They were extremely helpful with getting everything filled out correctly. This was my first apartment and they were extremely nice. Beautiful apartments. Highly recommend. And whatever was broken they came and fixed it right away.

Great community and love the dog park, fitness center and pool that is included within. Front office staff was very helpful with our move-in and stay. For the price and area, it was well worth it and would definitely recommend it to anyone.

From the moment we stepped into the leasing office we were greeted by a very friendly and helpful staff. They walked us through the entire process and answered any questions we might have had. We love the complex layout and the overall condition of the buildings. Very beautiful complex with friendly residents. We haven't lived here long but it seems very quiet and family friendly. Couldn't be more happy.

Pricey but if anything was wrong, maintenance fixed it. Quiet place, area is clean. Stores nearby so shopping is convenient. Office staff are responsive and friendly and helps with any questions. Have to pay fees such as trash collection

This is a beautiful kept apartment complex. I would recommend to anyone that is looking for a safe place for your parents or someone with children. The entire staff is wonderful. If you are looking for a nice,clean, place for just you or family you will be home here!!!

Very happy comfortable safe happy with the dog park I have a dog everyone has been very friendly with him dog park very convenient for someone who has dogs if I decide to stay in Portland I would definitely stay in this community

We lived here for almost 5 years now, nice community near to all establishments. One thing is that every year our rent goes up, it's just that we should have a discount because we live here for a long time now, hopefully if we renew we will have a discount.

My experience at this community has been good. We have nothing to complain about so far. The staff have been professional and helpful every time we need it. Appreciate the safety rules they have taken with the virus situation.

Very pleasant community to live in. Staff is helpful and friendly. I definitely recommend this apartment complex to anyone. The amenities are great, the pool area is always clean and the gym is a plus.

Great quiet community. Friendly people. The place is kept tidy and the grounds landscaped regular. The community is close to shops and schools. There are facilities for children to play out safe nearby.

I think the community is great and the work staff is very attentive in communicating if there are problems or issues that arise. Overall I enjoy living here, I just wish that the apartments were designed differently when they were built.

Moving here was a great choice. The staff is amazing and so friendly. They really make you feel like family. They are on top of fixing anything that needs fixed or replaced. The grounds are very well kept and beautiful. The pool is awesome and so is the clubhouse. I rented out the clubhouse for a baby shower and everyone loved it and said it was a beautiful place. I'm glad we made the choice to move to the pavilions!

I have enjoyed my stay at the Pavilions at Northshore for the past year. It's very peaceful here and I have always felt safe. It's also very close to shopping and restaurants and my job. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a new place to live.

Generally good, they did a lot of upgrades while there. Apartment, parking lot, fence, outside painting, etc. Maintenance staff , usually responded quickly. Painting inside of apartment would help, carpet. Mostly pretty quiet living there. New apartments built, next door. I liked mine, second floor, facing west, sunset, etc.

The apartments are super cute. We live in the biggest floor plan and love it. So much same with the open floor plan. Great community and nice pool. They are also dog friendly! Plenty of parking right by each place and trash Santa is great!

The Pavilions at Northshore is a wonderful, clean and safe place to live and thrive with your family and friends! I'll always recommend this place to anybody who asks me where a great place to live and stay for long term or short term. Plus the team in the office and maintenance staff are awesome and friendly making it that much better to live here!

Well service and good atmosphere. Well service and clean. Good neighbors and close to the Walmart and others. Good safe and security. We can live with our fear with family. Good gym facility also. Well out side view also.

This has been my best experience ever in my life. We came here from Colorado. Staff is very proffesional. The Pavillions at Northshore are by far a 5 star community. I had lived here previously back ib 2015/16. I left as I moved out of state. Now I'm back. I chose the Pavilions as the place I wanted to live. These are not the newest apartments, but they are well kept. I enjoy the peacefulness after a day of working. The office staff are friendly and helpful. I worked with Debra again and it was a pleasure. If you are looking for an apartment that feels like home, this is definitely it.

The complex is okay. Interior of the apartment shoes the usual wear and tear, but nothing too bad. The office staff is extremely helpful and nice. They're the best part of the complex. The landscaping crew does a terrible job blowing the clippings away, so they pile up at the door. Parking is the worst I've ever experienced at an apartment complex.

Nice place to live. Apartments are in gated community, quiet and clean. Some modernization is needed in the older units. Office staff is excellent and always working to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Great place to live for an older person. Quiet, neat, and well run. Lots to do if your a community oriented person. Very nice fitness room with a really pretty club house. Pools are always clean and easily accessible.
