Management not maintain the complex in a safe and pleasant way. Broken concrete walks and inner streets in the complex. Insufficient parking g forces residents to park in unauthorized places. landscaping is not attractive. Gas and charcoal BBQs emit fumes and are a fire hazard. Management did nothing when residents complained.

The staff in very nice. Move in was easy and hassle free. Area is safe and kid friendly. Great area for runners, cyclist and golfers. Parking is good. Fitness center is good. Security is good. I would highly recommend this community to friends.

Our stay here is wonderful. The office answer your call quickly. The property is up kept and it's very clean. It's a very safe community. The apartment home is very beautiful on the inside, and very large. It has nice light fixtures, and floors.

Our experience was great when we went to look at the apartments. The staff is very nice and willing to go out of their way to help. The apartments are very spacious for the amount of rent we are paying monthly. Would definitely recommend this complex to family and friends.

The apartment complex is great, but a bit overpriced for the amenities you receive. If rent continues to increase w/o any increase to amenities it won't be worth the price of living here. The pool/spa areas is constantly in need of repair, there's no valet trash (seriously??), and a severe lack of parking. The apartments themselves are nice, the grounds are maintained well, and front office staff are generally nice.

It's a shame that several very good reviews appeared in the same day: 2/19/2014. The office staff has been very busy today. This is a big mistake; giving yourself good ratings becomes a suspicious fact. And misleads the others to see the real face of the property. I was going to rent here but now, I'm going somewhere else.

From the moment we first entered the apartment complex, in search for an immediate move-in unit, our experience has been nothing but Wonderful! We were accommodated quickly and was a breeze. We Love our apartment, neighbors, the Office staff and maintenance team. If only the family weren't growing for us I would easily extend our stay. Thronbury at Chase Oaks is definitely a community worth experiencing. The nature ambience is relaxing! Pool is gorgeous! The grand deck has been Such an enjoyable get-together area during the fall, spring and summer. It will be a sad day having to say goodbye to this community.

Very quiet community. Most neighbors seem to be family oriented and very quiet. I seldom see many kids unless they are on the other side of the complex. I have never heard loud people or parties in my area in the years I have lived here. Living here is almost living in a house.

My experiences have been great. Whenever I have an issue (not many to choose from), I notify the front desk personnel and there is usually a service person at my apartment within the next business day, and if it's during normal business hours, they are there almost immediately. Love it

The staff here is very friendly, and so are the residents. It is a kid friendly place to live. Our apartment is very nice and spacious, and the grounds are beautiful. There are plenty of areas for walking dogs, picnicking, and playing with your children. The only thing I wish we could add would be a playground. Otherwise we love it here!!

So far, the apartment has been lovely. The parking is a bit strange because the carport outside my building is on a hill. Also, there are two other gates besides the main one...but they are both exit only! Why is there a turn in if you can't go in there??? Otherwise, it's very peaceful and the apartment is well made and clean.

This is my first time living in my own apartment , and I must say I made the right choice by choosing Thornbury at Chase Oaks. This beautiful view of the golf course is wonderful to wake up to every morning. The updated appliances make cooking much more fun for me as well.

Maintenance is always prompt when responding to my repair request. Always courteous and takes very good care of my requests.. the staff is always friendly and helpful. I reccomend thornbury to everyone because of the service I get here. I live it!!

Very nice and quite. Your office staff is very attentive and very friendly and are always willing to help. Very pleasant! Some maintenance ares need to be attended to mostly trees that are dead or dying don't seem to be cut down quick enough and are allowed to just fall.

I feel since I have lived here things have gone down hill. I moved one side of the complex to the and it is as different as night and day. I dislike my new building so much. There is dog poop and cigarette butt everywhere . I still don't have working electrical plugs after having them worked on 3 times now.

There is nothing much to say. I have lived here for nearly three years and nothing of note has occurred with regards to the apartment itself. Things are exactly as they should be. The maintenance staff handles what they need to, the office staff handles what they need to. It works.

Such a cozy home. Lovely, attentive staff. I've lived here for several years and have always found the staff to be efficient and welcoming. Maintenance issues are handled promptly and efficiently. The grounds are always kept tidy and nice.

Very overpriced. The parking is horrible. There have been countless times that we have come home and had no where to park. We often avoid going out sometimes because we know there won't be anywhere to park when we get home. We have had problems with noise issues and the upstairs neighbors cooking very strong odor foods that make our apt very smelly.

I have only been here 2 months, but so far it has been very pleasant. It is a very quite community. I can't compare this with other apartments because this is the first apartment I have lived in in quiet some time. I really have no complaints of any kind.

The apartment is fine. The view is lovely and the staff is great. It is, however, unjust that a person is charged $50 for the first time being locked out of their apartment. Multiple times, I could understand being charged. But being charged for a first violation is rubbish.

I loved living here. The staff was always very friendly and helpful. I never really had any issues. One time our hot water didn't work but they showed up the same day we called. I had a two bedroom with a roommate and the apartment overall was very nice. The only reason I'm moving is because I can't afford a one bedroom and my job is on the other side of Plano. The worst thing was parking. Parking was awful if you work late nights. I sometimes had to park by the office but since my building was in the front that really wasn't a big deal to me. I'm sad to go but it was an amazing first apartment. Hope this review is helpful to anyone looking at thornbury :)
