and they don't have many workers so nun gets fixed on time also neighbors are annoying and report unnessary things also they say pet friendly but not really pet friendly overall horrible experience living here

I do not get my maintenance on time. Upkeep and update of occupied apartments is last resort. After move in there is less care to Carter to residents and the units fall apart we have to plead to get our units serviced.

The service provided has become weaker than before, the rent price increases irrationally every year, the interior repairs of the apartment are done after several requests, some requests are completely ignored, the repair staff are not very professional and after the work is done They do not clean, the office staff are relatively polite and professional, garbage can be seen on the grass and in the area, the apartments do not have washing machines and dryers, the spraying of the area and plants is not done properly and regularly, the heating system is relatively good in winter. It works, but the cooling system does not work well in the summer, the sports hall of the complex has few and limited facilities, the location of the complex is suitable in terms of access to various stores and restaurants, during the freezing winter in the last two years, an effort has been made to protect the roads of the complex did not take place

So far everything has been excellent. The maintenance service is done quickly, the apartments are comfortable, they keep the areas clean. It's quiet and safe to live in. If you have pets, it's a great place to come here since they have parks for them!

Management staff not customer service orientated. Under staffed maintenance, not suited for some repairs. Apartment was turnover to me in 2 days after key from previous tenants turned them in. All repair were not addressed, just cover up unbononunced too me. In speaking with other tenants in my building had I known what I do now, I would not have even stop by as a potential place to call home. Walkways remain filthy and stained with liquids from leaking bag. Just nasty!

I have been living here for 3 years at first everything was excellent and I lived in another apartment but this year when I moved to another apartment I began to experience changes. They handed it over to me with a dirty balcony, the bedroom door fallen down, repairs done poorly, the air conditioning not working It was late for 4 days to get it fixed and now that it's cold the heater doesn't work and it closes. the order as finished when they have not yet composed anything

The maintenance staff is great. The last two guys who was an -------- and black guy. Thy completed my requests in a very professional manner. One fixed my heating unit and the other one fixed my sink. Thank you!!!!

Disappointing Experience with Thornbury at Chase Oaks Apartment Complex
have had an utterly disappointing experience with this apartment complex, and I feel compelled to share my grievances to warn potential renters. My patience has worn thin after submitting multiple maintenance requests that have gone unanswered. Upon moving in, I was welcomed not by a clean, ready-to-live space, but rather by the remnants of the previous tenants. Belongings and trash were scattered throughout, leaving me questioning the cleanliness standards of this so-called "luxury" apartment. One of my main concerns at the moment is a leak in the ceiling and an alarming amount of mold in the kitchen pantry and laundry room. Despite promptly submitting a maintenance request, I have not received any acknowledgment or response. It's disheartening that the management seems to turn a blind eye to serious issues that affect the habitability of the apartment. Furthermore, I was promised that my bathroom would be resurfaced before I moved in, but it has been five months, and there's been no progress. The false assurances have left me disillusioned and questioning the integrity of the management. Attempts to contact anyone through phone calls have been futile, and the inconvenient office hours make it impossible for working individuals like myself to seek assistance in person. It's as if the management is deliberately avoiding any responsibility or accountability. Given the exorbitant rent charged, I expected a top-notch living experience. Unfortunately, the reality is far from it. It's disheartening that the management seems to care little for the well-being and satisfaction of its tenants. I've reached a point where I've had to vacate the premises temporarily due to the unaddressed issues. If these problems persist, I will have no choice but to break my lease and move out completely. It's truly disappointing that a place that looks nice on the surface falls apart so quickly when it comes to fulfilling basic responsibilities. Save yourself the trouble and stay far away from this place. Your money and peace of mind are better invested elsewhere.

Because my parent's kitchen sink is backed up the pictures attached are all the steps we have to do every time they eat from a plate or drink from a cup, use silverware, etc. We're in this mess because at the beginning of the month Thornbury's system was down so FLEX couldn't send in our rent payment. Even though I had given them a check and it cleared for the first half and said the 2nd payment will be paid when due. But Thornbury being the thugs that they are, cut us off from being able to access our resident portal. Which is where we're suppose to request for maintenance. I am beyond furious. We pay too much money to be treated like this and for us to live this way. I think it's time to call the local TV networks.
