Zero to minimal response on maintenance issues. I have put mntnc requests on the app. I have put mntnce requests in person in the office. I have mold in my ceiling still not resolved and plumbing problem in the 2nd bathtub still unresolved after 3-4 months. I was without air conditioning for 2.5-3 months.

    Was not able to see apartment (nor a model of same floorplan) until day of move in. When I arrived on my move in date to pick up my key - they were confused as to who I was and why I was there. Sink & dishwasher took 2 weeks to fix. Heater took over a month to fix. Dishwasher broken again (and has been a month with no response).

      It was a pretty seamless process and I received guidance every step of the way. The staff was very attentive and thoughtful. I would recommend the place to friends and family that might be needing a place to rent.

        The best I have had looking for an apartment for the last 20 years that I have been in Texas.Thank you so much for meeting you lady.Enjoy your red bull my sister. This lady was nice did her job with professional like an lease agent should do their job and love what they do.Very good with the kids when they come into the office for the popcorn they have for them.

          It has its pros and cons. Neighbors are not mindful at all. Apartment wasn't ready to move in when they told me I could. Community is trashy and dog park is terrible because of owners not picking up..

            Do your research when moving in

            My experience has been nothing but stressful and frustrating. I moved in when they claim to give you $1000 off rent and I never got it they always told me the next month. Before moving in my day got scheduled 3 times to when the apartment supposed to be ready and it was not ready at all I had to hire a cleaning lady and over spend money to move in including extending my lease on my old place. Now I have a fridge that smells that Ive been complaining since I moved in. Management hides behind the front end people and they just push your concerns to the side or never give you a solution. They have to do better on this and I hope future tenants have a fair stay.

              These apartments are awful staff from the office to maintenance are all awful apartments have bugs rats and ever Maintenance do not fix anything!! Front office is a joke!!! They do not care about the tenants at all please do not move here

                I moved in in October of 2022 and was able to find the perfect one-bedroom apartment with a small back yard for my Boxer pup Collin McKinney. It is a community I know many of the residents that live in my end of the complex, the apartment office is responsive to my requests. I will renew for another 13 months on November

                When I first moved in, it was great. One of my favorite places to live. The office staff changed over the last couple of years and I've had some of the worst experiences in apartment living I've ever had. No one calls me when I leave a message. They don't respond to emails. They close work orders without the work being done. The property is a mess. No one in the office seems to care.

                    Would not recommend. They sold me on an apartment that was different than what I got. They lied about the pool being open. It had been closed for years. It just reopened recently. They take forever to get anything fixed. Good luck getting anything resolved. Even covered parking was destroyed by weather months ago and they haven't fixed it until now. Staff turnover Is ridiculous. Not to mention sooo many unclear multiple charges every month. If you haven't signed a contract, I'd keep looking for different apartments.

                      My experience has been horrible. Virginia in the leasing office is terrible and doesn't care for any of my concerns. Management and maintenance are the reasons this place has bad reviews. Changes need to be made. The community could be nice but if management doesn't care, the community suffers.

                        Older complex with beautifully renovated apartments. Tall mature trees and nice landscaping. Some units face golf course. The complex is located on hilly terrain and is very close to freeway without all the traffic noise.

                          It's awful and I would literally never recommend it. I'm waiting until the end of my lease to put a full review on Google and every other website I can find. Do not move in here. Unless you enjoy being treated like an idiot for bringing up reasonable concerns or having standards above living in a garbage pit.

                            This was the worst experience I have had with a apartment community! The day of move in we had to crawl through a window to gain access due to the agent not having keys to the unit on property. The unit was full of trash and had not been cleaned.

                              It's alright. The office and maintenance staff are friendly and respond to your requests in a timely manner. But the walk throughs in the complex buildings are very dirty. Overall I am satisfied and will more than likely renew my lease.

                                Staff and maintenance are not proactive. If you do get ahold of them it's just words and nothing to show for it. The property is nice other than the issues mostly due to my apartment and how it's been handled. It's a decent place. I always try to stay positive and say good things but my issues have been handled so poorly, that it makes it extremely hard to give a decent review.

                                      This is the worst apartment complex I've ever lived in. Move in was a disaster, and took many weeks longer than promised. It was a mess. Still is a mess. The air conditioning is and has been broken since the start. If you live here, do yourself and favor and move out and find somewhere better. If you don't live here and are looking, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. The front office doesn't care about you or your issues. No one here does.

                                          I wouldn't recommend Thornbury to anyone. Management staff is unresponsive and some are very rude. Maintenance is slow and it always takes more than one request. Security is nonexistent and the security gates haven't worked since I've been here. My truck has been broken into twice.

                                              Q: In one of the reviews, it is mentioned that you do not hold mail/packages for your tenants at the front office if it is too big to fit into the mailbox. Is this true?

                                              A: As a resident i can say this is true. It gets delivered to your door. However they are making head way to have a mail center where they can hold mail. But that is a work in progress.
