Its a Great place to live. Staff is wonderful and friendly. Maintenance is awesome and knows what they are. Apartments are clean and have more then you would expect. Complex is clean and quiet well maintained

The apartment is really nice and quiet. I have not been here to long but it seems like a nice place to live. I would definitely recommend it. Parking is very convenient and if a tenant wants a garage they have those for a reasonable rate.

The apartment is in good condition, it was clean when we moved in and smelled great. The community is very quiet and beautiful! I know we'll love living here. I just arrived yesterday, but so far almost everything is in perfect condition

Since moving to Pavilions at Northshore in Oct 2025, I have been extremely pleased with the office and maintenance staff, the apartment community, and the overall experience of living here. The community is quiet, grounds are kept up nicely, and the location is great! So glad I chose Pavilions at Northshore as my home.

Wonderful community to live in! Quiet, calm and friendly. Landscape and apartments are all kept up well. Thank you for the opportunity to be able to live in such a relaxing friendly community. I have never lived in a gated community and I do feel safe in my apartment.

Residents with pets do not clean up after themselfs.I have several videos of pet doing there business but owner not cleaning up. I seen kids get dirty by this. People upstairs seem to be moving almost everyday noise until 12 at night.

We chose the best apartment for us. We love our balcony. We get the best breeze and shade. We have a great view of the office and traffic. Living upstairs is good for us. The staff and maintenance have always been friendly and helpful.

Clean safe property. Good area of town. Well insulated units with outside noise being limited. Management and safe are accommodating and pleasant to deal with. While I'm new to the property, I have really enjoyed my time here.

Staff and maintenance are very good at responding and taking care of residents. Their concern and response after our extreme hail storm was exceptional. Except for a few very noisy and untidy neighbors I'm happy here.

I love living here. It's peaceful and quiet. The property is kept clean. My apartment is up to date with beautiful appliances. Well maintained lawns, trees and bushes. I'm close to any stores if I need to shop. Large garages that can accommodate a dually truck. This is hard to find.

Pretty underwhelming. Carpet, floors, fixtures are really old. The grounds could use some maintenance as well. Gym equipment are old and rusty. Valet trash seems like a rip off. Probably better if everyone just moved their trash to the receptacle themselves

The complex green spaces are nice and there are dog-friendly features. The laundry room and dog park take a while to reach because they are far from the entrance gates, so I usually go by car. The refreshments are great.

Leasing agents in the office were very helpful and assisting me during my moving process to include office visits. The managers on the other hand were very cool as in frosty and very offputting especially the assistant manager. I have now developed an attitude where I only go to the office if I absolutely have to.
